Great food and service, love the rustic meets almost industrial decor, Angie was a fabulous server and right on the ball
Just wish the background music had been a little more in the background because it was a touch loud to carry on conversation across a couple of people in order to hear the others at the far end of the table
Not overbearing loud, just a little too high so it’s definitely not going to keep us away in the future!
Great food! Good drinks. Good Service. Convenient location.
It was good, didn’t love my food, but everything else was nice.
Great all day breakfast options. I had the breakfast ravioli. It was awesome. I cant wait to go back and try the brunch bowl. I suggest making reservations in advance. There is usually a wait for breakfast on weekends.
Got the family together for breakfast before the holidays kick in.
We had about 13 people in our party and the restaurant was able to accommodate our needs. We were very grateful and the service was excellent!
Every time I have been here the hosts, to the wait staff have been amazing!
Variety of breakfast foods. Some very interesting and they have healthy food for those eating healthy or vegan.
Well done Iron Rooster!
It wasn't my cup of tea but if you like breakfast or bacon, this is the place for you.
The waitress was MIA for most of the meal. We needed refills on coffee and water. This location was very loud.
Fried green tomatoes are the best around. Save room for the roostart! Everything we had was delicious and service was spot on thanks to Justice!
Tiffany was an awesome server. Very friendly and attentive.
This is an awesome place, they are sincerely working hard to provide the customer a great experience.
Alyssa was the BEST!!!!
Our food was fantastic. Alyssa u
Is a great server
Drove from Loyola U for bkfst with my son on a Sunday. We will def be back. 20 mins drive with traffic.
We usually love the experience at the Iron Rooster but this one did not go well at all. First issue was with our food, 2 of the 3 brunch entrees were horrible. One was the breakfast raviolo, but the raviolo was overcooked and it was in more of a soup rather than a sauce--not sure why this was recommended on the menu. Second was a steak hash dish, the steak was good but the potatoes were clearly coming from frozen bag and tasted stale/old--was extremely gross. Second issue was the service; we would have sent the food back or ordered something different but our server never checked in on us until after the meal was over. At that point she noticed we hadn't touched the food and asked if there was something wrong; we informed her it was not good. She went to go check with the manager "to do something about it." She returned and removed just the pop tart ($6 from our check) but left the uneaten entree and the half-eaten one on. I would have said something but did not want to make a scene in front of company--we did not even touch the breakfast raviolo. Use to be my favorite spot to take company or guests, we will now have to find somewehre else.
Good experience but it was very cold and noisy at lunchtime
Went for my 30th anniversary because my wife wanted something different and I'm always up for breakfast food. We went to the Canton location.
It was a nice surprise. The place was cool with ample parking. We went midmorning so it wasn't busy.
The food was unexpectedly delicious, we had the breakfast nachos which we wanted without meat. We told the waitress the order was wrong and she had them re cook it . The portions were good and the pancakes were ginormous.
The waitress loosened up as the meal went on but all in all this place was worth the $$ and the trip.
One more thing they need to notify their face because they don't know who will be walking in to your restaurant.
Hostess staff did not appear to pay much attention to order, we had an open table reservation was were sat late. Seems that the restaurant is trying to do more business than it has capacity for in front and back staff. Food was mediocre, but not too bad. Probably not worth a trip unless a large group plans a brunch.
Was disappointed no crab cakes on menu and brunch only
Our Server Justice was amazing! Friendly, attentive and fast! We absolutely adored him!! Oh and then Jamie the Executive Chef brought our PopTrat out to the table and thanked us for dining with you all! Great experience!
Hostess had an attitude when I refused the corner table she was going to seat us, told her Im claustrophobic and cant stay in tight areas, told her my preference for spacious spot and chose a different table, she gave me a mean look and obliged but slammed down our menus when we got seated. Wow!
The best brunch place I've been to! The quality of the food was great, and the prices were great too! Definitely recommend and will be going back. I can't say much about their drink prices, since I didn't order any.
As always the food was excellent, service was great the staff is always friendly. I always make a reservation because it’s always very busy during lunch. I would definitely recommend this place !
Great Food and Great Staff 😍 we went for a Ladies Day out AWESOME.
The Hostess are very rude,I made reservations and when I walked in they both looked at me like I had two head's! The host is the first point of contact for any establishment.I would look for someone else..Food was amazing and my service was good.
However paying 9$ for a watered down Bloody Mary was very disappointing....
The glass was to small and the pre made mix was average at best...I would possibly come back if someone cleaned the bathroom and made better dink's...
Food and ambience were good however our waiter was a bit slow. Would definitely recommend and try this place again!
Food was amazing as always. Service was TERRIBLE. We came for brunch and ordered coffee and drinks before ordering our meals. Our waitress was Emily. We received the coffee but it took 20 minutes after that for us just to get spoons (which another waitress gave us). It took 15 more minutes to get our drinks and order our food, which was the first time since we sat down that our actual waitress came to check on us. When our food arrived (delivered by someone else, NOT our waitress), two of the orders were correct but one was wrong. Our waitress came over to check and found out that she put in our orders wrong, which would’ve been understandable if she hadn’t written the orders down and double checked this particular order when we first ordered. The two people I was with began eating as I didn’t want them to have to wait. The correct order took about 10-15 more minutes to arrive. We barely saw our waitress and had to flag her down just to order another drink or get refills on coffee. We weren’t given any credit or anything to make up for the poor service. Been here many times and it’s been excellent every time. When a place is known for an exceptionally busy Sunday brunch, this type of service felt out of place and haphazard. It was particularly frustrating when we were waiting on refills, other orders, etc only to see our waitress gabbing away with her coworkers. It didn’t seem to be an off day or particularly busy, it just seemed that our waitress was not attentive to either us as customers or simple details. We were waited on more by the other waitresses than our own.
Overall very good!
The food was amazing, the service was amazing and didn't take long for food to arrive. Server was nice and gave us a roostart on the house for bringing in our own metal straws which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely go again :)
Food was great, only downside was the temperature upstairs. If it’s hot outside try to sit downstairs.
As always a great time. Food (Turkey and brie sammich, short stack with bananas, and of course a Roostart) was delish and the service was friendly and patient.
Big place for Brunch with the fam. Straight Chillin
We were seated at a table during a non rush time (4:45 pm) on a Thursday. We sat and waited for 20 minutes without being approached by a server. We watched three servers check us out and walk away. We also locked eyes with the hostess who stared at us, looked away, and never helped us. The walls next to my son in the booth was filthy. We actually said goodbye and left. It smelled good and had we been served food, we think it would have tasted delicious. We will never know.
Server was great! Temperature in the restaurant was hot
The food and drinks were excellent. Recommend making a reservation like we did otherwise the wait for a Sunday Brunch can be 1.5 to 2 hours long.
Food is fine for the price, but nothing special. The service left a lot to be desired.
We had a wonderful lunch. Mike the manager was so helpful with the food allergies in our party and the food was excellent. The quality of the ingredients came through. Our waiter also made great food suggestions. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a Monday lunch.
Excellent service! Great food!
After 45 minutes we had to ask the waitress to check on our food order. After 10 minutes, the manager came over and said they "lost our food ticket". They put it in and the food was out about 10 minutes later. They did not charge us, though we left a tip, however, the worst part about it is I got food sick afterwards!! I had eggs and bacon (so nothing complicated!). After the terrible service, and the sickness, I will never go back.
The food was good, nothing to brag about
