Everything was excellent!
We were getting together with friends.
Bar service was excellent.
Server was excellent
A very enjoyable evening.
Anniversary dinner. Nice table. Easy to chat. Excellent service. Delicious food. Would definitely go again and refer friends.
Food was what we’ve grown to expect.... excellent. Service was very good, not great but very good. The only downside was we were seated in the cooking class area on a high top. Not bad, but not great.
It did make me think about taking a class though. Very good food, good value, no big complaints. We’ll definitely be back.
Hadn’t been to IL Mito in several years and it had been excellent in the past. Very disappointing experience this time - it’s too bad this restaurant could not sustain a quality dining experience over time. Service was initially very rushed, server kept checking back to frequently to take our order and spoke so quickly I could not understand most of what she said. Food was so-so and the wine was served in a cheap wine glass.
We celebrated my Father's 90th birthday at this e
stablishment. Louis, our waiter, was wonderful. He gave us personal suggestions on wine and entrée options.
We had a cocktail at the bar. The bartender was friendly and his service was prompt.
The ambiance was casual and cozy.
We had several bottles of the 2011 Barolo, calamari for an appetizer and several different entrees.
A lovely time was had by all. I was visiting from Austin Texas and will recommend this restaurant to my friends. Dad and I are already planning a return visit to IL Mito Enoteca.
We decided to try it and were soooooo very glad we did.....all was good except the overpowering sent of the hostess perfume....had to cover our nose so we could eat when she walked by on mother’s day....fine
Dining needs no perfume over food Otherwise it was the best.....

Everything great but at first our service was slow! It got better as time went on - which was strange as it was busier.
Our reservation was handled well and our table was ready on time. The tables are very close together, but we were comfortable. Our server was attentive, but after being offered coffee by a roaming server, it never appeared. We had the same experience trying to get refills on water. We all had different entrees (we were there for Mother’s day brunch). The menu selections were on the “odd” side of eclectic. Two of us had frittatas, and my husband had a burger with an egg - easily the best selection of the table. My daughter had an empanada entree which sounded delicious, but when she began to eat she found the empanadas still frozen in the middle. Desserts, like the empanadas, were obviously mass produced and warmed. This was out first visit and I doubt we will return.
Mother's Day Brunch would have been fine except for the loud lady seated on my right hip.
We love Chef Feker and his creative and flavorful dishes. We have yet to be disappointed. We went for Sunday brunch for Mother's Day. The staff was very pleasant and the food delicious. The bloody mary bar is a delectable make your own, which we chose as the beginning to a wonderful meal. My husband had an oriental dish which was a tad too spicy for me, but delicious. It consisted of fish, rice and a green vegetable which I do not recall. I ordered the Spanish omelet a bit hesitantly, as it contained sundried tomatoes, which are not always done well. Chef Feker did an outstanding job. I cannot wait to return for dinner to enjoy lasagna or short ribs, my husband the Osso Bucco.
Service was very attentive, the atmosphere very comfortable and the food very original and delicious. A Milwaukee great!
Great Tosa venue. Friendly staff. Awesome food!
Our experience for brunch was A+ from start to finish. The hostess was welcoming and served water as soon as we were seated. Our Server,Louis, was knowledgeable, courteous, timed serving our courses well, and fun to chat with. Menu is diverse with out of the ordinary fare. Food presented appealingly at the appropriate temperature. Each dish was served as described with seasonings blended well without any one seasoning overpowering. Beverages were refilled without asking. Dessert was offered but we were well satisfied from our entree. Prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to our next dining experience at El Mito.
Last time we tried this place the veal was too tough to eat and the owner gave us a card with $20 credit to try again. Unfortunately, this time wasn't any better. While the Cesar salad was good, though unusual, my salmon was terribly dried out even after I specifically asked that it not be overcooked. And my husband's medium rare filet was barely pink and his shrimp were dried out, too. I don't know if the food sat under lights for too long as service was very slow, or if the chef just likes to cook stuff a long time. They did take the drinks off when we declined the desert they offered, and gave us another card for $20 off but we won't be using it.
IL Mito Enoteca is our "go to" neighborhood gem for special occasions or just a night out treat. Everything is tasty and the service is fantastic.
First visit to Il Mito. The entree's and salads were very good, "fine dining with comfort food" is how I would best describe. Cozy atmosphere and very nice staff.
What a great find! Remarkable food and service. Will definitely be back!
Very attractive atmosphere. Wonderful attentive service. Pleasing presentation of good quality food.
I always have a great meal here. Friendly staff and great food. Chef Michael was even there to say hello to all his customers. Can't go wrong with this restaurant.
We had a table by the door Which is not my favorite. Wrong food delivered to our table. And it took forever to get a second glass of wine. The food was good and we would come back
Always delicious food and excellent service!
One of my favorite places.
Excellent food, relaxing dinner. Great place for a business dinner.
Il Mito is a great restaurant. My Wife has Celiac disease, and they understand what this means and how to prepare food to meet her needs. We love this restaurant!
As always wonderful service and food was excellent
SO happy I decided to book a table here. Everything surpassed my expectations. Our server Cesar was on top of his game, our water glasses were never empty, and the food was exquisite. Can't wait to return!
The food and service were very good. We will be back if we are in the area again.
Always excellent. Everything from scratch. So Fresh. Chicken Carbonara reminded me of spring on a cold day. Bolognese is to die for.
Got there later in the evening and were welcomed despite getting there near closing time and served a fabulous meal with great service.
Have been to Il Mito Enoteca before but never for brunch. Had a wonderful menu of different dishes other than the usual brunch fare. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone.
Service was very good as usual. Have been coming here for the last few years, and have tried almost everything on the menu. This time tried the ravioli, wasn’t really a f
As always, very pleasant and conducive to conversing with others in my party. Food was good, courses were nicely spaced, waiter was friendly and the afternoon was very pleasant.
The food at lunch was outstanding. Service was timely and professional. We were celebrating a friend's birthday. The waiter brought her dessert out with a lit candle. Really a nice touch.
My husband and I dined here on a recent Friday evening. We were with another couple. The evening began with tasty cocktails and two appetizers: bruschetta and rolled eggplant. Both were delicious. Two of us ordered pork scaloppini. It definitely did not disappoint :). My husband opted for Chef Fekar’s take on lasagna; the short rib filling was a delight. Our friend ordered the veal Marsala; also delicious. We will assuredly be returning.
This is the third time we’ve made reservations and they’re running at least 20 mins behind. If I wanted a long late, I wouldn’t make a reservation. We were told to wait in the bar but there was literally no place to stand unless right by the bathroom. There was also no attempt by the staff to apologize or make it right. The service was also exceptionally slow this last time with no acknowledgement. Frankly, the whole experience was embarrassing as we were paying a lot of money and entertaining a friend from out of town. It’s unfortunate because I love their food, but I will seriously think twice before dining there in the near future.
We were seated in the back room near the kitchen, which was disappointing. We also were seated at a high table, which isn’t ideal, especially not in a nicer restaurant. I had made reservations weeks on advance so I was surprised that we got a less than ideal table. Would have been a better experience if our table had been in the main part of the restaurant and not shoved in the back room, close to the kitchen.
Everything was delicious, as usual. The service was just right (not overbearing but definitely attentive).
Loud in the back room with a class going on
The waiter told us they had a seafood pasta special which was made with a creamy pesto sauce. I asked him if they could make it with garlic olive oil pesto instead and they did. It was delicious. I ate every last bite. Another one in the group ordered the same and another had the lasagna. We all thought it was delicious. You know it was good when you are still thinking about it days later!
Outstanding good! Wow, exceptional food! Top of the list for best place to eat.
