Waiter did not put in one order of food so 4 of us ate and one didn’t for 35 minutes. We asked the manager ( a woman) to take that dinner of the bill but she refused and offered one desert with five spoons as compensation. She was very rude and not helpful. In contrast, we finally spoke to the GM who could not be more apologetic. Thank you Jessica you were amazing.

I have been to Il Fornaio many times so I decided to have a small mother daughter birthday celebration there last night. Unfortunately my food was cold and disappointing. Even though I made a reservation with a couple of requests like not to sit in corners or close to the bathroom, the hostess offered us two tables one close to the bathroom and the other in the far dark corner. Another disappointment.

We made a reservation for 4:45, got there just about 4:50, and were seated immediately. We asked to sit inside, the 2 of us, and were given a table for 4 in a corner at a window. So far, so good. I was set on gnocchi, until the linguine mare chiaro caught my eye. So we ordered a seasonal burrata with prosciutto as an appetizer to share, I got the linguine, and my wife the lamb shank. The appetizer was outrageously delicious. Perfect with arugula, the toasted bread, and the balsamic. My linguine with the clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops was splendid. Fresh, tender, with a delicious sauce. My wife's lamb shank looked great, she said it was fine, and paired with a super Tuscan, was spot on. We ordered the seasonal caramel salted ice cream with dessert wine and it just topped off the meal. The server was friendly, attentive, and not overbearing. Every experience I've had here has been great, this one was the best. If I had won powerball, I'd be back there 3 times a week.

Everything was delightful. Dining “outside” helped ease my concern for Covid. The food was delicious!! Although the server forgot to bring one item, it didn’t matter because she was so lovely and attentive. We’ll be back!

Overall it was a very good dining experience. We got seated right away. I was undecided as to what to get and our waiter suggested that I get the lasagna. I took his suggestion and got the lasagna and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

Terrible idea to go there. They were shooting some type of video and really weren’t trying to service customers. After being seated and no one coming to serve us we left after 15 minutes and went elsewhere. Terribly disappointing.

They serve good food mostly but every time I ordered salmon, I told the server that I like salmon medium. But it’s overcooked. This happened to me every time we went. I wish they don’t overcook salmon. That’s the only complaint I have. Usually wonderful service !

Pleasant but not perfect. Orders came out wrong, no parking validation ( I think that should be a given at this location), picking up Plates before we were done. Very nice server but value needs more of the above.
