   Server was very nice. Food was very good. Air conditioned space was nice for cooling off after walking around the Annapolis area.

   Having a reservation did not matter. There was a long line at opening time in the morning, reservation or not. We told the host we had one, but it was not acknowledged. Our reservation was at 8am (the first one of the day), because we needed to be somewhere afterwards. We arrived at 7:50 and were seated at 8:10. Did not get our food until 8:50 or even coffee until after 8:30. Disappointing, as some parties were served food before we even got our drinks, and were paying before we began eating. Our server was definitely not on point. The food is really good, not great. There are other places more worthy of the premium price, but I guess the tourists will continue to keep them busy.

   We got into town and headed here based on prior recommendations. It’s a rustic setting down by water front. Food was good; service OK. I’d recommend if you want bfast for dinner.

   The food was good but everyone left a little hungry, thirsty, and rushed. The portions just didn’t hit the spot, which is surprising for the way the food was described on the menu. It was also 95+ degrees and getting water refilled was very difficult. Our waitress kept mentioning she’d need to go downstairs for things (mustard, drinks, water) which isn’t the customer’s fault there are two floors without adequate stock on the top floor. She was nice and we were very understanding but we were so thirsty and hungry from a day in the sun and touring and just wanted to refuel. Everyone enjoyed the food, it really was tasty! I’ve been here before and I will come back, but maybe give the poor waitresses some extra supplies upstairs or a runner to help them?

    Management and staff were excellent in accommodating our changing number of diners. Waiter was very good. We were there for dinner. My guess is breakfast is great. Dinner fare is limited and frankly not great. Appetizers were good.

    We had a very satisfying recent lunch, outdoors on a sunny day. Diverse menu, very competent wait staff and fair prices given the downtown Annapolis location. It would be hard to improve on their winning formula. That said, there is a sea of competition in all directions and IR has to stay at the top of its game to compete. I hope they can.

    We went to iron rooster for breakfast on a Monday morning since we were there to see the Naval Academy with our daughter. One of the pedestrian Naval Academy entrances is very close to iron rooster. The restaurant has a very historic appeal as does the entire area in downtown Annapolis and it is incredibly quaint and beautiful down there. The outdoor seating was absolutely wonderful, the food was fantastic and the service was great!! I highly recommend making a reservation several days prior since they are very popular and a lot of breakfast times are gone a week ahead of time.

    Excellent evening at Iron Rooster in downtown Annapolis. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend sitting outside to enjoy the music and ambiance of the boating town.

    The service was atrocious! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were four of us in our party. Three of us received our entrees in a timely manner. The fourth never arrived. No apologies! Save your money and eat anywhere else!

    Great location and ambiance, plus the roostarts (pop-tarts) are DELICIOUS. We had one of the staples (Brown Sugar) and we tried a flavor of the day (Blueberry). Definitely recommend as a dessert option. The dinner entree was just okay. I tried the pork chops, which had a wonderful honey flavor, but the bottom was burned, which was unappetizing. Not sure I'd get that again. They used to have a Chicken Pot Pie that was AMAZING, but they got rid of it for some odd reason.

    Nice spot right on the harbor in Annapolis. The food is good. I ate a chicken sandwich and hubby had crab cakes. The spicy margaritas were good too. The Buffalo chicken appetizer was kind of over breaded and icky.

    I’ve been to the Canton location and wanted to take my mother to try the amazing food! She lives closer to Annapolis so this was our first time at this location. The location was a little hard to find for someone not familiar with the area. Everything was amazing! Will definitely go again.

    We had a lovely dinner at Iron Rooster. We have dined here for breakfast and found it to be wonderful . Dinner did not disappoint. Our waiter Cameron was outstanding! ! Such a great and fun personality. The craft cocktails divine and the food was superb. Will definitely return to Iron Rooster and highly recommend for breakfast or dinner.

    Made a booking for Sunday evening, even confirmed, turned up on time and the restaurant had closed. No contact from the Iron Rooster saying they were shutting early at 6pm. Wasted trip into town as reservations at other eateries were long wait times.

    Great service. Great food. We went for our anniversary dinner. Our server was excellent. I had to wait alone for awhile, my husband couldn't find a parking space. Our server was so kind checking on me to make sure I was OK. We sat outside and the ambience was wonderful, nice weather. Food was tasty. I liked that they serve breakfast items all day. Will definitely return.

    Lovely outdoor seating with very attentive waitstaff. Was shocked at the large portions and great prices. We very much enjoyed our brunch (avocado toast, fruit bowl, waffle - all plenty big enough to share). We'd love to return

    Gotta visit for the home made poptarts! My friend knows that I have a thing for poptarts. So when she told me Iron Rooster makes then fresh, I just had to check out this place in my birthday. I was not disappointed. My husband ordered fried chicken and pancakes. It's a huge serving and I'm surprised that he finished. I ordered breakfast quesadilla which comes made for a village and no I didn't attempt to finish because I was going to eat my birthday salted caramel and candied bacon. My goodness. That's all I need to say. Try it yourself

    Not as good as it used to be. Service wasn't great. Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the table. Nobody brought plates. Overall, it just feels like this place has gone downhill.

    Our Mother’s Day Brunch lived up to expectations! We were welcomed by Robert over the phone in making and modifying reservations and our dining experience only got better! Our waitress was attentive with details, energy and recommendations and the Maryland Crab Dip is a must-have. This was our first and very memorable visit.
