From start to finish everything was excellent-the food, especially the scallop special and the short ribs, the service-very professional and informative and the beautiful lit patio!! We shall return soon!! I need to mention the aged balsamic vinegar which is incredibly delicious-thick and sweet! I could eat it with a spoon!!

I was surprised by the quality of this place. It’s in my neighborhood yet I had never been there. Was extremely pleased with the food, its presentation, the service and atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Good recommendation for Italian fare. Il Moro is a proper Italian restaurant serving classics and plates with a California twist. The corn truffle ravioli are perfection in a plate of buttery goodness.

What a lovely summer evening and we enjoyed sitting outside in your beautiful patio area. We took our time, shared our dinners and loved every single thing. Our wait person was extremely patient with me when I couldn’t find a substitute for the Amarone wine i usually drink. He came back three different times during the evening to help me taste some wine, and eventually we found one. Great evening

I celebrated my parents’ birthday there on a Saturday evening. We were a party of 9 and Lucy and her team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. We were given a private dining area, which was quiet but not cut off from the rest of the restaurant. The servers were very kind, attentive and so fun! The food was great, drinks were great and we had a wonderful time overall! I will definitely go back again. The validated parking in the structure next door is an added bonus! Loved it overall

Found my new favorite. Whatever chef is doing with the pasta with shrimp in a spicy red sauce is just magical. Totally planned to save half for lunch since the serving is generous but ended up indulging in the whole bowl, using bread to soak up every drip of that incredible sauce. Amazing. Yum.

Had dinner Aug 10 but haven't been there since way before the pandemic. It was excellent, maybe even better than we remembered. From the fresh artichoke salad, and lobster bisque to my bolognese and my wife's short ribs, the food was stellar. For dessert, the lemon tart and dark cherry cobbler, completed a great night out. Lucy, one of the owners, answered a couple questions we had about the longevity of Il Moro and how they did through the pandemic. We will be returning very soon.

I was overwhelmed by their Seafood Linguine. The wine sauce was a perfect compliment to the variety of seafoods which were more abundant than any I’ve had in other top restaurants I have enjoyed. In addition to the meal, the service was impeccable-not over zealous but attentive. Their patio is a retreat from busy West Los Angeles. I always remind myself of the many reasons I’l Moro remains a top choice for a wonderful dinner

The combination of food, service and environment are almost always great at Il Moro. The food is consistently interesting and delicious and my friends and I think the service is right up there with the best in the city. Never have a disappointing experience at Il Moro!

Our server was outstanding. He was warm, attentive and had a great sense of humor, He explained the specials very well and was familiar with all the ingredients. Each course was timed perfectly and everyone's plates came at the same time. The presentations on the plates were beautiful, the food was hot and delicious. Everyone at our table was happy. We ate outside and were there for an hour and a half on a Friday night. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I enjoy this restaurant very much. The patio is very nice with a little stream at the back. Service is always courteous and efficient. The bread is good and they don't charge for it....very nice!!!! We enjoyed the beet salad (good not great) and the chicken piccata was enjoyable. All in all a B for food, A for atmosphere (not noisy and very comfortable), and an A for service. Prices in line for this day and age. Look forward to a return visit.

Lovely food, great service. The asparagus soup was wonderful and the Caesar Salad was one of the best I have ever had. The waiter was knowledgable, recited a long list of great specials from memory--quite a feat--and was great in every way.
