Italian Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Way overpriced for terrible food. $100 meal not as good as $10 chains. Makes Chef Boyardee seem like high table cuisine. Average age of clientele seemed about 7 years old. Would definitely take a taxi out of the hotel to get much less expensive but much better food for a family.
Great food. Cool indoors and very cozy outdoor dining. Seaparate bar is a good place to retreat from the crowds. Wine list is a little weak, but there are some good choices. Main dishes are outstanding and so are the deserted. Definitely try the $38 three course special.
We ordered the summer special menu. The portions are way too much for both of us, but the food were great and nice. The place is quiet and suitable for couple, family, or general dinning. The only thing to complain is the waiters are way too slow. We wait for 10 minutes to get our water re-fill and same as check out.
Probably the most overrated place I have been to. $28 for an less than average pasta. The place was not busy and we were seated by the kitchen where the noise level was high with mostly dishes and cutlery noises. The service was great but the food was mediocre. Would not come back!
Guess because they are in the Breakers, the prices are very high. My dish was the snapper piccata. Dish was swimming in butter. Pasta was dry and stuck together. Our waitress, Maria, was phenomenal and made it a nice evening. But the bill was almost $300 for two of us and we only shared an appetizer, had one glass of wine each and both had dessert. Not memorable enough to want to return at those prices. Be sure if you go to get your parking ticket stamped. Otherwise, parking is $30. Also heard that the noise level in season is undesirable as they get a lot of children. That was not the case on our visit, but it wasn't very busy.
The Italian Restaurant was a spectacular choice for our family's Mother's Day celebration. I had no idea where it was when I booked it on Open Table...I selected it for the menu and being children friendly.
A totally relaxing extremely pleasant atmosphere.
We were extremely pleased with our waitress Lindsey..very accommodating, knowledgeable of menu options, wine selections and personal friendly service to every member at the table.
Definitely an experience that set the bar.
Unexpectedly, it was very family-friendly. From having a playground on the way to the restaurant to having play rooms for all ages, this Italian restaurant really had families in mind. Was a bit disappointed that out of 5 adults, 3 of us found the food underwhelming and would not be returning for another visit. Specifically the eggplant parmesan and chicken piccata were considered the worst dishes from the meals chosen. The Orecchiette primavera was the best
Your are not Italian restaurant.
You worst than Macdonald . For Italian like me it is a shame to call you place Italian. Should learn from Bice Palm Beach cheaper and 1000 times better. You are make me shane infront of my guests , and it was my 60th birthday . Never will recommend you to anybody. For the money you charge you should get real Italian Shef.
The food was good however it's not a place to go if you're looking for a quiet evening together. The clientele is mostly families with small children. We felt as though we were eating at an Embassy Suites . Was not expecting that at the Breakers! Will definitely not go back
