Our server, Mikaela, was terrific and the food was superb. The porterhouse is so delicious. The Thai calamari is memorable with its pineapple chunks and flavor.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal. The Surf and Turf dinner was delicious, and we added the grilled octopus as a starter, which was the highlight of our meal. The service was friendly and professional. One small suggestion- as a concession to us older diners, perhaps turn the lighting up a tiny bit in the rear of the restaurant. Thank you again for a great meal.

I took my boyfriend out for a special night to celebrate his birthday. We couldn’t have had a better experience than we did at IMC! The elegance, the ambience, the service, the cocktails, the surf and turf special… Everything was perfection!! I highly recommend IMC, whether for happy hour or that very special night on the town. 💖

IMC has an excellent $39.95 three-course prix-fixe dinner special on Sunday evenings. When my wife and I visited recently, we both selected the NY strip, which was very tasty. A nice cucumber salad appetizer was a recent addition to the menu. Our evening would have been just perfect except for the very high noise level and for the restaurant’s A/C. This was producing an intolerably strong, continuous blast of cold air at the spot where we initially were seated. We simply had no choice but to request to be moved to another table, after completing our first course. This was a relatively minor annoyance, of course, and the restaurant more than made up for it with outstanding food and the excellent value of their prix-fix special. If you want a great steak at a great price in Huntington Village, you can hardly go wrong at IMC!

Watermelon feta was yummy. My filet wasn’t anything special, not very hot. I wouldn’t tell friends they had to eat there. Service was a little slow and we had to ask for our sides. Waitress was polite and pleasant but maybe she had too many tables??

The food was very good We did order the avocado appetizer which wasn’t cooked good but they did give me another order which was delicious The waitress was a little confused she gave us the sides that we wanted with the steak early with the appetizers but the realized the mistake and gave us new sides with the dinner. Very friendly to us they gave us champagne for our anniversary which was nice . I would definitely go back again

Four of us took advantage of the Wednesday night Porterhouse special… Cooked perfectly- We also loved the short rib tacos. The Bananas Foster dessert was fabulous- although not prepared table side it does rival the ones we’ve had at Brennans in New Orleans! Great service once again—thank you Maria!

We had our dinner on a quiet Sunday night. They had a special price fixe menu which included a salad or appetizer, a choice of entrées (which included steak, lamb, fish, and chicken. I got the lamb shank which came with orzo and was delicious. My wife got the filet mignon and creamed spinach. The filet mignon was very tender. The price fixe included a choice 3 deserts. The chocolate cake and IMC donuts were the perfect ending to a delicious meal.

Made a last minute decision to go out in a Sunday night. Decided to stay close to home and glad we did. Great Sunday night 3 course Prix fixe menu with many choices. My husband and I started with a cocktail each perfectly made. We both went for the wedge salad which was fresh and had several varieties of ripe tomatoes and crumpled blue cheese vinaigrette. Then a generous portion of filet minion each done perfectly: medium and medium rare. The desert: dulce de leche donuts and light and delicious cheese cake with decaf coffee and decaf cappuccino. Attentive and friendly staff, an hospitable proprietor, and subdued atmosphere. Delicious food well prepared and presented at a good value We’ll be back!

Outstanding! Went for our daughter's birthday. Food was delicious and service was superb. We had such a nice time. They even gave our daughter Gelato and sherbert with a sparkler for her bday at no extra cost.

Went for Porterhouse special on Thursday night. The steak was disappointing. It was dry and lacking flavor you would expect from a porthouse. The apps were delicious.

4 of us took advantage of the $50 Porterhouse for 2 and it was delicious. The appetizers of bacon slab and calamari were great and more than enough to share. Loved the sides as well and big enough for us all to share. The service was impeccable and we really enjoyed ourselves. I thought the music was a bit too loud but we got used to it after a drink or two! We will def be back.

Noise level high, hard to have a conversation. All beef products we had were delicious. However, the shrimp and risotto left a lot to be desired. Shrimp did not taste fresh. It was busy, and the service was soso. We were there on a Wednesday night.

We had the Sunday price fixe dinner. Three courses paired with wine. Both the strip and skirt steaks were delicious. Cheesecake very good also. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Group of four. We decided to order a bunch of apps and dinners and shared amongst the group. It worked out really well. Food was excellent. Absolutely best sweet chili calamari. Service was excellent didn’t rush us at all. Cocktails were great, just the right strength. Will definitely be going back
