IVY Ratings and Reviews
Great experience this evening. Superior service, both dinners perfectly prepared. Presentation was appealing and well done.
We were not rushed but the server was aware of glasses to fill
And made herself available at a comfortable distance.
Ivy is a jewel in the suburbs.
Great restaurant. I would like to go back and sit in the main room. Made the reservations last minute so we were sat upstairs in the back room and the food took a while to show up. I don't blame he wait staff due to the location of the seats. I would like to sit in the main room next to to see if it's any different.
The food and service were excellent, you have to try the seasonal hummus appetizer...it was sriracha flavored on our visit and went well with the toasted pita. Chef willingly made a dish that has come off the menu as part of the seasonal change, so flexibility was greatly appreciated. Nice atmosphere and excellent food options.
A warm personal welcome this evening by young gal. What a nice way to set the tone for an evening out! I hope she get s recognized by management for above and beyond attitude of what the public has come to expect. We all commented on the lovely welcome.
This restaurant always serves good food, has good service, everything we look for in an evening out.
We had the ribs... very good and enough to provide a take home serving! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. My husbands fish was served hot and again cooked perfect.
Kudos to the kitchen for consistently serving delicious meals.
One of our favorite spots. As we live out of the area, we choose to drive the 40 minutes to Wheaton for Ivy.
Had a great meal with my daughter. The service was excellent, with a minimal amount of wait time between courses. The food was well prepared and very tasty. The dinning area was somewhat noisy, but conversation at the table was still audible without shouting. The overall environment was attractive and comfortable.
Ivy is as it has always been, tremendous. A gem in the middle of Wheaton, its outdoor seating on a pleasant day like the one we visited was special. It was tough on the staff to keep the pumpkins moving from table to table to accommodate the ever increasing number of daytime diners. Imagining what warm summer evenings here is like is not hard - to resist.
Had a perfectly cooked, perfectly presented, perfect meal with no hassle, no fret, no issue.
Wine is as expected, yummy and well priced.
Food is always extraordinary at Ivy. I recommend it highly.

My husband and I had a very special dinner here for his birthday. This restaurant was formerly a church and the stained glass is beautiful. We had Ivy's Classic Tournedo of Beef, which was absolutely delicious. They have a great wine list too. We will be going back again and I definitely recommend this restaurant.
I have been dining at Ivy's for years, and have not had a bad experience. Their wine selection is great and the food has always been very consistent. Never disappointed with my dining experience.
Whenever I have family or friends over, we always go to Ivy's for cocktails and dinner. It is a favorite place for everyone.
When making a reservation I was not informed that there would be a large private that took the entire first floor. As a result we had to sit on the patio on a very windy day. Our server was very slow in taking our order and when he did get to us he was rude and sarcastic. It took a very long time to get our simple order. The salmon on my friend’s salad was very dry and black on the edges. All this was a huge disappointment. While I have previously had positive experiences at Ivy, my guest was there for the first time. I doubt if she will return.
The Cesar salad was moderately good. I had the medallions which were cooked perfectly but the sauces were over powering. The service was great but we were recommended a wine that was not good and I felt it was one the waiter was told to push. I loved the live music on the patio.
