The food is a parody for creole cuisine. It's either chef is not qualified to be able to make good food or simply lazy

The place was great. Comfortable and intimate. Great ambiance. Our server was fantastic. Only issue was the amount of time it took for our entrees to come out. Kitchen is a little slow. Otherwise, perfect. Food was delicious, great selection of cocktails.

The best Cajun/Creole style food I’ve had outside of Louisiana! Our waiter was friendly and gave great recommendations from the brunch menu. I ended up getting the grits and hands down THE BET GRITS IVE EVER TASTED. And the portion was big enough to feel full at brunch and have breakfast the next day. Great atmosphere, incredible food and good value on the portion sizes.

Great spot! Love the concept and the fact that they have non-traditional brunch foods. The portions here are enormous, we all had food left to take home. Loved the ambiance of the place as well.

Myself and my partner decided to go here because we heard that they serve up creole inspired food; it was not extremely disappointing (all of the dishes had good flavour) but they were not necessarily traditional. Our server took great care of us and ensured that we were happy throughout our visit here!😊

I am sure there is an explanation for why everything was so bad on the evening we dined here, but we never got any that made sense. We arrived 5-10 minutes early for a reservation and were seated immediately as the place was only half full. We ordered cocktails and then promptly ordered appetizers and entrees. As we sipped our drinks, the other tables began to fill up. And, those tables ordered, got their drinks, and their appetizers while we waited and waited, 45 minutes in total. “The kitchen is backed up” was an unreasonable explanation given the empty tables when we ordered. And it didn’t explain how multiple tables received food before we did. When the food came, the wings were cold and burnt. The poutine lacked an ingredient listed in the menu and was also burnt. We had twice asked to speak to a manager, with promises to send him/her over, but it never happened. The waiter brought over a fresh round of drinks, which we neither asked for nor wanted, only to be told “just take them, the whole meal is free.” Moreover, they brought the entrees, which we rejected, less than five minutes after they served the appetizers, again reflecting that the kitchen wasn’t preparing food in any particular order(unless, of course, the waiter put our order in late and, perhaps, backwards). We were so disgusted by the whole experience, we left without even having eaten 50% of the appetizers. Despite a promising menu, which we were excited to try, The Infirmary needs some care from management, if it exists. Very disappointing, to say the least. I am hopeful this was an abnormality and suspect that it was given how crowded it was when we left.

We didn’t even stay to try any of the food because the manager so was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us we had no desire in staying to eat we ended up having to get up and leave. It was an awful experience and will not be coming back nor do I recommend this place.

Came in on a Sunday night and enjoyed ourselves. The food wasn’t anything special and the waiter forgot something we ordered which was honestly better for us since the food wasn’t amazing. To me, the food tasted like oil that wasn’t fresh. Football was on with volume which was a surprise since it isn’t a sports bar and it wasn’t even a Louisiana team. Instead of music we had football announcers. Waiter was nice and staff seemed overall bored.
