Food was horrible except for the just above tolerable prime rib. French toast needed a knife to cut through, even then it was challenging. Spare ribs were very dry. Orange juice was warm. Severely overpriced, if we had gotten 1 of our 2 meals free it was debatably worth it but then just as something to fix hunger. The bathroom garbage can was overflowing and didn’t even have paper towel to dry hands. Waitstaff was courteous and seemed to try but this was a terrible overall experience.

The food was amazing. The service was horrible. I was not impressed from the beginning. First there was a long line to be sat even though we had reservations. I think they needed more people to help with the seating. The table service was horrible. The drinks and plate removal was terrible. The waitstaff was slow to bring drinks and plates stacked in our table. It is a buffet. The waitstaff didn’t have much to do. The omelet staff and carving staff were polite, cheerful, delightful, and a pleasure to accommodate any request. The food was our favorite Mother’s Day brunch as of yet.
Wow. For the price, the service was shockingly bad. When we arrived, I tried to check in at what appeared to be the hostess station. She (snottily) directed us to the hotel front desk where we had to pay IN ADVANCE including an 18% gratuity for a buffet. We saw "our server" twice who didn't bother to even introduce herself or say welcome. She just asked, "What do you want to drink?" Despite it being Mother's Day and a children's menu, there was no milk according to the server and no root beer. She also didn't make any suggestions, like maybe the mimosas that we saw other tables enjoying later. When she brought our drink order (sodas, coffee) much of my coffee was on the saucer and not in the cup. Later I flagged down a manager (I think, he never introduced himself) about the milk and he did find some for my daughter. However, "our server" never returned and I had to wave down another server to get refills. She was handing out something but we'll never know what it was. Oh, they served crab legs, but we were told they didn't have enough seafood forks for everyone and they had nothing to crack open the crab legs. Perfectly good crab was being thrown away because they don't know what they're doing. You may think it was because they were crowded, but half the tables were empty (should've been a warning). Our little group of five was seated at a table for ten. What a mistake. If it had just been my wife and me, I would've demanded a refund of the 18% gratuity. Their "award winning" brunch must've been a participation award.
Outstanding Mother’s Day brunch with delicious crab legs, smoked salmon, prime rib carving station, omelet station and traditional breakfast buffet
We have been eating here for years and it used to be the best fish fry around. We went to celebrate Mother’s Day and An Anniversary. And we were more then underwhelmed, it took them forever to come to the host stand to even seat us and then we all just sat there for another good while before we got drinks and orders. 2 other waitress said “our waitress would be right with us” neither of them could have just taken our drink order? Then When we finally ordered we all got the fish fry which comes with a salad bar. 2 of us orders the baked fish (which used to be amazing) was dried out and Luke warm. A few of us ordered potato pancakes and half of it was hard and burnt. We all ordered waters and a few of the glasses were disgusting it was water marked from the dishwasher but eww! The soup spoons were gross as well. Then they ran out of plates at the salad bar and it took 10 minutes to bring some out. Then when she brought the bill we asked if she could take $60 in cash and the rest on a card she roles her eyes and said “I guess I can try” just kind of frustrating all around since this used to be our go to place. I also want to say they weren’t very busy and they have raised the price for the fish fry. My family is going to need to find a new place because I won’t go again.

Food was good. Service was very slow however. Was leaving on trolley for a concert so it was convenient.
This was my first visit to Innovation. Easter Brunch. Everything was good considering the crowd. There were multiple stations of most foods. My omelet was excellent and the prime rib also. I especially appreciate the option to have the rare beef 'browned' more. I would have liked to have more gluten-free selections. Although there were items identified as gluten-free there were those that naturally do not contain gluten.

I have been coming here for years and it was always a great experience. I am sad to say those days are over, we were a party of five that ended up walking out due to lack of food. The salid bar had no salid and I had to ask them to fill it. The offerings at the salid bar had been reduced to practically nothing and the cheese bar was shabby. We waited almost a hour and a half and never got any food, they now offer the fried fish at the salid bar area and it was empty almost the entire time and when the waitress asked the cook when it was coming out he got a attitude and said it gonna be awhile twice. They just keep seating people with no way to serve them. We paid for just our drinks and walked out never to return again. So sad they changed from a great goto fish fry to we will never go back agin.
I appreciate that we can make a reservation on fish fry Friday. We love the soup and salad bar. The potato pancakes weren’t that great. It’s pretty awesome that you include dessert on the salad bar. The service was good.
Service was almost non existent in this tired little hotel restaurant. Food was surprisingly good even though it appeared nobody worked there.

We had a nice time. It was my mothers 92nd birthday so we took my parents for a fish fry. The staff was very accommodating. We brought in a birthday cake and our waitress brought it out after dinner, which was very nice.
We enjoyed the unlimited soup and salad bar that is offered with the Friday night fish fry. On this particular day, the restaurant was also offering fried cod and cooked green beans on the salad bar on a trial basis. Personally, I hope this was a one day trial as I would rather have the fish/green beans plated and served directly from the kitchen.
We always enjoy Innovation. Not many places in town offer a salad bar. At Innovation, they're included with the fish fry.
FIrst time at this restaurant. Didn't know where to go for Thanksgiving meal. Turned out to be a fantastic choice. Buffet was wonderful. Will definitely go back to try the regular menu.

tERRIBLE. wE HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE AND ENJOYED IT. tHIS TIME WAS BAD. wE WERE TOLD IT WAS BEING TAKEN OVER BY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT. tHEY FIRED ALL THE ILLEGAL HELP WHICH WAS A MISTAKE. fOOD WAS COLD AND OVERDOME AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE SOME THINGS ON THE MENU. mAYBE WE'LL GO BACK WHEN IT'S A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT. tHEY DID GIVE US OUR MEAL FOR FREE.
We’ve been here quite often. While it has never been packed in the past, tonight it was particularly slow. Almost a ghost town.
Due to that I believe some things suffered. We all ordered the fish fry. As part of the fish fry there is a small salad bar with cheeses, breads and soup. The breads and soup definitely were not up to the usual level. The soup was way too thick. Probably from sitting in the warmer for awhile. And the hush puppies and corn muffins were a bit tired as well. The fish fry itself, fried cod, was delicious, as were the potato pancakes. The service was also top notch.
Casual lunch with a group of ladies was very enjoyable. Our waitress was friendly and served us with warmth and a humorous disposition. Separate checks for eight diners were kindly provided. Most of the group enjoyed a salad, but the only small glitch was that we waited an extra five minutes for two of those five salads to be served. A hostess came over to apologize for the delay, so we assumed something had come up. When the final two salads arrived, they were fresh and nicely presented. A steak wrap, chicken pasta entree, and Cubano sandwich were equally well presented and tasty. All in all, a very good experience.

Arrived just before 5:00 pm and no one was at the hostess station. After a few minutes I walked to the adjacent bar and asked if there was a hostess on duty. Bartender told me not to worry, “she doesn’t come in until 4:30.” I pointed out that it was already 5:00, to which he had no response.
Dined here for a Mother's Day brunch. Thought it was going to be in the Innovation restaurant, but rather, it was held in a very large ballroom. Not expecting that. The food choices were plentiful and the wait staff was very attentive. I guess I would have preferred to have eaten in the restaurant in a more intimate atmosphere. We were a party of 6, and had quite a few empty chairs at our very long table. The per person cost seemed a bit high. Overall, a nice meal and appreciated the coupon for a future visit to the restaurant.
Our family of 11 people went to Innovation for the Mothers Day Brunch Buffet. It was an outstanding experience. The servers were extremely attentive and accommodating, and the food was excellent. We loved everything about it. We will definitely do this again, and we are eager to try the restaurant for non-special occasions.
The service was amazing. It was Mother's Day and my mother is a bit picky, but our server (Kiki) brought her what she requested without question. We really enjoyed the variety of selections, especially the desserts! My only complaint is that we had made our reservations when the brunch buffet was NOT the big Mother's Day buffet; we thought that might best fit our needs. When the restaurant decided to upgrade to the large Mother's Day buffet I was told we would be able to pay the regular amount, not the Mother's Day upcharge. I was even told a note would be made on our reservation. However, on Mother's Day we were charged the full amount for the special buffet and there was no note on our reservation. I did not make a fuss, but I was disappointed.

Had gift certificate , was 39th wedding anniversary. Food ok but nothing special atmosphere dead , holds over 50 no one there when we left at 7:00 pm on a Saturday.
My family attended the Easter brunch and had a reservation for 3:00. When we arrived, we needed to pay first before we could enter the venue. It looked like they were closing out the register. When entering the banquet hall it looked this event was over. The Easter bunny: gone. Music: gone. People: gone. The food was cold, empty, never refilled, and removed before we could even finish eating! The severs were wonderful and looked exhausted from the whole day service. The entire banquet was being taken down the entire time we were eating. Tables, placesettings, decorations, tablecloths: gone. My question is: why would they take a reservation for 3 o’clock when the entire banquet hall had already been emptied? Worst $109 ever spent.

My wife and I dined at Innovation for Easter brunch. The Buffett was beautiful, and spread throughout the halls, dining room, and banquet hall. Denise, our server, was attentive without lingering, and we did not go without our waters being refilled immediately. We had mimosas, and I also had a Bloody Mary, which were all great. We had a wonderful Easter brunch. Thank you to the Innovation staff for a wonderful experience.
Easter Brunch. The spread was so impressive. The choices of food were top notched and tasty. We loved the ballroom decorations, the live music and the Easter bunny appearance. This couldn't be beat for Easter Brunch.
