We had lunch on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food, service, wine and location were excellent.
The outdoor garden is a tranquil and charming space to have a meal with a friend. As is always the case, the service was top notch. Our server Clare is a seasoned professional! The food was very good quality and very fairly priced. I have dined elsewhere in the region and paid more for inferior qaulity and less attentive service. Well done!
Finally able to have lunch together since Covid. Eight of us, retired nurses , 50 year friendship. Times to be cherished!
We had a delicious dinner at Inn on the Twenty. Scallops were outstanding. Food was fresh and generous portions
Amazing food, service and so beautiful to sit outside to enjoy my daughters birthday.
Had the table we wanted with a window view as requested. Service was excellent. Everyone, including the manager was attentive to our needs. The Lake Erie fresh pickerel exceeded expectations. And they followed all the covid protocols.
Lunch our with my Brother first time In over a year and half due to the pandemic. Very nice time !
A wonderful evening to celebrate our nephews birthdays. Taylor was friendly and professional making our time at On the Twenty fantastic. Dinner was delicious.
Amazing service and food! We sat on the outdoor patio and it was beautiful
This is a great place for a quiet lunch and the view is wonderful.
Recommend the Atlantic salmon and the Cave Spring Rosé... delicious.
My wife and I had a very nice experience here! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I definitely recommend this restaurant and we will return there again!
We've been dining at On-the-Twenty for over 35 years, and once again it was great in every way.
My girlfriend’s birthday
We were in the patio and the weather cooperated nicely and enjoyed a wonderful lunch.
Wonderful overall experience. We will be back.
We regularly visit the Niagara area and have been to the Twenty many times over the years. The food and service are always top notch. But the setting is half the reason for going there, overlooking as it does the valley going into 20 mile creek. And Jordan is a very charming village. Just minutes away from the QEW....but do yourself a favour....get off the QE, and travel along highway 8, at the foot of the escarpment. One other thing....it's very comfortable for indoor dining room. Lots of space.
Friendly and attentive service. Good food - tenderloin was a big hunk of meat beautifully cooked and full of flavour. Nice atmosphere. Has lost some of the charm now that it’s not affiliated with Cave Spring winery but still a great meal.
Wonderful lobster roll lunch in a beautiful, outdoor setting! The servers were very attentive and the patio was wheelchair accessible. Extremely pleasant experience.
What a time my wife and I experienced at Inn on the Twenty.
Great atmosphere followed by excellent service and amazing food.
I recommend Inn on the Twenty any one who has not been to Jordan in the Niagara Wine Country.
Thank you Inn on the Twenty.
Outside patio ambiance was great. Food delicious and service great.
We moved to inside dining since outside was a little chilly. Same with the outside friendliness could have used a bit more charm. Inside was awesome.
Beautiful surroundings. Very pleasant staff. Very good choices available on the lunch menu.
The food was ok
Great dinner at Inn on the Twenty this past weekend. Noise level was very low with COVID restrictions on number of people in the dining room. Service was very good but not quite great. Food was excellent and the total price for dinner with a bottle of wine was slightly below what I was expecting which was a nice surprise
Unfortunately the restaurant does not live up to a positive rating. Service was extremely slow as we waited 45 minutes to receive our appetizers and then another 30 minutes for the entree. When we did eventually eat the food was average to lack lustre. We expected much more than poor service and average food for the type of experience we paid for. Too bad , this used to a good place to dine. Disappointed!!!
We love coming to In on The Twenty.
The food and wait staff are the best.
Thanks Becky and we wish you all the best in your future!
My appetizer - foie gras was tasty 😋 but slightly underseasoned. As was my main - The lamb loin and lamb ravioli underseasoned and overdone. Adding salt to a dish that is cooked is not the same as adding it while cooking. My dining guest enjoyed both her dishes.
Wonderful lunch with friends. Restaurant made arrangements to seat us at an a window table with great views of the escarpment.
This has been our second visit in just a few weeks. The food and service was excellent.
My friend had the lobster sandwich. It was served on a hamburger bun. Also tasted like canned lobster meat. The gaufrette potato chips were stale. The two woman beside us were talking so loud I think the whole room knew about her house and her wedding plans!
Food was delicious! Beautiful venue. Amazing view!
Delicious, as usual!
Food was fantastic and our waitress did an exceptional job.
Staff were gracious in welcoming us. Odd stale smell in restaurant. Sticky table- perhaps the cleaning and inability to have a tablecloth due to the pandemic. The scallop appetizer was good. The “caprese” salad was pitiful. Cold fridge tomatoes, three tiny chunks of poor quality mozzarella, balsamic (!). The lamb was ok. The snapper and “shrimp” was embarrassing. Tiny overcooked triangle of snapper, three small shrimp, grape tomatoes and croutons. Two weak cappuccinos, mediocre dessert. What a shame, this restaurant used to be something special. Even with Covid considerations this was a $ 400 disappointment. We have been many times and held family functions in the private room. I considered not posting this give to he challenges of the pandemic but they could and should do better.
Paul was great! Amazing way to celebrate an occasion. Will definitely come back.
We dined at Inn on the Twenty for lunch on Wednesday, August 18th. We were able to be seated by the window overlooking the gardens and ravine. Very pretty. Service was a bit slow but then rushed when we were asked for our order. One of the four of us decided on a salmon Nicoise which included a sizeable and properly cooked slab of salmon. It was the most successful dish at our table. The burger was ordinary but the fries very tasty. The lobster sandwich was ok but the bun was a plain, cold hamburger bun. This seemed a bit unimaginative for such a meal. The pork schnitzel was overcooked but tasty enough. Wine is expensive as is the food. However, it was a lovely outing considering how long we've been isolated.
We visited in mid August to celebrate a special birthday. Unfortunately, we left somewhat disappointed.
The food was not to the level we expected from the restaurant, both in $$ value and in quality.
The appetizer we shared was the scallops no sear on either scallop and tasted quite salty, pork belly was very dry and unseasoned and the veg underneath lacked acid.
My wife had the lamb loin dish, but it was overpowered by the herb paste on top (no lamb/meaty flavor to be found); and rather small portion
My beef tenderloin filet dish was good (filet was cooked perfect med rare), sides were ok but veg were basically raw.
People were pleasant. Ambience was lovely. Food was good without being outstanding and delivery of main courses slow.
Intimate and romantic. Good food, great service.
Given the COVID world of indoor dining, a very good overall lunchtime experience. Very good food for three, lunchtime schnitzel, burger and fish and chips, all well made and good portions. Excellent attentive service, just right.
