Our experience of going there for lunch on Sundays has been very poor. We are not graded by the hostess in a friendly way and the servers are no better. We get the feeling we’re bothering them by being there.

Had a nice evening out on the patio, food was good. Service, however, was terrible. Had to flag down our waiter three, maybe even four times!! Completely unacceptable

Atmosphere was lively, loud, fun, and inviting. Menu pricing IS mid-grade expensive but we reviewed the menu ahead of time and knew this. I didn't give 5 stars to Service not because of our server who was great. But the Bar and kitchen was slooooow. Our reservation was at 6:30 on a Wednesday night. When we left it was a little after 9pm - and not due to our staying longer for social reasons. Appetizers, drinks, and food (although delish) was just that slow coming out to us. And the coconut cake was out-of-this-world when tried on another occasion. Some of us got it thinking we'd have the same experience but sadly Ilios must have changed the cake ingredients, texture and sizing (used to be 2 or 3 layer). Oh well - our group had fun though!

Great service and great food!

I love Ilios and have eaten here many times. Sadly, this time our service was rather slow and we had to work to get our waiters' attention, but this is not the norm. The quality of the ingredients and the food are awesome.

My husband, two teens and I enjoyed our first visit. All our meals and appetizers were great. And our server was so nice and funny. We drove 40 minutes each way and it was well worth the effort.

I met a friend who I haden't seen in years. We had so much to catch up on and our server was fantastic. She took our order, we both had the salmon. Mine and my friends were cooked exactly how we asked...mine medium and my friend well...
I always come back here and I am always pleased..

We recently dined here for brunch. The food and customer service were fantastic. We look forward to returning. Everything on the menu looks delicious.

The food is always flavorful and fresh...never disappoints. One of my favorite go to places to eat!

The food and service are great. We were seated in a particularly cold part of the restaurant where literally the breeze was constant and COLD. We asked our sever twice and he obliged but in reality I think we were just in a cold part of the restaurant. Too bad.

We used to like going there but seems like their whole staff has a little bit of an attitude. Just not friendly. It’s especially true on Sunday during lunch. Poor service.

The waiter was very friendly and engaging. He made good drink and appetizer suggestions. Everything came out quick. Our meal was prepared perfectly. We will be back.

This place is so incredible! We decided to do wine and small plates (although the entrees are also fantastic). We're pretty sure they gave us a little extra on some of the plates because we told them we were sharing. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. This is definitely a more special occasion place. The only thing I took off a star for is that I would prefer it weren't so loud. It was difficult to hear the waiter and have a conversation at times.

Drinks and dinner with friends. Cocktails were excellent. Good menu with large selection. Kefta appetizer was excellent, seafood and pasta dishes were good. Entrees did not all arrive at the same time. Restaurant was very busy on a Friday night but we were seated promptly. Will return.

My friend arrived before me and I was called by name from the hostess before I had a chance to check in! Our foot was delicious. I had the slow roasted. Ribs with slaw..it was yummy. My friend had the Kale and beet salad with salmon. She said the salad was delicious and the salmon cooked exactly as she ordered it!! The waiter was attentive and always there when we needed him.

Little disappointed with the server who was trying to up-sell all the most expensive dishes and charged over $10 for club soda with cranberry juice.

We’ve been here many times and it’s always good. The food is always good and the service it wonderful. Plus, it has some wonderful memories for us.

Great time

Service and entire staff very welcoming and warm. Food was excellent. My daughter had the salmon which was grilled to perfection and I had scallops with asparagus.. delicious

Food was delicious. It does tend to get noisy, but we went early. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. We always enjoy going.

Had lunch with wife. I have always liked the menu, but lately items with chicken breast seem different and not in a good way. The last 2 lunches here were similar. The texture of the chicken is different. The chicken texture is more like a jell has been injected. Not sure what’s going on. The server said as far as he knew chicken is prepared the same, but may have changed distributors. Hope they go back to old distributor . Think we will take a break from Ilios for now. Will miss their cocktails.

The food was very bland and tasteless. My chicken piccata was rubbery and my friend's meal of lamb and orzo was inedible . This place has really gone down-hill in the past 5 years.

Our first table was under a vent that was leaking condensation. We were moved to another table. When scooting into the booth, my white blouse got a good bit of chocolate on it that was from the table not being properly cleaned. The servers were courteous and very helpful, but we won't return. In addition to the mention, above, tables were too close together and we could hear every bit of conversation from those sitting next to us. Not my idea of a great evening out.

This place surprised me!! I have been going past here for years but never stopped in because I thought it it would be too expensive. Their prices are reasonable and the food was excellent. Our server was very good as well. A bit too noisy but tolerable.

I've been to Ilios Noche many times and generally like it. The food is good, and prices are good too, especially at lunch. Unfortunately, the restaurant tends to be very loud - particularly in the evening but even sometimes at lunch - and that for me makes the experience less than positive. Additionally, service can be spotty. This time, things seemed to take inordinately long even tho the restaurant wasn't that busy. The server was pleasant, but he didn't keep our orders straight. Even tho we told him when we ordered how to split the bills, he had to ask again later. The one thing that really frosted me tho is that I asked to switch my side from fries to vegetables. The server said fine and didn't mention an upcharge. When I got the bill there it was. I complained and mentioned to him that he hadn't told me about this. You would think he would have apologized and removed the extra 2.50 (and don't get me wrong, it wasn't about the money, just the principle) but he only said the computer automatically added it and didn't offer to do anything. I don't mind paying extra if I am made aware of it (although in this case I probably wouldn't have) but I do strongly feel restaurants should have full disclosure on any charges that aren't explicitly on the menu. All this said, I'll likely go back to I.N. because I generally like the food, but they should get their act together on service and add some acoustical tiling!

Valentines Day

Arrived 10 min early for our reservation and after waiting 30 min and several status requests, we were seated. Our server was almost invisible, had no reaction when we told him our bottle of white wine was warm. Our food arrived cold and water glasses were empty most of the time. We’ve dined here 4 times now and service and food have continued to decline.

This restaurant never fails. The food is fabulous, the service impeccable, attentive staff and just a great place to dine!

Perfect place for a quick or leisurely lunch...had the latter with a girlfriend...food was excellent and our waitress was terrific...love this place!!
