Phenomenal. My husband and I have been to Italy a few times. No other restaurants around here can come close to ITA 101. Chefs meals are truly authentic italian.

I normally post photos but food too good and I completely forgot! I had a caprese salad with homemade mozzarella. ITA also serves homemade bread. For entrees, I had a wonderful summer ravioli that that light and flavorful. Whenever I eat at ITA, my favorite part is the tiramisu made table side.

Great dinner, fabulous pasta dishes, appetizers, and entrees. The olive oil and bread is beyond delicious. It was my third time at ITA and can’t wait for my next visit.

MUST GO. The food here was out of this world. The service could have been better. Luckily we didn’t need anything, but if we did it may have been a bigger issue then it was. They were also out of GF pasta, which was a huge disappointment. Be sure to call ahead to confirm it’s available. i’m assuming it’s becuase it’s so fresh. The chef made a risotto instead, which was phenomenal. I would normally leave a 3 maybe a 4 star review, but the food was THAT good that I feel like it deserves a 5 star. We will definitely be back and back again. Portions are small but we expected that due to the kind of experience this is so go into expecting small portions that are made with great detail and care. Flavor and doneness was perfection. Possibly the best food I’ve ever had.

Five of us for a birthday celebration. The food was exquisite! We shared all of the appetizers and literally wanted to lick the plates. Tuna and salmon crudo was perfectly fresh and delicious. Cauliflower - to die for. The focaccia is always on the menu and the best anywhere. Pasta is homemade and delicious. Several wonderful entree choices that change frequently. The service here is outstanding. Can't say enough good things about ITA 101.

The food we had was ok. The menu that was posted for the weekend was changed the day of. They are local sourced which we get but less than half the menu was available. And then they were out of some of the items on the limited menu. It felt like they are closed next week so they didn’t want to sit on inventory and ended up running out of a lot of things. Server was nice and food we did get was good. Just disappointed overall.
