The restaurant is one of our favorites and food was delicious but they clearly overbooked and mismanaged reservations. Servers were stressed. Food service was slow. Deserts were incorrect. Management needs to fix these or they will lose business.

Service was perfect as always. Thanks Meagen. I had to send back my steak as it was almost blue but the quality, flavor, and tenderness of their steaks is consistently outstanding. I no longer recommend the Crab Bisque. The recipe has changed over the years and the bisque has lost its previously lovely crab taste. Now it tastes of salt. The Mac and cheese could be an entree of its own. Outstanding. The maple glazed salmon was juicy and flavorful. The potato chips and blue cheese is a huge portion and the flavor is mouthwatering. Highly recommend the chips and blue cheese for your table.

Our server Kim made our entire party feel amazing. She had great recommendations and was such a pleasure for our group. It was like she was one of us.

We told them it was our anniversary and they made it extra special for us! Our server was lovely and the food and service were amazing. Thank you J. Gilbert’s!

Had a reservation and we were seated immediately with the requested table in the bar. The bar area was about half full waited a considerable time before we were greeted, orders were taken, and then another considerable wait for our drinks to arrive, server finally appeared, took our order. I ordered a wedge salad and the scallop entrée after another in terminable wait. The salad showed up with a small plate of three naked scallops. Summoned in the server and ask him if this was the entrée, he said no took it away. I ate my salad and then nothing, came back with the entrée i was a no mood to eat it. Overall, a very, very disappointing experience.

I thought it would be better than it was. They weren’t busy at the time of our arrival. Waiter was almost non existent and the prime rib was fatty and stringy when I tried to cut into it. We won’t go back! Not a good impression at all.

Excellent service and a great restaurant! Lighting is a little dark for me, but other than that no complaints.

We decided to take a table in the bar as we loved the vibe. The bartender was also our server & was excellent. Quite personable yet professional, knowledgeable about the menu & makes a great cocktail.
