Dinner is always good - never disappoints!
This is one of my favorite spots in Palm Beach. The food is good, consistent, nice sake selections and always fun people watching.
Had a great night. Service was friendly, helpful and attentive. We met a really couple seated next to us. Dinner flowed great- so relaxing and delicious.
We will definitely be back.
Excellent sushi and other Asian specialties! Would definitely return when back in the area.
I was kept waiting, which I did not appreciate, that is not typical of them. It seemed to be especially busy. The hostess was lovely. Our server was not too good and one of the dishes the Duck Tacos were just room temperature. She did not seem to know the right sauce for them. I have been there 3 prior times and we had a different sauce for dipping which was thick and a bit sweet. She served us a vinegar tasting soy. There is not a consistency with this place. Buccan is always perfection and the dishes ordered taste the same each time. The spare ribs were hot and excellent. The licorice ice cream was not as good as a week before and it had ice pieces in it.
Great food. Good service. Very friendly staff. Greeting made you feel welcome.
Fantastic experience with great food and wonderful staff. Will definitely go again!
My dad was in town and we went out for a nice dinner. It was great!
Big surprise! No more champagne for Happy Hour! Proseco very cheap ! We were regular customers . Sushis different ! Prices were the same ! Sadly it was our last visit to this place we used to enjoy very much .
Food was perfection tonight. Rachel was an excellent server and got everything out perfectly.
Delicious . Love the food, love the sweet waiter and always love dining here
The food was amazing and had a lively crowd both at the bar and the dinning area
Service was not as good as usual , waited 30 minutes for our first drinks after ordering . Did not get much better from there .Food was brought out by bus boys and the presentation was non existent.
Seemed to be missing the female manager that usually has the staff on track . Please please please get her back as it will improve the service immensely.
Delicious...first time there but go frequently to Buccan. Sashimi was fresh and delish, pieces were plentiful.
Would d finitely go back.
Booked a late table for Valentine’s day. Great food, friendly and attentive service. Absolutely delicious sushi. Always worth the trip
Food was excellent
Our new favorite restaurant! Absolutely fabulous! We were there to celebrate a birthday. We ordered 7 different small plates. The duck tacos, tuna foi grass slider, cauliflower dishes were superb. The desserts were out of this world and service is extraordinary. Very noisy and high priced but worth it!
I’ve been a couple times now. Always have expectations that are never met for the price and place.
Best in Palm Beach. We love it the service is excellent
Very accommodating with respect to cross ordering from Buccan menu for non sushi lover with us!
Most of the time it's difficult to hold a conversation without yelling, and the vast majority of the time it's women who feeling screaming is cool.......but the food makes up for the short-comings!
Good choices. The ambiance was nice and I appreciated adding a 5th person to the original reservation for 4.
Sushi quality poor. Tough fish. Soggy, tough seaweed. Fish portion minuscule. Service lousy.
Noisy, with loud, obnoxious customers screaming at the sushi bar. Bartender did nothing about it, except promote the behavior.
I simply would not recommend this place but only for one reason-food. It is mediocre at best. Quite embarrassing for Palm Beach. I had better sushi in a simple place in NC then in fancy PB. And, for far less.
Fabulous all-time fave. Turned regular night out into a special date because of the food and ambience. Asian fusion food absolutely fabulous. Not cheap but in keeping with Palm Beach prices. Worth it.
Love the food. Brad is great
As usual, Imoto did not disappoint! Food was excellent (I highly recommend the duck tacos)!!!! Service and drinks were great too. I love the atmosphere. It is dimly lit and the decor is perfect. Probably my favorite restaurant in Palm Beach
As always excellent. Beautiful bartenders...lol
Warm, attentive service and great food. The noise level is high, so this is less ideal for quiet conversation. Overall, a great dining experience.
A great experience. Service and food where impeccable. It is definitely worth the drive!
Imoto has decent sushi. The place has a good vibe and is one of the few places in Palm Beach where there are actually young people hanging out. Courses came out way too fast and there wasn't much time in-between. The noise level is extremely loud and its hard to hear one another's conversations. We'd probably go back, but not soon.
A bit too pricey and ambiance was aided by dim lights. Had lights been turned up it may look like a strip mall restaurant. Service was fine, not particularly good. Food was excellent. Prices were insane. $15 for a California roll is absurd - even stone crab filled.
I go there every chance I get. The food, the service, the wine selection, is the best on the island. I only wish I could eat dinner twice.
Extremely poor menu selection for this kind of an upscale Japanese restaurant.
The manager, Ted, was excellent. He checked in on us and extended a warm welcome. Our waitress, Grace, was knowledgeable and fun. She made our experience very memorable. The food was on point as well. Cheers.
This was our first time. Superb! The duck tacos, rock shrimp, edamame, Spareribs all perfection. The bread pudding was a perfect dessert. It is very intimate and much better for a conversation. I dine very often at Buccan, so now I can switch off and dine here.
Powell is the best server-attentive and helpful in a subtle way. Food is fabulous-fresh and unique. One of our favorite dinner spots. Great bar.
Amazing, creative food! Impeccable service! Will definitely return!
Overall Imoto is good. Maybe we were expecting more based on the hype. Sushi was fresh and tasty but not the most “creative” or “best” which is the reputation. We would have appreciated more guidance with the menu as first timers. Watch out for the kimchi in the fried rice if you don’t love spicey hot. Found ourselves helping the table next to us as they were struggling to find dishes for a non fish eating friend in the group while the sever was standing there. There are non fish options that are tasty. Duck tacos and ribs are just a couple. And don’t miss the edamame. It’s a delicious twist. Much as I wanted to be blown away, I found myself happy with the meal but a little disappointed in the experience. I’ll stick with Buccan.
