Welcome to Jack’s Kingston – where even the Chamber of Commerce thinks we’re awesome! Winner of the 2017 Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce: Tourism and Hospitality award.

Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Loud ambient music. Hard to talk. Not our guest choice. Food was decent. Service (Jalen) was good, but could have been more present.

Server was great. Pleasant and attentive. Food was pretty average. Chicken burger and tuna poke bowl disappointing. Salad very overdressed.

Server charged tip, without telling us. On this day, there was only credit or debit: receipt provided as written, so no detailed breakdown provided; taxes were visibly excluded; after leaving, did calculations and realized 18% was added to total. Then I gave another 18% on top for tip. Shady for sure.

Main floor is offen really loud and lively, but we were seated up stairs upon request and all was great, especially when dining with kids, easier to have dinner conversations! :)

Good service. Rooftop was great, looking over market square. Lots of umbrellas for coverage. Nice!

The food was great. The service was very lack luster, I arrived at 4:08pm, the rest of my party arrived at 4:25pm. There was no server that had even made a move to come towards my table. My father in law finally got up at 4:35pmish to go and find someone to put our orders in as we had completely determined what we wanted. I was okay with the food that was provided, but the service was very slow and it wasn’t super busy.

Well we were 4 on the rooftop with an umbrella on a very hot day in August. As we are elder the elevator was great. No waiting and taken to a table immediately, by happy pleasant girls in mini skirts with a flared hem ya no ya just kidding. Near the bar was a mist machine and an occational breeze. I had chicky fingers with rysset fries and a nice fruit drink not too sweet with a strawberry..yum. Table debit rocks and oh music too,not too loud great table service was great. Will go again for sure..oh under $30 Make reservation Gary & Teri Joe & Jean

The roof top patio is always so much fun in the summer. It’s always packed but the staff do a great job and making sure everyone is taken care of. Thanks Kingston Jack Astors team!
