good food, good services from our friendly server Giovani. The only thing missing is that the bottle wine we ordered came after Hors d’Oeuvres were served; the two tables put together for the four of us are not leveled.

It was our first time staying in Paso for a wine weekend and Il Cortile was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. The food was awesome and our server was absolute top notch. Only thing that could have been better was the patio being a bit more insulated on a cold night. But it was a great dinner and evening. Thank you!

Great dinner at Il Cortile! Our server Kim was excellent and everyone enjoyed their food. The wine list was excellent as well. I took my in-laws there and they are hard to please but were very happy with the experience.

We were seated in an outdoor space that was rather underwhelming as compared to the interior space. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Good was good though there were very few gluten and meat free options. Dessert was excellent!

We especially enjoyed the crostini appetizer which had outstanding flavor. There were four of us and we added one more crostini as suggested by our waitress. The risotto and lasagna specials were very good The Spaghetti alla bottarga was not as well liked but the osso bucco was really enjoyed. We were celebrating two anniversaries and these were not acknowledged, but we were glad we selected this restaurant. We would definitely return.

A truly wonderful experience. Very warm environment. Top notch service. There was 4 of us - I had the veal chop (tender and delicious - cooked to perfection). Our table also had the pork shank -( melt in your mouth perfection) the filet with a peppercorn sauce - also delicious. 4th dish was the salmon which was cooked perfectly. Would go back in a heart beat

Food was fantastic, I had the Lasagne Bolgnese special and it was like no other. My wife had the seafood pasta and she raved about it the entire meal. Appetizer of Caprese was wonderful and the dessert of Fruit Tarte is not to be missed. Staff was informative and extremely courteous. Only fault I can think of is I had to wait for a water glass refill for about 3 minutes. Lol.

When we visit Paso Robles we always dine here. It’s excellent every time and the owners and staff are very kind, warm people who provide great service. We had the poached egg over polenta with truffles and the bruschetta for an appetizer. We were raving about it! I love the fettuccini salsiccia, my family had the Osso Bucco and wild boar fettuccini and said it was amazing. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage you to share an appetizer or two before dinner, not because the dishes are small (they’re plentiful) but in order to experience as many dishes as you can because the chefs definitely have what it takes to provide an excellent meal.

Good service, forgettable food. The pasta was decent but the sauce was almost flavorless. The coffee was excellent but the crust on the dessert was rock hard. For the price, I'd give this one a pass.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant even though we live in the Bay Area. We’ve been here half a dozen times in the last decade. When we come, we wonder if our expectations will exceed reality and they never do. The food is always of the highest quality and never disappoints!

This is our favorite restaurant in San Luis Obispo County. Every thing on the menu is delicious and there is something for everyone's taste. Good selection of wines and top notch bar tender. All this and excellent service. Be sure to call ahead for reservations.
