A perfect place for dinner and a show! Ambience... great service.... plenty of time for a relaxing dinner followed by great music upstairs!
As a Christmas present for my boyfriend I tickets to a show and was so happy that downstairs is a lovely restaurant. I hadn't eaten there before and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fair prices. Our waiter ditor was wonderful and attentative.the food was great. Can't say enough good things about this place. We will definatly be back!
Everything was delicious. Generous salads. Good service.
The art exhibit by local painter gave a community flair to the decor. Bar got a bit busy, but nice vibe. Cannot wait to go back.
Disappointed on this visit. Date night, which my wife and I never get....ever(kids). Decided on the bistro for dinner since it had been good in the past. Not the case this time. Felt rushed by the server to get the order in. I understand it was a show night, but that’s why I booked a reservation 2hrs prior to the start of the show. Would definitely not recommend the short ribs. I’ll be back, but will explore other options on my next visit. Bummed, I loved the bistro!
We went to Infinity Bistro for dinner before a show in their venue. I have eaten here twice now and it hasn't disappointed. The entrees are a bit pricey but I find it worth it for the atmosphere and convenience before the show. The people are always friendly. We happened to snag the last 2 s'mores from the Celebrate Norfolk weekend event so that was a tasty ending to a great meal. I'll be back.
We hadn't been here in a couple of years and were looking forward to the truffle fries in particular. Pretty disappointed-they tasted like all French fries. The Caesar salad was wonderful but the surf and turf was tasteless ( added a lot of salt). The papparadelle special was very good. Desserts (crème brûlée and ice cream with fudge sauce) were both disappointing. However, the ambiance is fun and lively so we will go back...and try the burgers.
I just love our server downstairs, Alana was awesome, sweet, polite, helpful and pure joy. A great personality and we seemed to hit it off right away. We had an awesome night , we had dessert upstairs with coffee and that was just delightful also. The band Green River is totally awesome and it was the second time we had seen them. Great date night and we couldn’t have picked a better place to have gone. We will definitely be back again over and over.
Bob & Cindy Dionne
Food and service was very good but we win’t come again on Open Mic Nite. It was too loud for us aince we wanted to talk to each other.
Thrilled to find a great food restaurant so near where I live. Delicious food, nice folks, AND there is a performance venue as part of the property. Definitely will become a regular destination.
Very happy with the ambiance and the food was superb. Would have liked more non-meat items as it was Friday during lent. However, all in all, it was great and I do see us coming back, this time with friends.
The special menu was excellent. From appy to dessert!
Fantastic as always... service top notch as is the food....Eat here every time we take in a show.
Always an excellent time. Food is fun and good offerings for vegetarians. Saw a show after, very convenient. No complaints!
We had a great night out at the Infinity Music hall on 2/3/18
This included dinner at The Bistro
The ambience was great the service was impeccable the food well i must be honest and say 3 out of the 4 meals not so great. The wings were great The Pho meal was very good . If you order a buger think twice about how you like it cooked. We ordered two cooked medium and they both arrived at table raw.
I would return for drinks and appetizers but not Dinner
The food and drinks were great. The service was outstanding.
loved the atmosphere.
Great place to eat and see a show.
Good before music spot.. portions are large
We liked the 2 appetizers and another person liked their burger. The entrees were over priced and a bit bland.
This was our first visit but not our last. We dined at the bistro because it was attached to the music hall. The meal and service were excellent. The proximity to the music hall was a bonus.
Great dining before a show. Perfect size menu. Great wine ,beer and cocktails.
A fine meal before a New Years Eve concert at Infinity. Service was good, as were the dinner selections. Beverages were festive. The fixed price for the 3 course meal seemed a tad expensive. Overall great experience.
We had an excellent meal prior to a show on New Years Eve. Thank you.
Loved my experience. People were extremely friendly food and drinks were good but a little pricey. But the aviance makes up for it. Saw a show at the theatre Would go back for drinks before the show
Convenience is the attraction here, located downstairs from the Infinity Theater which offers great music shows. The bar has a decent selection, but the dinner menu is quite limited. The short ribs were tender and well prepared. My wife had the salmon which was served in a piccatta sauce and she rated just OK. There was one soup on the menu which was rich but satisfying. The meal was a bit pricey, but probably worth the convenience (and the chance to find good parking for the show). Overall I can't complain, but wish there were more entree choices.
We all enjoyed our meals. The prime rib special was awesome. My salmon was also delicious. The presentation of the food was beautiful. We all enjoyed the salads before our meal and our cheesecake desert was out of this world.
The service was terrific but I wish they would change up the menu more often.
Although we arrived over an hour before the show, we had to rush through the entree as it was served minutes before show time. The server was aware we were going to the show. We also had made reservations. Otherwise food was fine. Next time will go elsewhere for dinner.
Husband's steak rare sb medium. Took long time to get it back in oven - show started. He did not eat dinner.
We went for my husband's birthday. We both choice entrees that were exceptional. The steak was perfect and the polenta was just like Mom's. The salmon was fantastic and the smashed potatoes were the best ever. Our waiter was wonderful always there when we needed him.
We had Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious. I’m a vegetarian and there some very good options. Nice atmosphere, wonderful service, great people. Eat here often, always happy with meal and service.
Superb setting for an amazing Thanksgiving dinner!!
Food was very good as was the service.
Rather disappointed, however, that on a
Sunday at 11:30 AM —there was no Brunch menu. Lunch foods, only.
Great service. Got there a bit late but were served promptly and comfortably finished our meal before the show/concert at the venue.
A great, relaxing stop before a live show at the theatre. Creative, tasty options. Overall, has gotten better over the years...
Appetizer roast beef flatbread was better than the main courses, which were not good. One main course was shrimp scampi, which had 5-6 little shrimp. Not only not very good, but overpriced at $29. Was worth $10-$15 at the most. Other main dish was Ceasar salad, which had practically no cheese.
If I were to go again, I would get only appetizer and drinks. That is actually enough for a meal at this place.
My husband and I both enjoyed our meal before hearing Chris Smither. We always eat at the Bistro before a concert and have always enjoyed our meals. Our waitress was a little harried though. We never received the bread that was offered and I had to ask for my water glass to be refilled. All in all, a wonderful evening.
very nice...a better beer menu (ie. ipa's) would be great!
Very limited menu. Neither of our entrees were worth $29. Waitress was very nice, and the food was served, timely. Ceaser Salad was not very good. We've had burgers, at the bar, that were much better than our entrees..
Not knowing what to expect since we had never been to that part of the state, we were very pleasantly surprised with Infinity Bistro. We were there to attend a musical event and this seemed to be the best choice. As it turned out dinner was most enjoyable our waiter was the most charming young man and we all enjoyed our meal immensely . If I am ever in the area again I would definitely return here to eat. Just for your information , the musical event started at seven- thirty, our reservations were for six - fifteen. That gave us plenty of time to enjoy dinner at leisure.
We have always eaten at the Bistro before a show. The food and service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Would recommend eating here before the show.
