West Dundee Restaurants

West Dundee is located along the banks of the Fox River and offers many hiking, boating and picnicking facilities at the Voyageur's Forest Preserve, which are ideal for enjoying some of the takeout from the local Mexican restaurants. Some of the specialties at these family-owned and -operated Mexican restaurants and food trucks include cochinita pibil, arroz con camarones and sopa de tortilla. The community is also home to many Caribbean and Central American restaurants, with dishes including platano maduro frito, yuca con mojo and papitas fritas.
