Great place for a cocktail and hanging out with friends. I always enjoy myself.
Food was as good as if we were at a really bad hotel restaurant..... won’t be back
Outstanding location for business lunch. Weather permitting, one of the nicest outdoor dining experiences in Midtown.
We chose the restaurant for a quiet place to catch up - and it's definitely quiet. On a chilly evening, sitting outside is also chilly. The food (snapper with fennel and artichokes) was a good concept but looked like home cooking on the plate. Nice people and decent service, just go for something simple.
Went here for drinks the other night and really enjoyed the atmosphere. They have a cocktail called When Figs Fly with bourbon infused figs that I really enjoyed. My friend ordered the tuna tacos, and they were to die for. I would definitely go back again!
Great overall experience! Loved the tuna tacos and the winter fizz!
A surprisingly good meal in a beautiful space (the parish hall of St. Bart's church). Both of our lunches - the snapper special and the kale salad - presented an excellent contrast of flavors and seasonings, and the fish was cooked very well. Always less crowded than expected for lunch, given its location in the heart of the Midtown business district.
We went to this well situated, comfortable and pretty restaurant for Easter brunch. We ate inside not under the tent. The food was a little less than okay. Which is a shame. The staff is friendly and pleasant but they are not helped by the kitchen. They really need to up their game. I had a quiche that looked and tasted like it came from the supermarket freezer, others at the table had eggs Benedict with ham burnt around the edges. The quiche came with an okay salad and the eggs arrived with some sort of diced skillet potatoes, no salad greens. Nothing tasted or looked interesting or as if any care was put into it.
The person bringing our table coffee and tea burned my friend’s arm with the hot metal teapot. Our waiter wasn’t particularly attentive; I asked for coffee refills on several occasions, only one of which our waiter remembered to assist with (I was able to flag others down who fulfilled my request). The food portions seemed a bit small for both egg dishes we ordered, relative to other brunch offerings in the city. So based on rather lackluster experience, we were irked to find an 18% tip already included in our final bill. Our service and experience did *not* merit an 18% gratuity for a party of two, and we won’t be back again.
Dined here for lunch last week! The inside space resembles the architecture in St. Bart's church next door. The food was great and the service was excellent! We will be back again!
Great spot for lunch. The food is good and so is the service.
My favorite lunch spot in midtown. Great customer service and delicious food.
We’ve eaten at Inside Park several times, and have always enjoyed it. The food and staff are wonderful, and the old chapel is beautiful. It’s a great place to meet with people and really visit, as well as enjoying a delicious meal. My favorite is the Pot Pie, along with a “When Figs Fly” cocktail.
I come here all of the time for Happy Hour. The tuna tacos are great! I also really enjoy the Surf & Turf spring rolls.
Great place for work lunch. Not too crowded. A little chilly inside because it's an old building.
Excellent meal. Service was also excellent. great find in this neighborhood. Will definitely return
The food was wonderful and the service was well-timed and friendly. I always enjoy bringing my clients here for lunch.
Great place for lunch. Love the Turkey burger and the service is always on point.
Excellent and attentive service. Delicious and assorted menu options. Hostess introduced herself and engaged us in conversation. Beautiful dining room, great prices. Will continue to make this my business/leisure lunch place of choice for the future. Thank you.
My husband and I had an excellent time the other night. Our server was wonderful, and she knew the menu from start to finish. Which is super important for me with certain allergies I have. From the Manager who greeted us when we entered the space, it really made our experience worth while. The food was perfect and the wine selection was excellent. We can’t wait to return!!
Great overall! Enjoyed the drinks, food and service. Happy Hour at the bar is a CAN’T miss!
Always a pleasure. Staff is awesome.
Great food and service at fair prices. The sound level and spacing between tables makes it a perfect place for business meals.
Always a great experience. Staff is very friendly and the cocktail selections are awesome.
Nice surprise in the winter! The "outdoor" seating is very cozy and comfortable and it's lovely to sit with glass walls and glass ceiling. The flooring and table settings were all very nice, perfect for a business lunch. Will definitely be back, especially during the cold months.
Meh. A bit expensive for a mediocre burger. Good quiet spot but food is just passable.
Met friends for lunch. The place is beautiful, service impeccable and the food amazing. The tuna tacos were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Inside Park
Inside Park at St. Bart's was a recommendation from a friend for a restaurant near the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. With a very ambitious 2 day Christmas tour of NYC at hand, we were able to make a 5:30 reservation which allowed us to meet up with our son & his girlfriend, purchase tickets for RCMH Christmas Extravaganza, walk thru the plaza and take pics by the tree, have dinner and make the 8:00pm show! We started with appetizers of goat cheese croquettes, tuna tacos and short rib egg rolls , all of which got thumbs up. Two of us ordered the crab cake (good), 1 chicken pot pie(great) and I ordered the best entree, grilled snapper( which was cooked perfectly) We were all starving so we also ordered a side of Farfalle Primavera but were served the Gamberi Toscana. After alerting our waitress, she said no problem , enjoy this dish and I will bring the other shortly, which she did. The manager also stopped by to apologize for the mistaken pasta . We did have left overs to box up and enjoyed at home the next night. We finished with a round of cappuccinos and had time to stroll back to Radio City with plenty of time to enjoy the show.
Excellent attentive service
Food was delicious , just right for lunch
It was great! Food was great!
$70 a person for Thanksgiving dinner? There was no ambiance (save a screen showing black and white photos of NY). The tables were either too close or too far. Lighting was terrible -- either in the dark or under a spotlight. The food was lukewarm from start to finish. The turkey was dry and half the plate was cheap mushrooms. The nibbles we're awful, the dessert tart was OK. Honestly, apart from our waitress (who was lovely), I was embarrassed to have taken my partner there for Thanksgiving: it felt like eating in a trussed-up soup kitchen.
Very disappointing, Thanksgiving meal was WAY over salted and slopped onto our plates like dog food, the staff was friendly but my God, the food was not edible...We spend $220 for the two of us and walked out feeling sick to our stomachs and very unsatisfied to say the least. They need a new chef,I would not recommend going.
Thanksgiving Dinner. Very good food. A little too much for me but took it home for the next day.
A Nice Thanksgiving Meal. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and we would definitely go back! It happened to be quite cold that day and we found the restaurant a little chilly - however with that said, the hostess told us that we could move closer to some large heaters which we ended up not doing, but we appreciated the offer. The food was quite flavorful and delicious - the only down side was that all of the portions were cold. We understand the challenge of keeping a Thanksgiving menu hot, so this does not detract from a nice dining experience.
A popular lunch destination that I’ve passed for years. I’m glad i finally stopped in with a friend. With a varied menu, there is something for everyone, definitely try the tuna tartare tacos. They’re delish!!
On a warm afternoon in late fall or any other time, you cannot beat a lunch or dinner on the terrace. The foods is non-fussy, not overly complex, but it is well-priced and always fresh and appetizing.
Food usually excellent but choice of stone fruit not the best. Would have preferred salad Nicole’s...
We were attending a concert at St. Bart's. The restaurant is next door. It was very convenient, the food was good. Service attentive. And with excellent weather, the locale can't be beat.
Good quality was great, prices are moderate, service was substantial. There needs to be an improvement on the bug control. We were sat by a fairly large plant which had to very visible plastic containers of a clear yellow liquid that I can only assume was citronella, which did not stop flies, a very pesky bee, and finally some sort of small fly like creature that decided to finish my wife's dinner for her.
Restaurant was empty and food was bad
