INTI NYC Restaurant
**Please be sure to notify your server that you made a reservation through OpenTable, thanks!**
A popular appetizer at INTI NYC Restaurant is the ceviche mixto, which includes shrimp, calamari, octopus, and fresh fish chunks that is marinated in lime juice. It is served with baby corn and sweet potatoes. The ceviche de corvina is similar with just the fresh fish chunks. Peruvian style seafood soup makes a great starter. Don’t forget to order the chica morado, a traditional Peruvian drink made from purple corn and finish with tres leches cake for dessert.

Food was fabulous. Service great. Atmosphere was perfect. Will repeat visit for sure!
INTI is a gem! Delicious and varied authentic Peruvian options at reasonable prices. Great comfortable ambiance in a convenient, cozy location. Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent Peruvian food. Great seafood
We had a great time! The food and service were excellent. Will def be back!
We waited at our table for over an hour before we were served drinks and our food order wasn't even taken yet.
Have already told friends of this find: food was excellent and portions are large; service was considerate and professional; soft traditional music playing did not interfere with conversation; and the traditional Pisco Sour drink was delicious. The menu prices range from very inexpensive on up, so any wallet and taste preference can be satisfied. Will definitely be here again!
The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The restaurant was half empty when we were there on a Friday night, which seemed strange, given the quality and price of the food. I had a seafood and rice dish that was really tasty but too much for me to finish; my friends cleaned their plates. And we all ordered and loved the maracuya sour. I think the place doesn't seem snazzy enough, but if you don't care too much about upscale décor, try INTI.
After a long day at Rockefelller Ctr, city lights and shopping we wanted to have a quiet and relaxing dinner.
Made a reservation via Open Table for 9pm.
Ended up arriving at Inti at 9:3 and we were seated right away.
It was perfectly full but not overcrowded.
The service was great. Lady busses and servers were excellent.
We ordered the lomo saltado, jalea and ceviche. We also ordered a chicha morada and two pisco sours.
The food was absolutely delicious. Nice presentations and good portions. The sauces were perfect.
The chicha morada was full of ice and it was just Ok. I feel that too much ice takes the flavor away therefore I can’t give it a raving review.
The pisco sour is all about the foam. The foam was lacking but the taste was delicious. They may have prepared it with a. Hand shaker which is fine. It perhaps needed more sharing? The blender always makes for a perfect foam. Nonetheless, all was delicious. The dishes came out rather quickly and so did our drinks. We were attended to in a timely manner and I noticed the same for the other tables.
If you are in the area this is a must try!
Have been at this restaurant several times and the food has always been delicious. In addition besides the food being excellent the price is even better.
We are really glad that we picked this place for dinner after a show! Service was friendly and helpful; each of our entrees was deliciously prepared and exactly what we were looking for (ceviche mixto, camarones picante, and bistec a la pobre).
Food was mediocre, restaurant was understaffed.
There’s an undisclosed male intruder looming around the women’s bathroom even when it was locked, he tried to unlock it. Maybe he was trying to do his “peeping tom” business inside it. It happened to my female friend last night. I complained it to the management, they tried to cover it up by giving us a bottle of wine, which was an act of disrespect and disgusting behavior. Their bathroom is not safe for all the customers. Be careful in coming over to this restaurant.
I had a small party of eight for my birthday! It was amazing! The restaurant was empty so it felt like the whole restaurant was reserved for my friends and I! Food was delicious I had a salmon Caesar salad! Overall I had a great time!
The food was fine and there was a live band playing jazz music which was nice. The food was good. The only problem was when I paid the bill. I left a 20 percent tip and the server seemed angry about it. Because of what happened, I wouldn't go back. Didn't make me feel welcomed.
Amazing food. The chaufa de pollo was delicious and was a large serving size. If you’re looking to leave full and not break the back this is a fantastic place to eat. The fresh sangria was also fantastic
Nice place for a chicken a la plancha and white fish is good too.
We made reservations for dinner for two at INTI because of its proximity to Gerald Lynch Theater (we were going to see a performance that evening). When I asked the waiter check we were asked if we could leave the tip in cash?! Although I understand people prefer cash; this request and the bland food mean we are never going back.
Note on OT said to let server know we were there for a reservation. Restaurant was slow, had to walk to the back of the dining room to find the server. Must have told me three times after I told him I made the reservation that this was a Peruvian restaurant. Empanadas were the highlight of the meal. Also had the Jalea, which was ok. Mostly Calamari with a bit of shrimp and fish, wish there were a sauce or two presented with it.
It was wonderful with the exception of the server.
He didn’t allow me to enjoy a happy hour drink because of a discount certificate I had for the meal.
People off the street came in for only a happy hour cocktail without having dinner but this guy was rigid. Even asked him to put meal on separate bill from the bar bill but his rigidity was unshakable.
Really gave negative feeling towards the meal.
Thank you for the service very kind and professional ..
The experience of trying Peruvian food was amazing, Myself,my wife and son were in NYC on vacation, and went her for Father’s Day dinner, the food was amazing, our waiter made great recommendations, without being super pushy, and the food was brought out quickly. I would definitely recommend Inti for dinner.
The ceviche (big pieces of stringy fish) and the tiraditas (not creamy at all) were terrible: a shame for a peruvian restaurant! Hopefully, the “bistec a lo pobre” was not that bad. The pisco sour was good but clearly overpriced ($14). Everyone should be warned before entering this restaurant!
Inti has some really sweet staff members. They were especially courteous and welcoming. The food here was very good. Tried the fried rice with seafood (shrimp, scallops, calamari) and another with chicken...both were great. Camarones Inti was great as well. I can't wait to go back and try out the rest of the menu. It seems like there are a lot of Peruvian places in the area and this is one of the good ones.
Food was fantastic. Service great.
Excellent experience!
Excellent Peruvian food in this little restaurant. Great service with great attention from the start to the end. A very nice place to enjoy the Peruvian cuisine. Muchas Gracias !
Very nice staff, original Peruvian food made fresh for a great value. Great taste
it is not from theaters so good option for something out of the ordinary
Great service, nice live music, tasty dishes.
The food was wonderful and the service was great. We had a wonderful waitress. Our reservation somehow did not get registered until I clarified it with Open Table so I am not sure what went wrong. The only down side was the one beer our friend was drinking ran out but it all worked out.
The food was fine and service was ok.
This restaurant is giving Opentable members +500 for lunch booking and I hope other members get their points!
I am very disappointed with this restaurant that I will not return!
I booked on Opentable App for lunch yesterday.
Our server, Gregorio greeted us. I told him TWICE that I’ve booked a table through Opentable.
Yesterday evening, I received an email from Opentable saying the restaurant confirmed with Opentable that I didn’t show up! Such dishonesty from restaurant has never happened to me in nyc since I become an Opentable member in 2003.
Well, I have receipt and photos to prove that we showed up.
My wife and I had one of the best, most memorable meals we can recall. We had the Arroz con pollo, a marinated beef and vegetables dish, and the empenadas. Service was impeccible, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. A highlight of a wonderful evening.
Excellent, fresh and healthy food! And great service!
Great food, easy seating. Offered us complimentary wine, but we don’t drink. Food was a bit salty but overall great dinner time
We enjoyed dinner at this "out of the way" spot on Tenth Avenue. The food was very good and portions were generous. We had an early dinner but there was live music as we were leaving. There is a full bar.
We had 2 appetizers and 2 main courses and enjoyed it all.
Wonderful food here. Like everywhere portions got a little smaller and up in price. Really good food and nice chance of pave for pre theatre dining
Good food very friendly staff. Went with my family and they all loved their food.
Enjoyed this authentic Peruvian restaurant with excellent food and a helpful and attentive wait staff.
Relaxed, reasonably priced meal in a comfortable setting.
Tasty creative food complemented by a great piscina sour!
Tasty dishes. Great lunch specials. Worth trying if you are in the area
Great food and very accommodating service. A winner.
