In Riva is the first venture by Philadelphia-born chef Arthur Cavaliere who has combined the similarities of his two favorite cities—Naples and Philadelphia—to deliver an unparalleled culinary experience. We had a great time last night! It was my first time there. My friend had dined there before, but hadn’t been back in years. We had drinks at the bar first and ordered the Bravas appetizer. It was delicious. When we got to our table I was delighted to find that our bartender was going to be our waitress. I got the Green, Green, Green pizza; my friend got the pepperoni. Our food was amazing. The ingredients were very fresh. Just wanted to close with something about our service. Ames was so nice and made us feel very welcome. She’s a fantastic server.

We did wait a while for our server to come to the table, but once she got there, she was really good and was apologetic for our wait period of about 10 minutes. What struck us most was the deportment of the staff. Their clothing wasn't professional - the young woman that sat us was dressed and coifed like she was hanging out in her dorm room, and the other young woman who hosted was dressed for the beach. There was an overall air of "don't care" about the place. The restroom downstairs was a bit dank and didn't feel clean. As for food, my husband really liked his pizza and my chicken was fine - our waiter made sure it was prepared gluten free, which I appreciated. Too bad it's not a better experience because the location is great.

We had a WONDERFUL experience!!! All of the staff were so welcoming & service was prompt. The food was EXCELLENT! Again the staff, hostess, waitress, waiter, bartenders... all of them were were nothing short than amazing!!!! If I can give 10 stars I would !!!!

I made reservations for my daugter’s graduation and called to tell them that . Outdoors . I was say outdoors but on the side . Dinner was good , but I would have wished I was sat in the main outdoor area . I think the table was occupied fans the people before us . Would not leave .

This restaurant is gem. Our reservations were set for 630 got there at 6:15. They took us and set us early. Outdoor seating was phenomenal. Our waitress was phenomenal. And our food was perfect. I describe the food. Perfect because I didn’t need any seasonings, and food was hot and fresh. Everything we order we all enjoyed. Drinks were nice and refreshing. I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10 and my family and I will go back each and every time.
