Right from the time we got there the hostess sorry can’t remember her name but she is married to a French Canadian from Quebec she made us feel very comfortable . Alex our waiter was really awesome and took time to give us the specials . The food was awesome everything was great the surf and turf was out of this world and the Chocolate Brownie desert I would recommend that to everyone that loves Chocolate. I definitely will be going back and recommend this place to all my Friends. Thank you for the awesome service.

Food was delicious, waiter was great and the Director of Food and Beverage, Jude was amazing. He was helpful and wanted to ensure we had the best experience there and my sorority sisters and I were very grateful. From beginning to end, we loved everything about the restaurant.

Excellent food and service. Portions were large. The beet salad was wonderful. Also had the stuffed pork chop which was delicious. Our friends had the porterhouse for two. They loved it! Restaraunt is clean and Club like.

Pre fix menu was expensive

We all enjoyed our dinner. The waiter was nice but a little slow. When dining here be mindful the tip is already included with the meal. After dinner we enjoyed the live music they offer at ibar.

We are always impressed with our food and overall experience here. We wanted Cookie as our server, but unfortunately, she is no longer there. Nicholas was our waiter and was fantastic.

Nice to offer many wines but need to have a few more below $100 a bottle as you feel a bit ripped off, watch as we were initially charged 50% more than on the wine list for a bottle. Not much of an apology made either when we highlighted this. If they insist on adding 18% gratuity why not just include that in headline prices in the menu as it is not optional. Steaks tasty, sides not very big as we were told each would serve a family or 3 adults, only just about enough for 2 on most of the ones we ordered. Nice atmosphere, but not really the attention and service to match the price you pay.

The entire staff from the hostess to the food runner was fantastic! The food was wonderful and extremely enjoyable in the quiet atmosphere. David Kaplan (The GM) went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable evening! We will definitely be back! Thanks again IRONWOOD!

Overall me n my date were satisfied with the overall presentation of the establish however, the staff weren’t in the best of moods at the time of my visit. I’m not particularly familiar with the restaurant itself but overall it was not something to let get in the way of the night. It would be a bit more helpful to have them have more of a sense of urgency in assisting guests when in need. I understand it can be long at nights but it should also be remembered that as an individual it was a choice of yours to sign up for these long nights.

We have enjoyed this restaurant many times. This particular visit lacked good service. Our waiter had a large table of 12 and our table & another table suffered for it. Our service was extremely slow. My husband’s baked potato was iced cold in the center & it took 10+ minutes for us to see our waiter to flag him down to tell him. He brought out another baked potato that was very hot on the outside but the center wouldn’t even melt soft butter. He never came back so we could tell him it was cold again. After sitting with our table cleared for several minutes (10+), I had to flag a manager as he was walking by to ask for dessert menus. My husband’s wine glass & my beverage were empty since the appetizers & we had to ask for more to drink when we finally placed our dessert orders. The table next to us were getting the same service & complaining amongst themselves. Other than the cold potato, our food was fabulous. In the past our service has always been great. I think the service was poor this time because the waiter was overwhelmed. It’s sad that we had to suffer because of it.

Great food, service and atmosphere. My family makes it a point to dine here anytime we are staying at PGA.

Excellent food. nice setting. Adjacent to hotel lobby bar which is very nice with good evening entertainment. A little pricey, but good for a special occasion.

Bday for wife.

Service was terrible, server not attentive at all. Gratuity is added to every bill so there is no incentive to give good service when the server knows he's going to get 18% no matter how he pwrforms. It's a shame because the food was good, except the cold baked potato.

Steak was way over cooked. Replaced the steak but took over 20 min to get another Med/Rare filet out.
The rest of the table was almost finished with the meal.

Food was very good. Service was very slow and unattentive.

So disappointed. The staff was deplorable and rude. Our waiter disappeared. We had clear our own dishes, couldn’t get drinks unless we got up and asked for a waiter and then when the waiter finally came by he asked “is there a problem?” YES!! You are rude and then we were charged 18% tip on a $1000 bill for a BUFFET!!!

We are spending Christmas vacation in the PGA resort in a rented condo. We made a reservation at the club restaurant, Ironwood Steak and a Seafood. The dinner turned out to be a buffet and it was mediocre at best. Moreover they charged me $85 per person and we were a party of 4. A complete waste of almost $500. Needless to say the service was awful!! The waiter never came to clear one plate and we had to put our used dishes on the table next to us which remained dirty throughout our dinner. The food wasn’t even good. Old Country Buffet is better. Yes, I’ve tried OCB once. PGA Resort should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go there again for food, drink or anything.

I have reached out to the manager requesting a return call to share by feedback - still waiting for that call.
Service was poor - we waited for 15 minutes before a drink order was even taken - same about about of time for coffee/ I had to flag down our waiter for silverware then waited ...
this was a Christmas buffet and none of the items were labeled and the staff personal manning the table didn’t speak English so she could not tell me the item.
I have eaten here before so that is why I chose this as my Christmas dinner- I will not make this mistake again. Very disappointing.

Excellent to Awesome experience. Presentation of the Buffet was outstanding; Very Festive and Energetic.
Choices of salads, appetizers, Desserts and main course were excellent. Main course was Hot and fresh and prepared to our liking. We had the Prime Rib, which was done to our liking. The risotto was delicious. The King crab, shrimp, and clams were fresh and chilled; with a variety of of toppings, i.e., mustard, cocktail, hot sauce.
Service was very attentive and courteous. Marty was our waiter. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Pleasantly surprised for a Holiday Buffet. Highly recommend.

We came to the Ironwood Grill for the purpose of taking my mother (who uses a wheel chair) out for Christmas lunch. The buffet was spectacular, if expensive. The service personnel were considerate and very helpful. The overall experience was very, very good.

For the price, i expected fresh lobster on the seafood platter, not an overcooked, frozen lobster tail.

The food was great . Our server was very attentive.

This was our second night in a row at Ironwood. The food was amazing and the staff was superb both nights.

The food was delicious but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We didn't have any room left for dessert. Top review for the staff. They were all amazing.

Had a very bad cut of a 90.00 porterhouse steal for two
The manager was. most accommodating and gave us a
