Our server was wonderful and the food was delicious. It was a good overall experience. it was a bit loud with background noises and small kids but all in all I would plan date night here again!

We had eaten there several times and had great food and great service. This time not so much. One of my favorites from there, the mac and cheese, was dry and not at all the creamy cheesy dish I had in the past. My steak was tough and overcooked. My wife had a salad that tasted of some kind of a preservative. Not at all what we had been treated to in the past.

It was a Saturday night and very very busy. Despite that, the service was excellent and the manager did come to our table to discuss the situation. We were satisfied with the discussion and results of it. However, it may be a while before we go there again. Kind of disappointed.

Delicious, as usual! Love their food, the prime rib is the best tasting and priced reasonably.

Food was good as usual. Service was poor. Wrong order and had to wait for one replacement. Service was very slow from start to finish. Server as jolly on the spot to take our drink order and then seldom see. We ordered bread and received it about 15 minutes later. Once the food order was corrected everything went well until we wanted additional wine; had to wait again for gage wine and abnormally long for the bill.

After many years of eating at J. Alexander's (now Redlands Grill), this experience was a huge disappointment (other than the service - Andrew [Drew] was great). I ordered the center cut (so listed on the menu) filet mignon. Instead I got an end piece, gnarly (sinewy), hard to cut, hard to chew. Made the meal miserable.

Food quality is always consistent. Service is attentive without being over-bearing. This is simply our go-to place, and has been for some time. Best prime rib we have found anywhere in the country.

The service was all around great! Our waitress Launi (SP) was attentive and made great recommendations. We will be going back.

We had a reservation but had to wait more than 15 minutes. Our server must have been new because it was not the service that we normally receive.

The food wasn’t anywhere near where I would of thought it would be. Would of went to Shanahans, Fleming’s, or Del Friscos . Ya not a fan.

Had to book very early dinner on Valentines Day. No specials. Still can’t deliver a steak cooked to medium temp (hot pink center). Server was good.

Doesn't matter when we go, the meal is always fantastic (best, most reasonably priced prime rib in town) and the service is awesome.

In the past, we loved going to this restaurant all the time. However, they have changed their menu and in my opinion, it is now like Earls! Got rid of all my favorites! We were sitted in a corner booth with 6 people and the A/C was on, with 15 degrees outside. As to turn up the heat, and was told that we need to keep the building cooler for the servers, are you kidding me! Good luck!

Poor service, had to request times several times. Portions were "MINI". The value received for the money expended was clearly not equal. I understand why so many empty tables at the dinner hour. I probably never return to this restaurant.
