Fantastic authentic Italian food! Definitely one of my favorites.
We had a lovely lunch at Il Corso after visiting the MOMA. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful with suggestions. The food was terrific! The grilled octopus was sublime and the mozzarella , fried artichoke and prosciutto salad was wonderful. They have an extensive wine list by bottle or glass. All and all it was an extremely pleasant and fulfilling dining experience. Highly recommended .
Absolutely amazing. The food, the service - everything was outstanding! We will be back!
Good food, very expensive. While the wait staff was excellent with a family with children, was there to discuss business and found the family loud, intrusive, and utterly charm free. Their conversation was so loud it made it impossible to carry on an adult, detailed discussion. Would absolutely not recommend for a business meal
We sat not far from a noisy table that was intolerable to the surrounding tables. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. The food was excellent but noise levels need to be managed better for customers.
This place is terrific. I had a 1/2 portion of Cacio e Pepe pasta for an appetizer and the Veal Milanese for my main course. Both were prepared perfectly. My wife loved the broiled cheese appetizer special and the special Ravioli with asparagus. The service was also great. Really top place in midtown.
Excellent cozy but awesome Italian food. Ample wine list. Specials of the day were exceptional.
Good old style Italian food. Pasta sauce on the heavy side.
Great new find in Midtown.... Excellent food and great service. Very quite late lunch on Sunday... the tree right in front makes the place feels very 'neighborhood'
They serve stale wine and my salad as too soggy.
They have concrete floor, this no sound proof. Sitting in proximity to the large and noisy crowd was very unpleasant. Price was ridiculous high for the quality of food
had a great time. We celebrated the nite before the beginning of our vacation.
Everything was great. The food was delicious. Well prepared. The veal Milanese was nice and the apps were high quality. Wine by the glass was good-quality wine. The Service was excellent and attentive. I couldn't say enough about this Restaurant!! It's a Must-go-to.
Visiting NYC for the first time. Cozy, quiet place. The pasta and drinks were perfect. Will definitely come again.
Second time at Il Corso, but first time in 6 years. Food was wonderful, service excellent.
We sat in a warm cozy nook and eat deli food! Service was great! Appetizers were so good!!
Our wait staff was impeccable. The cocktails were absolutely perfect. The food was even better. I highly recommend Il Corso to anyone who lives in the city or is visiting.
Wonderful dinner - excellent service and a great night. Thanks Il Corso!
A Great Time was had by all.
We were seated in the back of the restaurant which was nice and quiet. The ambiance wasn’t anything special. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. We had a good, decent luncheon.
Love this place, have eaten here for years. Consistently excellent food and service. Love the new outdoor section for covid safe dining. Indoors is cozy, fabulous neighborhood place
Excellent food, nice atmosphere and friendly service. Good safety precautions.
Food and service were amazing! The staff were very polite and accommodating and the food was delicious - we finished every last bite. My parents got the chicken and veal and loved it. The risotto of the day was black truffle but they told me they could make any kind I wanted. It was delicious and they even shaved fresh black truffle on time. Drinks were also so tasty!
Cacio e Pepe was incredible.
The experience was superb as always.
Great food and drinks. Excellent melodia salad.
Outstanding As Always... Genero is the best !
Always the best, will return next month when again in the city.
Excellent food and very attentive staff. The fettuchine with mushrooms and prosciutto was outstanding. Veal special was very tender and delicious.
We celebrated our son’s birthday and had an exceptional experience. The wine selection was perfect, food delicious and we had the time to enjoy the meal, didn’t feel rushed at all. Felt comfortable with table spacing and behaviors of the servers and staff. Excellent evening!
Always a wonderful experience! Thank you to the owner and terrific staff.
Very few customers.
Very nice food and wine in a small, intimate restaurant. Wonderful, friendly, accommodating service.
I recommend this restaurant for a nice night out.
Excellent service, well spaced tables, minimal noise, quality food.
Dinner is always a pleasure here. The burrata appetizer was amazing, the mushroom pasta was delicious and the veal chop was even more so. We had perfect martinis to kick things off, followed by an amazing brunello with dinner. Finished with a grappa from one of the best digestif menus in the city. I live in Fla, but I eat here at least once every time I'm in the city. Highly recommended!
Amazing food, friendly service, great ambience= perfection
Waiters were very nice and the food was delicious
Service at Il
Wonderfully welcoming - this was our first indoor dining experience in a year -- with friends -- it was a fun and memorable evening - the staff were wonderful and the dinner was yummy - fried zucchini was very crispy, arancini were delicious and the cacio e pepi was made with fresh pasta
