Inn on the Twenty
Food was very disappointing. Soup was not hot and not tasty. We returned it. The salt and pepper in my frittata wasn’t mixed well so there so some bites that were too peppered. It was also dry and over cooked. The salad was bland so I left most on the plate.
My friend had the burger and said it tasted store bought even though we were told it wasn’t.
Not up to the reputation the restaurant used to have.
The food and atmosphere (including staff) was excellent, great place for a special meal. I would highly recommend the lovely restaurant and the surrounding road of shops, a great place to visit.
We enjoyed the impeccable service and deelicious food. All meals were perfect! We entertain special company every year and their only request is that we reserve lunch for them at On the Twenty. I highly recommend!
We had delicious food at two dinners and one breakfast. The service for the most part was excellent. Brian was a fabulous waiter on our first night. The second night waiter was just okay. All the ladies who served us from the hostess to the breakfast server were very gracious and made us feel extremely welcome. The beef short ribs are especially delicious but very filling. Make certain if you order them that you are extremely hungry. The pecan tart is just divine! I really loved the breakast parfait. The food is really worth the drive!
We had a lovely time and our server (Cathy) was excellent. It's a bit pricey for lunch but as a special treat is definitely worth it.
Excellent lunch in a lovely dining room overlooking 20 mile creek valley. The service was superb and the meal excellent as was the wine.

The 4 for $40 was a great tasting menu. However, if we did not have double bread portions, then it would not have been enough food.

The service from the hostess to our server were so attentive. Being unfamiliar with the wines of niagara, I tried on her suggestion. It was so tasty, I went to the vineyard and bought three bottles. The fish and lamb shank were so tasty and the creme brule to die for. The best coffee in a week.
Outstanding in every way. Food was exceptional, service fantastic. This is our third visit and it does not disappoint.

Lovely birthday dinner for young guest from Alberta. The 4 for $40 menu was excellent
My wife and I booked a slot for a birthday dinner. We chose the march madness menu. The best was the soup. The rest was a little bland. Also, We did not need to be rushed during the dinner. Please do not take a beer glass when there is still beer in it. And more international wine choices would be great.
I asked the restaurant for some specifics as we were there for my moms birthday...they followed through on everything without questions asked. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed like they truly wanted happy guests and did not feel forced at all. Patty, our server, was amazing. Her personality was great for the crazy bunch we were. Her food recommendations were on point.

View and service was excellent. I don't think the food is as good as it was a few years ago but still a lovely place to go.

Delicious food and great service. Definitely a splurge as it’s pretty pricey - but we knew that going in and the food is delicious, so we felt it was worth it. Highly recommend the creme brûlée - and the beef Wellington was cooked to perfection (although this was on the Valentines tasting menu so not sure if it’s available all the time).

What a fantastic meal! We celebrated my husbands birthday and we’re the only ones at the restaurant on this snowy night. Our waiter David could not have been better. He was knowledgeable and attentive and friendly. The meal was outstanding! Definitely would go back.

Service was excellent....view was pretty. Food was enjoyable but was expecting "better" for the prices. Presentation was just ok.
Dining room is very tired and dowdy for a highly rated restaurant. A totally reno is needed!

Great location and we had a great view out of the back windows. Service was attentive and polite, food was very good quality though my dining partners who had lamb shank found it difficult to eat. I had the set lunch and it was great value. $32 for 3 courses!
Will definitely return. It was off season on a Friday so it was really quiet only 13 people in the restaurant.
Super Friendly service. Relaxing dinner. Tasty and savoury food! Menu has something for most everyone but can be limiting if you frequent the restaurant a few times during the season. Should add steak and a daily special for variety. Highly recommended for that special occasion.

Food was very good in presentation and complementary flavors. Service impeccable. Would like to discover more of the capabilities of the new chef.
It was suggested by a friend that I try the Friday special combo to experience the dishes of the new chef.
Wish that it had been mentioned at the restaurant. All in all, a most enjoyable evening. Will definitely go back.
The food and staff were fantastic and very accommodating. We ate slightly off the menu and the food pairings were excellent and very tasty.

It was a wonderful evening with amazing service from Bryan (great job paring wines with food). Food was excellent and I look for ward to a couple of things from this iconic restaurant.
1. A complete dining room make over, it's still nice but its tired and needs to be fresh.
2. A better wine selection by the class. Vintages from only one local winery is not my thing. I want choice and I hope this changes soon.
Staff is excited about the new management and the changes happening which makes it exciting for existing and new clientele!
Tables too close together. Couples want to enjoy private conversations- Food and service was good.
New Year’s Day family dinner
We have a blast for our New Year’s Eve dinner. Food is always awesome and my finishing with their chocolate pecan tart desserts is a great finale.
Everyone is having an enjoyable evening.
This was easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The scallops and pork belly were incredible.
Exceptional service. Staff was helpful friendly and attentive.

Bryan our server was phenomenal! So knowledgeable about wines and how to pair it with the meal. Restaurant did get a little loud when it was at it’s peak and tables were pretty close it it wasn’t always as private as I would have preferred but overall it was a great meal.
Christmas Brunch was a grand slam for our family. Lovely selection, great portions of the hot entrees so we could try most of them. It was our first experience eating out on Christmas, but I hope we can do it again next year. Even the music was excellent.
