We really enjoyed our dining experience. The appetizer and pasta dishes were all excellent. We especially enjoyed chatting with the owner. Service was top notch very attentive. Highly recommend for fine dining and special occasions.
The restaurant is very nice with friendly service and delicious food-definitely would recommend it for all
Experience real Italian food, that, hits all marks.
My Wife and I had a Saturday Lunch, and it was, as usual fantastic.
The food is always mouth watering and the wine list great and priced right. My wife has some dietary restrictions and Dominic Jr was happy to accommodate this. I would recommend Il Michelangelo Restaurant to anyone who enjoys Italian food or just loves to eat. A real GEM!!
Always very good food and service with a fairly priced wine list
I thought the food and especially the homemade pasta was very good... the wait staff was extremely friendly. Great spot.
Words that come to mind: Excellent, flavorful, fresh, pasta..full of flavor, homemade, vast menu, aithentic, friendly staff, cozy spot
This was our second New Year's Eve Dinner at Il Michelangelo. The owner makes you feel like a welcome guest, service is friendly and efficient but not obtrusive and the decor is lovely. All courses were served with just the right amount of time between servings and the food was imaginative and well prepared. I want to return to see what dinner is like on a "regular" night!
Amazing as always! Great customer service, food and atmosphere!
We are from out of town and needed a good meal to start our New Years weekend off right. We pick Michelangelo's from the many offers on Open Table. What a great choice it was. We were met at the door by the owner, Dominic, who could not have been nicer. He escorted us to the table, provided us with a great table, and made us feel so welcome.
Our party of 4 all orders drinks and the Calamari appetizer. The Calamari was light and tasty, simply delicious. Ample portions of toasted bread and spread added to the start of this feast.
I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken in a brandy cream sauce. Others ordered veal saltimbocca, pasta with eggplant and pasta and sausage dish. (I don't remember the names of the dishes, I was too busy with enjoying the taste of the meals).
The entrees were brought to our tables by the great wait staff, who were always there to assist, provide more water, or whatever was needed. We never had to look for them.
The meals were hot and delicious. My chicken and shrimp was great. Light cream sauce, tender cuts of chicken and large shrimp, filled with fresh veggies in the sauce. The rest of our party all enjoyed their meals as well.
The night ended with us splitting a bread pudding (excellent) and the tiramisu, plus coffee. A great way to finish off the meal.
As we gathered our belongings from the coat check, we again had a great conversation with Dominic, who had a cool story for each of the celebrity photos on the wall. He ended our night, with the same smile and conversation that he greeted us with. Such a gracious host.
As you can tell by what I wrote above, we highly recommend Michelangelo's, for any and all occasions.
