   Not going back. Service was nonexistent. The pasta special was overpriced and uninspiring. Hadn't been here in a while but remembered it as being good and the menu looked good. Things started out well when our server took our drink and food orders. The wine by the glass wasn't great and there was no opportunity to express our dissatisfaction and get different options. The wait for the apps wasn't too long, but then our server completely disappeared. We couldn't get him or anyone else to ask about where our food was. After probably an hour and asking one of the bussers to check for us (still no servers to be found), we got our pasta specials. Pretty ordinary and with just a few shrimp and calamari, supposedly the main ingredients in the sauce. Any parmesan for that? Another wait to try to track someone down only to get a shaker with cheese in it like a pizzeria. Then another long wait for the check. Finally we got another server to run our card so we could leave. The best example I've seen in a long time that places don't run themselves. No reason to ever return.

   Reservation was at 8:45 and we didn’t get seated until 9, and our food didn’t come until 11. We were starving by the time the food finally came. They told us an hour after we ordered that they were out of what we ordered. I would go back, but I wouldn’t go too hungry due to the overall wait time.

   Had a little bit of a wait which is to be expected with popular places but the staff made up for it by comping our drinks and a dessert which was so good! The food is reasonably priced and very delicious!

    Used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Loved both the Casio e Pepe and the semi-Fred’s dessert. Both have been eliminated from the menu since re-opening. Burrata lasagne also a fav but it was not very fresh tasting this time. Pappardelle Ragu was just okay-the pasta was very rubbery. Mushroom appetizer was served cold. Service and atmosphere was great. Disappointing visit.

    First time going to this restaurant, we saw a friendly manager at the door we met earlier working at Ramen-San during lunch. They seated us quickly and our server Tadar was new (7-months), but was attentive and professional. We shared the regular Green Chop salad, it was plenty for the two of us. The wife had the evening special, Seafood Diablo pasta and I had their Baked Burrata Lasagna both were excellent dishes, more than enough food. With a bottle of Cabernet Savignon, Matthew Fritz, a little pricey $18.50 bottle for $56

    Overall - great late dinner! The place is small so be ready to wait for your table. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was not the best, however the parms made up for it! Great ambiance but it is a bit noisy. Overall - we’d give it 4 of 5 stars.

    Had a wonderful dinner here with a family group of 6. Dining room has a terrific, very classic atmosphere that makes it feel like you’ve been transported 50 years in the past. Everyone loved all of their food. Grilled calamari and burrata appetizers were both delicious. Also loved both of their raviolis and the chicken parm. The dessert options were a bit underwhelming. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended for a very traditional Italian experience!

    Brought some friends from out of town and they loved everything! You are definitely getting quality food at a reasonable price, especially when you eat family style! Delicious food and great service.

    We were sat at 7:00 for a 6:45 reservation which was fine. The place was packed and from what I could deduce it was full of tourists. It was so loud that you couldn’t hear the person next to you and that was probably because the music was so loud. The tables are on top if each other almost to the point that you can’t pull out the chair to sit without asking the person next to you to move in. I’ve never seen anything like it except maybe in Paris. Needless to say we were seated next to a table full of toddlers who were not staying seated. The parents weren’t bothered by the behavior so the kids were underfoot of the servers. It was disorganized chaos at best. We didn’t even wait for a server. The four of us got up and left. I’d never go back.

    Everything we had was wonderful except for the chicken piccata. The chicken was chewy and I could not eat it. But everything else was fantastic! Lasagna, artichoke piccata and cheese bread were outstanding.

    The ambience of this restaurant is lovely, unfortunately, everything else was sub part. The pasta wasn't fresh, the cheese bread was something I'd expect from Pizza Hut, and the tirimisu was inedible. There was no freshly created parmesan. Instead, we were given dry cheese in a smaller jar (again, think Pizza Hut). I would never go back. Simply awful.

    Love this place. Great drinks (4 different versions of Negronis! among others) all the classic dishes done very well and really nice lively bistro ambiance. Service was perfect- attentive but not in your face asking how everything is every 3 minutes. Definitely going back.
