We reserved the private back room to celebrate our sons Graduation Party. Most of our party was a half hour late and two of them didn't show up all. These good people never gave us anything but stellar service the entire time. Never ever exhibited any frustration towards us. They were so polite and accommodating. The food was spectacular and the ambiance was beautiful. We will surely go back. Excellent time had by all. Thank you to everyone!

We went her for dinner tonight and had the best experience. The host was lovely and very accommodating to our request to sit by the pond(lovely!!) and our server was just the sweetest. The food was flavorful and came in a timely manner! Will recommend to all my friends! Thank you indochine for a beautiful night.

I was there for a family birthday celebration and was glad we were not in a rush. We had a 6:30pm reservation and were not out of there until 9pm. The food was good but I felt very sorry for our waiter. It was obvious he was new and he was run off his feet. Not only did he not take our orders correctly but he forgot one appetizer (which we got during our entrees after we mentioned it had not arrived), and then forgot our wine. After we asked for the bills he came back to the table and had to ask which meals went with which tabs! Thus the fair score on service.

Always enjoy dinner at Indochine. Wonderful menu options. Cocktails and appetizers are a great start. We had the firecracker rolls and lettuce wraps. Both were very good. The decor is pleasant and comfortable and the service was amazing. The only negative is the tables against the wall had very little lighting. Had to use our cellphones to read the menu. We finally asked to have another table which we were accommodated. Great dining experience

We had a late reservation, 8:30 pm, so we were rushed and staff kept reminding us that the kitchen was going to close. Unfortunately, we were not able to fully enjoy Mother's Day and College Graduation celebration. We had to take our food to go before we could finish it as we were told we had to leave. The taste of the food and the ambiance of the place were very good. I wish we had gone somewhere else for our special occasions.

Simple but fresh asian-themed fare. Great ambiance, especially the water feature in the center of the dining area and the soft, warm lighting.

I love the Pad Thai. I have been there a few times, but took my kids for the first time. They had never eaten Thai food before. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a kids menu, but the waiter was helpful in pointing out things that kids typically like. The food is always delicious. I had one experience where it seemed like the Pad Thai was lukewarm, but otherwise it's delicious. I love their coconut martini. I will go back again and would recommend this place.

Our waiter was Oscar and he was fantastic. He took very good care of my family. There were about 22 of us and Oscar was able to provide everything we requested. It was Mother's Day and we were given free desserts for each of the mom in our party.

The decor is nice but the food is completely overpriced. I don’t think people have many choices in the area if they want to go to a nice asian-type restaurants in the area. Hence, the owner can inflate the price.

Have dined at Indochine and have recommended, but food quality and preparation this visit was very disappointing. Did tell waitress... evidently not experienced because all she said is that she would tell Chef...

This was one of my Mother's Day treats.. I emailed restaurant and not even an apology..

I made a special reservation at least a week in advance that we were celebrating a birthday and going to the concert after. I asked if we could preorder a glass or bottle of champagne. We had a 5:30pm reservation on a Thursday, just before a late week dinner rush with plenty of time before the concert. We asked if we could sit on the patio and they promptly sat us. No champagne, but oh well. We were so excited to be outside and ready to eat! I ordered a Paloma and my friend ordered a cocktail. I got what tasted like a bad margarita; the kind with cheap sour mix. Definitely not grapefruit or at least squirt. I sent it back and she brought it back out saying it was indeed a paloma. I went with a glass of wine instead. We had a friend join shortly after and ordered a drink. After 20 minutes my friend got his cocktail, still no wine. We had ordered a few appetizers while waiting for our friend (delicious!) Once our friend came we ordered another app and he ordered a meal. We didn't wait too long before the app came out and we waited respectfully for his to come out. 10 minutes later we dove into our cold fried tofu. Our friend's meal NEVER came out. Come to find out she never put in the order. We had to leave for the concert and to be honest were more than irritated at that point. On top of that, we had a service charge on our check for 3 people! Maybe it's a Tacoma thing, but I was totally put off by it. A gentleman came out and apologized when I gave him the check and said he would remove the charge. Then as he was walking away mentioned the reason for it all was because it was the concert. That was my tipping point. This wasn't a drop in dinning party nor was this concert a surprise visit. They are blocks away from the Tacoma Dome and should have been staffed to accommodate. This restaurant is always busy regardless, this isn't a new thing. I would like to visit this restaurant again to truly enjoy the cuisine. I will stick with wine though.

Went with the family and found the service to be good. We were a party of 5 so needed a larger table and we ended up seated in the back corner... no big deal... but there was barely enough room between our table and the next to sit down... which meant we were shoved up against our table... that was pretty uncomfortable. Outside of that, the food was very good and we had a coconut martini that was simply yummy. Would recommend... though watch out for crowded tables.

Much nicer than your typical Asian restaurant for a little more money. Creative and well prepared dishes (the calamari was amazing), Beautiful presentation and classy/ trendy environment (cool not stuffy). They were able to cater to members of our party with multiple food allergies and dietary restrictions (a vegetarian and MSG/gluten/dairy).

Had a great time celebrating one of our friend’s birthday. It was a last minute reservation and it was very convenient with our time. Right away someone called to confirmed the reservation. The service was great. Food came as expected. Our server was knowledgeable about the food that is being serve, her name is Kim. She’s very professional and her service provide an exceptional service to us. I will highly recommend it to friends over and over again. Been here more than 10 times. Celebrated my anniversary also, and I just love it.

The service was amazing - we loved our waitress. She never got irritated when we asked for clarification of things and she was pleasant the entire time. The drinks were fun and came with a beautiful real flower on them in addition to festive garnishes. The food was absolutely outstanding. We all loved our meals - one omnivore, one vegetarian and one vegan. We had the fresh spring rolls with tofu (with the fabulous sauce), green curry, red curry, and pad Thai. We tried the gelato for dessert and by far loved the vegan option we tried best - the yum-yum flavor. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back again for dining in and take out. I highly recommend it.
