Wow! Surpassed our expectations- from the food to the drinks to the service, just an all around great meal. We will definitely be back soon!
Service was fabulous. Food as good as usual.
We have been fans of IndeBlue for many years, however this visit to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday was rather disappointing. The food was good, not great, which was rather upsetting as we had previously raved about the quality. The worse part however was the service; very disappointing. Our server seemed rather distracted and a little slap dash which was a real shame.
Really delicious Indian food. Crispy spinach and cauliflower appetizers are amazing. Mixed grill was excellent. This is an above the grade Indian restaurant- food is flavorful and not overly spicy. Portions are small but it’s fun to share. We will definitely go back.
Excellent food. Don't miss the spinach chaat! Thank you
Excellent food. Spinach chaat is a unique starter. Would highly recommend Three mustard chicken and lasooni. naan. Good vegetarian choices. Saag bahaar was interesting.
It was a great experience and amazing food. The chef has created a dynamic menu for any foodie. I dined with my 2 toddlers who loved the food too. We also had great service affording is an abundance of attention and prompt service!
Incredible meal and an all around great dining experience! The food and drinks are creative and full of flavor and the service was fantastic!
Service not great. Not up to the standard of a proper city.
Food was ok but the service was very bad. The staff was rude not once but multiple times. we were hurried up for orders and shown rude faces for small requests. I will never go there nor would recommend anyone
Fantastic place to eat. Tasting menus the way to go. Only concern was how loud the small room was, very loud
Great! The food was excellent and the service was very good.
Delicious as always. Favorites are Malai Kofta, coconut naan and Chicken Tikka. Our go-to spot for Indi-Paki cuisine. High noise level though, not good for quiet conversation.
A pleasant surprise after the deterioration of the Collingswood establishment with the same owner. The Philadelphia restaurant is what Collingswood was when it first opened across the street in smaller quarters from the one recently closed. Definitely not your typical Indian food. Our recommendations are the Goan Paella and the Malai Kofta Bukhara.
Loved the exotic flavors in every dish. Excellent quality and careful preparation. In other words, All Good
We had such a perfect night at Indeblue and can’t wait to return (especially for the spinach chaat and delicious cocktails!) Would definitely recommend
Indeblue never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always super friendly
Did the tasting menu before a show- super convenient to the main theaters. Really awesome and original cuisine. Lots of different and unique flavors as well as creative dishes. Highly recommend this place for next level Indian cuisine.
went for their saturday brunch. The food and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Bottom line is that the food is good, but expensive. The real issue for us was the level of service. They were busy and it appeared as though one waiter was taking most of the orders. We told him that my wife has a serious allergy to mushrooms. Guess what? Mushrooms showed up on one of the main dishes we were sharing. He apologized and fixed it. I assume he was just having trouble focusing while handling so many dinner guests.
I have yet to have a bad meal at Indeblue. I frequented the one in Collingswood until it closed and decided to check out the one in Philly to satisfy my craving. If you loved the NJ location, the Philly location will not disappoint. The beer and wine list is great! Can't wait to head back!
First time & definitely not the last time!!
Our Server Bennett was Awesome- suggested us some unique dishes - mouth watering & Unique Fusion !
We will be back there sooon
One of the best Indian restaurants in Philadelphia. Excellent food, excellent service, and nice ambiance.
Aside from the loud noise level, had a good time, very nice waiter. Food was great!
Very good food. Enjoyed the samosa chaat for appetizer. I had the chicken makhani for dinner, which was also delicious. I was expecting a creamier sauce, which was a bit disappointed, but regardless of that, food was delicious. And of course garlic naan was great!
Every aspect of our dinner was phenominal. Our waiter knew the menu well and had great suggestions. The nanager stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was romantic with dim lights and candles. The food was delicious, so much depth of flavor in each dish. The wine list had excellent choices. We will be back.
Suprisingly open during the storm today for lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the cauliflower and spinach appetizers. The dal was different than other Indian restaurants and was so flavorful. There were three different kinds of beans in it. The pav bhaji was our favorite, buttery grilled pao with a delicious vegetable curry. For $15 each it was great food for a great price. The restaurant is also very beautiful, modern with Indian accents.
An Indian restaurant with specials! I've never been to an Indian restaurant that offered specials and they were so tasty and different. Service was excellent and the place is really nicely decorated.
Indeblue remains one of our favorite spots! The food, cocktails and service never disappoint. Thanks for another great dining experience
Made me sick for 12 hours. Had the chicken wings and 1 long hot pepper. Also the maple bacon bread.
Server was great and very knowledgable and helpful. I got the masala dosa (vegan and gluten free) and it was amazing. My friends had the spicy chicken and waffle and the egg skillet and both really enjoyed their meals. We will be returning!
The food was solid and unique, but it was honestly overpriced
Great food and atmosphere. Service was a little slow, but we weren't in a rush, so we really didn't mind.
We’re 3 sisters who are repeat customers & have been here with husbands, all of whom also loved IndeBlue. The bar has great appetizers and creative, delicious drinks. Ps-they aren’t stingy with the alcohol. Entrees are always yummy. We had tandoori mixed grill, Goan paella, and a special with lump crabmeat & shrimp in a wonderful sauce. Even the naan was perfect! Service is also great. The chef came out to say hello too; we are sorry to hear he’s closing the collingswood restaurant. All in all a great experience.
We went to an early dinner around 5:30pm. This time was perfect! On a Sat night we were seated right away. First time dining here. Restaurant was beautiful. Service was great. Very attentive waitstaff. Chef came around to all of the tables, introduced himself, and asked how everyone's food was which is always a great thing for them to do! Although seating is close, it did not impact our dinner at all. The ambience more than made up for it. Chef recommended coming back for brunch which we definitely will.
We had a late evening reservation, our waiter was non existent most of the time. We had to ask others for water refills and other items. The bread that I ordered before our appetizers didn’t come until after we started our main course. I had to remind him that I never received it and he clearly forgot to order it. I was surprised to see it on my bill. The appetizers were great, the entree’s were ok.
Always a great time here. Great service, wonderful meals. Especially love the lamb dish. Can’t go wrong with any of the appetizers and the cocktails are wonderful
The food is great! We love it there! The food is tasty and spicey....
