Inn on the Twenty
our server was very knowable and welcoming we greatly appreciated her thanks again
Great Place! Michelle our server was excellent! Food was exceptional. Had the Beef Tenderloin with bone marrow butter (awwwwwwwgh)
Clare is always pleasant. It is always a treat when she is our server.
It was perfect. Delicious food, gorgeous view in the winter. Great service. Lovely night away.
Always enjoy On the Twenty the food and experience is spectacular.
The food was amazing. I had the Lamb Shank, it was delicious. My girlfriend had the chicken dish and she said she could cut it with a fork. The sauce was not hot. Our waiter who had been with them from the start was outstanding.
We celebrated valentines and birthday weekend. It was wonderful! In every aspect!
Great food. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. We were there for valentines and enjoyed the special menu with wine pairing.
We had the Valentine tasting menu with the accompanying wine pairings. The evening was fabulous. The staff were very attentive without being obtrusive. First course was oysters with Brut sparkling wine. Second course was Fois Gras ....so buttery. With a nice Riesling. Yummmmy. A sorbet to cleanse followed by a scrumptious Beef Wellington with a beautiful Cab Franc. Done to perfection! Finished with a nice port and chocolate platter. Would Definitely recommend! First class meal and service. Well done !!!!!
Staff was friendly. Meals were tasty.
We had such a lovely anniversary meal, in such a lovely, intimate setting. Food was delicious from start to finish, and the staff were fantastic. We've tried a bunch of the restaurants in Vintage hotels and this was our favourite overall.
This is a beautiful restaurant with great service and great food. The hot items are cooked to order and brought to your table unlike other brunches where they sit under heat lamps for hours. The dining room overlooks the Twenty valley, it's lovely. After brunch you can stroll down the charming street and lose yourself in artisan, art or clothing shops. Always a great way to spend Sunday.
On the Twenty is fortunate to have Clare as an employee. She is excellent at what she does.
We really enjoyed our meal last night. The steak was cooked perfectly with a flavorful sear to lock in the juices. The Fisherman's stew was in a creamy lobster bisque type sauce which I wanted to drink like a soup. I would eat here again for sure.
Loved it. We all enjoy going to this restaurant.
The greeter and our server were both very friendly and helpful. Nice table at the window (although only one of us could enjoy the view, maybe the table could have been situated differently?)
The food was excellent, good sized portions, and the chef went out of his way to provide a gluten free order for my wife, which was just a really kind consideration.
The restaurant has an excellent location, and we enjoyed browsing through the shops next door afterwards.
We'll be back.
We had a lovely evening, but ordered the "Duck" to be cooked "medium". The meal was delicious, however the duck was quite tough, very difficult to cut with a knife (the meals were not added to our bill, a very classy resolution). Others had the lamb and fish soup and really enjoyed it. A beautiful and delicious dessert board was delivered to our table for a birthday recipient - a very lovely touch and very much appreciated. Other than the "duck dinners", it was a wonderful evening, the service and ambiance second to none! Thank you.
My friend and I both ordered the “Pickeral & Chips” It was very good!! We also had the “From The Pantry” charcuterie board to share and everything on it was delicious!! We enjoyed the wine and food & Our waitress was wonderful!!
We love Restaurant on the Twenty and have been dining here for date nights for many years. The food is always excellent, great wine selections. Ambiance and service are top notch. We’ll be coming back soon!
Wonderful place to have a "date night". The servers are wonderful & really know the food.
The lunch menu was very limited. The food is not what it used to be.
I love this place the food and service is always amazing. They were so accommodating around my food intolerances and my girlfriends allergies. Can’t wait to return!
Food exceeded expectations and our server Brian was outstanding. He assisted with wine selection and food choice as I have celiac disease. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank You
Awesome experience! Brian our server was such a pleasant professional
Relaxing brunch with a beautiful view.
Sat by the back window/doors. Could have been a bit warmer.
Our food was delicious and our server, Michelle, was amazing. Thank you.
Atmosphere and food were fabulous. The service was perfect for timing and quality.
We really enjoyed our dinner...the food was excellent and arrived at a good pace enabling our friends and us to get caught up. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. The staff was very friendly. We could not sit by the window, unfortunately, as our friends found it to be quite drafty...but we have no complaints...a great evening.
I already have recommended the restaurant to many friends here in Welland and Oakville. We will return and it was a lovely luncheon on a very quiet New Year's Eve day - before the evening events started. Many thanks, Diana Macdonald
The selection was small, however everything tasted amazing. We're going to make it our regular brunch spot !
Food was incredible. Best steak I have ever had in my life!!
The meal was extremely good. The service was consummate with the status of the restaurant. The Inn on The Twenty is considered a five star restaurant. A refresh would help. We always enjoy going to the Jordan Village. It had a great atmosphere on this night.
Spent our first Christmas at Inn on the Twenty restaurant, it's my second time there and first time for my boyfriend. We had a great night. Food is excellent and the atmosphere + environment is very good. I will definitely come again.
A tad disappointing on Christmas Eve. While the service was good, the food was just average, not what was expected. While not cold, both appetizers and main courses were Served less hot than they should have been. The foie gras had a strange searing and the French toast on which it was served did not really compliment it well. The smoked haddock, served in a potato purée was too much potato and insufficient haddock. The lamb shank, served with couscous in a tagine was fine but, as previously mentioned, not hot enough; the couscous was a tad watery and the figs? not easily identifiable. The duck breast was not bad. Overall, the meal was OK but for the prices and expectations not what we expected. The service from Allie was indeed pleasant, prompt and professional.
Went for our anniversary, was a great time for myself and my wife.
Excellent food, great service and ambience! Always enjoy.
Always a beautiful place for breakfast lunch or dinner-
Outstanding customer service, delicious food and desert, on a totally charming street of Jordan Ontario. Totally recommend the Winemakers Menu.
This was our first time in Jordan and dining at Inn on the Twenty... we were so pleased and pleasantly surprised by the charming ambiance and friendly staff. The dinner staff was amazing. Our server Bryan was friendly, professional and made lovely recommendations from both the drink and dinner menu. The food, wow, it did not disappoint. The lamb was so tender and the tenderloin cooked to perfection. We were back there the next morning for breakfast and the staff was just as friendly and accommodating as the night before. It’s so refreshing to see happy genuine smiles on people (maybe we’re just jaded from too many years in Toronto). Our server Shannon brought us some amazing specialty coffees and our eggs benedict and steel cut oats were simply delicious. This place exceeded our expectations. Already planning our next trip back to Jordan so we can dine at Inn on the Twenty again... thank you!!!
