Food was not good at all....
Service by Abby was great
Chair had hair on it.... no on it, but in it.... and clearly has not been cleaned
Great ambiance! Staff was extremely friendly. Definitely returning for brunch.
The food was very good. Besides that this restaurant was a huge disappointment. Granted we were 15 minutes late for our 9:00 PM reservation, but there were both many open tables and many tables with people eating. The first thing we were told was that the kitchen was closing soon so we should choose quickly. Somehow an alarm was set off (I realize that was an accident) which went on for a good five-ten minutes with a strobe light etc. You would think there would be some kind of apologie or something, but no. We ordered our food and wine (quickly!); as we were eating the waiter rarely came to check on us and a bus person started loudly moving tables and chairs around; the chairs scratching across the floor were very loud. There were still people a lot of people eating their meals. As we were eating the waiter came by to say, "you don't want anything else to drink, right? I mean the bar is closing. We felt rushed, the ambiance was horrible, the staff pretty rude. I would NOT recommend this restaurant for any reason.
Shame shame shame. Awesome view and ok interior design. Food simply average all heaped on plate - no style. Staff attentive but unaware. Evening ruined by incessant hyena laugh of another patron which would customarily be dealt with by management. It wasn't. Not the experience we sought and as said food incredibly average.
We made reservations through Open Table for Sunday Easter Dinner. Our reservation was at 3:15 pm.
When we were ready to order dinner the waiter told us that dinner menu was not available until 5:00 pm. What was available was a limited menu such as appetizers and hamburgers, sandwiches etc. Since it was Easter other restaurants were probably packed. So we had an appetizer and hamburger Easter dinner.
It is Easter, wouldn’t you expecti dinner to be served all day?
We ordered oysters but they were not fresh. The severe was very slow. Food overall was not good!
Enjoyed how they kept their signature menu with a few specials for Easter Sunday; although the special shrimp& grits was a hit or miss the signature menu items were delicious as usual. Fav cocktail 🥃 and great view; always a special treat!🙌🏾
Wonderful experience all around. Killer views and great atmosphere. Good and service we're on point.
Great view! Nice food. The duck taste really good!
Awesome food and mimosas. Great atmosphere. Bottomless mimosas are very bottomless
Loved the vibe and ambiance at ivory on sunset. Our server was awesome and always filled our bottomless mimosas to the top. The food was brought out quickly and cooked thoroughly. Thanks ivory!
Food took over an hour and half. However, they did offer free dessert. Wasn’t thrilled with the wait but I’ll go back again. Food was amazing!
The staff went out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable
22nd wedding anniversary. I requested a table with a view & i did not get one. Even though i not only asked online & in person hours before dinner.
Great service and attention to detail by the waitstaff.
It was perfect as always. Window views down west LA, it was under 60 degree outside but inside was warm with sunshine. Foods are always not disappointing. Pancakes are great here.
The food was great and the service was genuine.. my only problem was we made a reaervation at 9:30 which was accepted by them. Once we got there we were rushed to order all our food because they told use the kitchen closes at 9:30??!! They why did they take our reservation at 9:30?
Had great time at the ivory. Food was very well prepared and came at a timely manner. The server was very nice and was nice to make sure we were not driving before pouring us hour 4th round of Mimosas.
Sitting by the window was nice but be prepared to be hot.
My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate for Valentine’s. Originally our first choice was to go to 71above but it was completely booked! I did some searching and found this place was pretty popular and had good reviews - everyone was right! The setting is very elegant and chic, the ambiance was very relaxing. I ordered the salmon and my boyfriend ordered the lamb rack. AMAZING. We both couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was, and the presentation was just as great. Best salmon I’ve ever had! Definitely will be coming back, next time probably for breakfast!
Gathered here with few friends. We overall enjoyed the restaurant, the staff and the food!!!
The best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Everything, the food, the staff, the service, amazing. The friendliest, most accommodating staff. The tastiest food. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection, and the flavors were sensational!
Food was great and well worth the set price for Valentine's Day. The main course took awhile to come out but we'll worth the wait. Chef Bice is a gem for the LA area for his talent and ideas. Thanks Again.
Teya was our server and she was amazing! Definitely Enhanced our experience, the staff was super nice and accommodating to our large group. Food was excellent, Definitely coming back to try a couple other dishes. Thank you ivory staff!
Great food, great service, great atmosphere... not much else you can ask for.
Nice experience - wonderful restaurant in West Hollywood!
Loved this place! Definitely would come again. Beautiful view and delicious food!
Beatrice is the best and always takes sure good care of us!!
It was ridiculously hot in there and service was bad. Took forever to keep getting our bottomless mimosas filled.
The hostess was great. She greeted us immediately and found us a really good table. She then came back around and asked if everything was good (it was). She was very friendly.
The waiter was a cool guy. He was very courteous and helpful. He made good drink recommendations.
Used to be quite turned off by the attitude of Mondrian - haven’t been there for years until having read the positive reviews. We had the Dine LA menu - excellent food and views and actually great service. You can choose to be in the “scene” in the patio or the quieter dining room.
My 6th visit at the Ivory. Simply a great place, excellent value and superb service.
First time to dine in here and I'm impressed and so happy that we went to experience delicious food and amazing ambiance.
A roached crawled by us on the ledge and we both got sick from the extra fishy (should've trusted our instincts..either not sushi grade or old ahi tuna) ahi tuna tartare
HORRIBLE for a place that charges a lot and is "higher end".
A lovely patio with the sun out and my waitress, a redhead, was excellent and very friendly. My veggie wrap was not too tasty, however.
Ambience was great, views and decor I liked. Food was delicious but that's typical based on it was brunch menu. In addition, it seemed like they were under staffed due to a baby shower, so serviced I wasn'timpressed by that as I consumed my brunch without having seen the waiter for condiments nor were they brought from the start...
Gorgeous restaurant with a very nice view of the city. Would be perfect for a date! Great ambiance and food. Food came out a little slowly but the service was friendly and on point.
Just a Great Dinner with Friends....... Great, Creative Tasting Food, Great Ambiance & Great Service. Love to go there again & again....
It was hard for me find at first because the building is right on the corner and the space to pull up for valet is really small. With validation valet was $12. Casual attire is okay to wear. There is a bar, a separate room with tables, and some places to sit by the pool. There is a great view if you can get a seat next to the window.
