Bring Dad in for Father's Day Brunch. Sunday June 17th. Menu forthcoming.
Sunday, June 17, 2018
The Indigo Crow is my favorite up-scale restaurant in the Albuquerque area. Every time I go, there are creative and delicious dishes on the menu - always something that I just would not be able to make for myself at home, and nothing that I could have thought to create on my own either. I am always wowed. The food is always delicious, the wait staff is always professional and friendly, and you will fall in love with the patio. You will not regret having a meal at this picturesque restaurant.
Another perfect experience: wine, meal, ambiance and service.
Unbelievably loud. I went for Mother's Day and I will not be back. It was so loud and for the price, I expected great service. Instead, they auctioned off food, only checked on us once (my water glass was empty several times). The table was sticky and I was told that is the finish on the table. For such a high-end restaurant I do not want a sticky table. Very disappointing.
The food was delicious and portion size was absolutely amazing. My family and I ate there for Mother's Day's brunch special. The only downside was that it took almost an hour to get our food. The table that was sat beforebus, with more n people somehow got their food first. Could have been a number of issues. My wife and I both had prime rib, which was great. Both of the kids dishes were good, but the syrup and whipped cream on the brioche french toast was awesome. The acoustics of the inside of the restaurant make it a little bit loud, but it is not terrible. The server was quite nice and friendly. He was even super cool to the kiddos, but forgot a few key things. We ordered steak, but he forgot the knives. In addition, our prime rib was great, but is came without the au jus. My wife had to get up and ask for it herself. Luckily, the good outweighed the bad and still managed to get a 15%+ tip. Overall, my wife said it was one of the best brunches she has had in a long time. Lastly, I like the fixed menu, and that it had a few options to choose from. We'll done.
Took an hour to get main course and the pork and lobster were raw.
Appetizer and salads were excellent.
We returned to this restaurant after having been absent for a few years. The building and patio still look great, and the food tasted very good. A couple of mistakes were made with my wife’s order, though, and we had to send it back so it would be done right. Indigo Crow needs to be a little more careful, especially if it wants to be this pricey. I enjoyed the fish and chips, and my son liked his burger. The fries look and taste restaurant-made, not mass produced.
We decided to try something a little different for our anniversary dinner. We made reservations and when asked if it were for a special occasion, we informed them it was our anniversary. Nothing special, nothing mentioned, although they were friendly. That is not a good start. It was very loud inside as there was a boisterous four top on the other side of the restaurant. It was difficult to carry on a normal conversation. Our server was pleasant. We ordered crabcakes as an appetizer. We don't eat them often, but I would have to say that some of the worst I've ever had. They were very bland and lots of aioli had to be put on to add any flavor. I will say that the filet with demi glace and horseradish aioli was very good. The steak was cooked as ordered.
This was a very disappointing experience for us on our anniversary. Overall it was mediocre and way too far for us to drive again for this type of experience.
Laura provided excellent service and suggested a great wine. We had some of her key lime pie. It was delicious.
Simply wonderful. From a culinary snob of little words.
Great food, ambiance and service!!
It was nice
Never fails to have the best breakfast burrito I have experienced in Albuquerque Metro. Rest of menu is also great. Always worth my thirty minute drive!!
One of my favorite places to go! The food and services are always impeccable . Went for brunch and the chef actually made us an appetizer from the dinner menu. My family was ecstatic !
Always a treat to go to Indigo Crow. Everything's real intimate and a great date with my wife.
A wonderful place for an intimate dinner! The food is great - I had the airline chicken and my wife had the pork tenderloin, and the service - provided primarily by Scott - was excellent! Try the Resiling - it paired well with the chicken.
Food was outstanding for all 6 of us- and on very short notice we were able to increase from 4 to 6 guests and they were so nice about it!
Hugh.....was one of the best waiter that I have ever had!
The wait staff was superb. The hostess staff seemed put out and was unwelcoming.
This was the worse meal we had there. It appeared that our waiter had too many tables to keep the food going. The scallops were sitting there getting cold before someone decided to bring them to us. Both of our steaks were overcooked. We ordered medium rare and they were medium to medium well. Very disappointing.
Service not attentive
High noise level inside
Sit outside for lower noise level
I had been there for dinner with the girls, and it was outstanding!! I decided my
husband and I should try it for lunch, and we both were disappointed, maybe
it was an off day, but the contrast between the service and food for lunch and dinner
Unfortunately, the food did not match the pricing. It was a 3.5 star experience with 5 star prices.
Best fish and chips!
I’ve been to Indigo Crow numerous times and usually find the food excellent. However, last night the risotto was so undercooked it crunched between my teeth while chewing like raw pasta/rice and the spinach was so salty it was rendered inedible and I had to spit it out. The Catalina salad was excellent, as always. Service was slow and the waiter was very loud- I could hear him describing the full dessert menu to patrons on the opposite side of the room. I’ll go back but only because of my prior good experiences, not last night’s meal.
Decent food, but very pricy for poor service. Our waitress was pleasant, but very unpolished, and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get a salad and entrée. We had to hunt someone down to seat us, despite having reservations, and had to hunt for someone to take our check at the end of the very slow meal. The owners clearly don't supervise the quality of service provided. I won't be back, and I will warn friends and family to avoid this restaurant.
Great meal with great friends. We had a wonderful brunch.
Food and service were awesome!!
We celebrated our 54th anniversary and have been coming to this restaurant since 2000. Glad to report service and food was excellent.
Great place to meet and eat. Food is always great.-zzzzzzzzzssssss
My husand and I have dined here with different friends and everyone enjoys the delicious meals and good service.
We love Indigo Crow. It is our favorite place to dine.
We live in Corrales and love the natural beauty and
it is a cozy, relaxing place with lots of ambiance and
the servers always remember us and greet us. Also
they are willing to adapt menu to our likes and dislikes.
Been several times, a high lite returning to the area!
My favorite place in and near Corrales: broad-based menu, delicious food, great staff, lovely ambiance, terrific patio, professionally managed, wonderful owners. What more could one want?
The Indigo Crow is one of our favorite places to go. The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, and the service is always incredible. I would highly recommend it to anyone whether you're going for a casual lunch/brunch or need the perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion.
Our first visit to this restaurant was outstanding. The food was pricey but very good. My wife wanted to go here for her birthday and was looking forward to it all week. We ordered the garlic shrimp appetizer. Not a hint of garlic and the shrimp, although large was cold and under cooked. My wife ordered the Shrimp and Scallops and I ordered the Duck (which is what I had on our previous visit and it was delicious). Since my wife placed her order before we got the appetizer, she wasn't aware of the under cooked shrimp issue, and sure enough, both the shrimp and scallops were cold and under cooked. $32.00 and she couldn't eat more half a shrimp and scallop. My duck plate was painfully small. There was uncooked fat and the rice was gummy. I know we should have complained, but I didn't want to ruin the night for my wife. We will not be returning.
