Our first visit to this restaurant was outstanding. The food was pricey but very good. My wife wanted to go here for her birthday and was looking forward to it all week. We ordered the garlic shrimp appetizer. Not a hint of garlic and the shrimp, although large was cold and under cooked. My wife ordered the Shrimp and Scallops and I ordered the Duck (which is what I had on our previous visit and it was delicious). Since my wife placed her order before we got the appetizer, she wasn't aware of the under cooked shrimp issue, and sure enough, both the shrimp and scallops were cold and under cooked. $32.00 and she couldn't eat more half a shrimp and scallop. My duck plate was painfully small. There was uncooked fat and the rice was gummy. I know we should have complained, but I didn't want to ruin the night for my wife. We will not be returning.

When in season, the mussels are a great starter.

Very small restaurant so noise level is pretty high, in part due to waiters loudly chatting among themselves. Brie in pastry appetizer was excellent as was carrot cake dessert. Strip steak good but not great - lots of gristle and too much sauce. Good NZ sauvignon blanc.

Indigo Crow is great. The fireplace, however, fills the room with almost choking smoke. Everything else is great.

We've been here several times and this was the most disappointing. The risotto was not as good as in the past and my friends dinner was too salty. My steak was overly charred on the outside. It was also very loud. Usually the food is very good with rare exceptions but this night was not good.

Took over an hour for our food to arrive at our table. Customers who were seated after us received their meals before we did. The food was excellent, the waitress was very good, but waiting over an hour for our food is just unacceptable.

Rack of lamb was tough, couldn’t tell the difference between lamb and sides with all the sauce. Pasta dish was outstanding. Service was off. Food and service has been better...

Food and service were excellent. Made a reservation online. Restaurant was noisy, music could have been at a lower volume. Conversation was difficult at times.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate a birthday because it is a nice quiet place with great food. Tonight was a nightmare. A large group monopolized the entire dining room with yelling and obnoxious laughing. It felt like we were in a gymnasium or at a football game. Would have been nice if a manager would walk over and kindly ask them to be respectful of all other paying guests and keep noise down. Our birthday dinner turned out to be a time of yelling across the table and our server also had to yell at us for us to hear her.
Poor management control.

Everything was wonderful! Service, steaks perfect! Only thing was a table of drunk ladies were yapping it up LOUDLY!! Also seating is very neighborly—-too close together. Next time we will just go an hour earlier for a nice quiet bite to eat.

The food quality was excellent. We were seated in a spot that was so dark the menu could not be read. Had I not previewed it on line, we would have been in trouble when ordering. The waiter was of nominal assistance. Another waiter dropped part of a salad on the floor, no one cleaned it up, they just walked through it. Asked for a medium steak, hot pink center and received a lukewarm medium rare filet and potatoes. Bread tray was not refilled. Conversation was tough since it was too loud or "energetic." Watched meals sitting on the warming counter for five minutes or more. The waiter told the manager we were not pleased, but he seemingly could not be bothered to walk the 5 feet and talk to us. Had a $100 gift card, $77 bill and told the waiter to keep the balance since we would not rush to return, he did not earn that much of a tip, but not worth returning to redeem the balance.

Excellent service and wonderful food. A lot of older well to do’s here, but the atmosphere is relaxed, and while the you might think this is one of those places you should only visit when dressed in your Sunday best, you’ll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere occupied by people laughing and getting on quite well. Seafood was some of the best I’ve had in NM!

NYE 2018 dinner
Lobster bisque was too salty. Pork belly appetizers were outstanding, as well as shrimp appetizers. Main entrees of filet mignon and lobster tail were delicious. Dessert was pretty underwhelming, some kind of chocolate mousse cake, i think. Overall, pretty good, yet a bit over priced. Service was pretty good though.

Went for NYE with my S/O. Great ambiance and mood for a great romantic night. The food was very well prepared and delicious. Had OK service due to a 7 top next to us buying wine and was a larger ticket and tip for server. Would definitely recommend.

Sean made our dining experience superb. Both he and our meal selections made for one fantastic evening. The filet was medium rare perfect and my husband's duck did not disappoint. Wine selections are a nice variety.

Overall it was excellent. Great service, great food and great wine. They had their fireplaces going and it was a bit smoky inside. Afterwards my wife and hi kept mentioning how we smelt like we were camping.

Last year we came to Indigo Crow and it was so loud that it was virtually impossible to hear each other talk. This time, perhaps due to being between XMas and New Years, there were very few people in the restaurant and we were very able to hear each other.

The food selections (I had sea bass and my husband had seafood stew, along with the bread pudding for desert; the ahi tuna appetizer) were all quite tasty!

Another great dinner at Indigo Crow, the most consistently good restaurant in the Albuquerque metro area. From appetizers to salads to fish, duck, steak or lamb, everything was superb and cooked to perfection. Service, as always, was attentive, friendly and professional.
