Il Villaggio Osteria
We always eat at Osteria when visiting JH. Lunch and dinner, matters not, always a good experience. I especially love the lasagna and the pizzas are darn good as well. Oh yeah, then there's the rest of menu, just go!
Everything was 👍 great. Food, service , prices. Def recommended
Excellent food selection.. they accommodate smaller portions if asked which Is a great thing for me .
Buffalo filet was out of this world as was the service. We went back
Food is excellent. Service is great. But the staff need to take control of the Covid-19 spread. Avoid being in the backroom. MLK weekend may be a super-spreader event given large parties showing zero concern for other guests. The restaurant manager took charge when this was brought to her attention, but the damage may have been done.
I'd go back for sure, but I would ask not to be seated in the backroom with large parties.
The service was great, but the food not so much which surprised us because they also own one of our favorite places in town Bin22. Out of all of the restaurants that we ate at the week we were at the village this was unfortunately our least favorite.
Exceptional food. Each meal we had was great! Our server was wonderful too!
The food was excellent as always and the service great! The Nutella cheesecake for dessert was AMAZING!
This was the best Lasagna we have ever eaten!!! The olives we sooo good!!
We enjoyed dining at Osteria as usual. Great cocktails with meatballs and calamari to start. Our dinners were delicious and our server Francesca was delightful.
The restaurant was packed. Social distancing was not a thing. We dined at another restaurant earlier in week and that restaurant did an excellent job.
Osteria continues to be our favorite restaurant at JHMR over several years. We ate many meals (breakfast and dinner) there. Bolognese and brussel sprouts are repeat favorites. Ribeye was generous portion and cooked perfectly. Staff is always friendly and efficient. An excellent value. Covid protocol top notch. To-go orders packaged very well. Highly recommend.
Good and sauces were terrible
Waitress was very friendly. Food was very good. Great dinner experience.
What a wonderful Christmas lunch!
Server Gray was terrific! Food very well prepared with great ingredients!
Such a beautiful restaurant. Great food, and loved the music. Our waiter was very good as well, we might have to come back before we leave! The pizzas looked great!
Service was friendly and efficient. Food was terrible. All 4 dishes were a disappointment.
Given the quality of the food this summer, I looked forward to dinner there this week, and was a bit disappointed. Last night, the service from all staff was warm, welcoming and attentive... outstanding. My request for a banquette was honored, and a great seat near the pizza kitchen permitted allowing me to enjoy watching the chefs' expertise. I started the meal with my new favorite cocktail, Sage Advice...exactly as it was this summer, yummy! My fried calamari entree was crispy, yet tender and delicious; however, the flavorful pork Oso bucco was a bit over-salted, and over-browned and tough on one end. Also disappointing was the bed of bland risotto. Saving the meal, dessert was delicious! The informal atmosphere is best described as basic ski shack and could benefit from a warm-up; however, it is truly a friendly place, with great service and good food, and not to be missed. I plan to order one of their excellent carry-out pizzas for dinner tonight.
Great service and good!
Loved the calamari and quinoa entre. Service was great, ambience so-so. I would definitely go again some time.
Food and service was amazing!!
Wonderful experience at Osteria! We were greeted with a glass of champagne for our 10th wedding anniversary. The Buffalo ravioli was phenomenal!
Waitstaff was prompt, kind and attentive. The food was exceptional, from appetizers to main entree to dessert. We look forward to traveling back.
Great food and great service, would recommend to anyone!
Food and service were incredible. Ambiance and decor were not good at all. Restaurant needs a major redo.
My wife and I booked thru open table for thanksgiving dinner at 2:00. Went there and was told it was a mistake! They said there was no room for us at all!! They told us they would be happy to reserve a table for us TOMORROW!! We could not get in anywhere in Jackson at this point and had to order room service.... incredibly dissatisfied with them not trying to figure out something.... very very disappointed!!
We had a wonderful dinner - great service and great food. We’ll definitely be going back!
Great comfort food. Wine is priced a bit high. Excellent service.
We were the only diners at the time. The restaurant had just re-opened for the season. Server was attentive and though menu is small we were able to make great choices with calamari and lasagna.
We are staying in Hotel Terra and decided to give II Villaggio Osteria a try. It was a good decision! My husband got the lasagna and I got the fungi pizza. Both were absolutely delicious! The servings were large enough that we took leftovers back to the room with us. The service was good and the food came out fast. It is somewhat pricey ($24 for a 12" pizza) and our meal for 2 was $60 before tip. We did enjoy it though.
We had an amazing experience at Villaggio Osteria. Our server was fantastic and the food was awesome.
We enjoyed our cocktails which they served some very good bread, we ordered a burriata and it was delicious with the beats. We ordered the risotto and two pastas and we really enjoyed all of them. Had a wonderful cappuccino at the end. All delicious
We can’t remember the name of our server but she was outstanding. On top of it the whole time and very nice. The food was cooked just right. We had the venison tenderloin and trout. Both melted in our mouths. The music was a bit loud but realized it’s also listed as a wine bar. Overall great experience and don’t understand why anyone would list it lower than a 4 stars.
The food and ambiance were good, but the service was outstanding. We were confronted by another diner for an inexplicable reason, and the manager herself came to our aid. She personally reassured one of our party, and even brought us complimentary desserts to make up for the disruption, although it was no fault of the restaurant. The manager saved our evening. I would heartily recommend this restaurant.
Had a wonderful dinner here a couple nights ago -
We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we returned 2 nights later! Our first nights waiter was Scott. After an amazing night with great service we learned it was Scott's first night as a waiter for dining service! we were shocked. He was friendly, personable and professional! A great place in Teton Village
