Great food and fast!

Fabulous evening. Food was great and server very attentive

The food here is very good, but the service is the worst in the industry. It makes the food bad because of how bad the service is, which is very sad because it is such a great place, but the terrible service makes me so sad to return, and finally, after over 5 years of going there, I'm never going back. My daughter's graduation supper was ruined because of the service. Again, the food is great, but the service is so bad. I would rather eat in a Diner where the service is amazing. There are so many people who need jobs, it is not right that this place has such bad management that the service isn't top-notch. I am so sad to say that I will never come back. I will get take-out, but I will never sit down for such horrible service again. If you ask for a simple lemon, just be ready to wait 50 minutes for it once you're already done eating.

Food was good. Social distancing at this restaurant was 2 feet apart. Waiters masks didn’t even cover their noses. When asked about situation person in charge said “sorry but this is how we do it here”

Always love eating at Bellagio. The service is excellent, especially from the hard-working bus people. The food is plentiful, fresh and tasty. I always look forward to having the tender, juicy and flavorful stuffed artichoke as an appetizer, and my husband loves the crispy green salads. My chicken was a bit overcooked and oily, but the salad over which it was served was dressed perfectly. My husband loved his Sorrentino and had enough left over for dinner the next night. We both enjoyed sipping our martinis in the outdoor ambiance.

Always a good meal in a great outdoor setting. Service is prompt and friendly.

Not sure why you make reservations here. They mean nothing. Just show up and you get a table before reservations. Told hostess we would be at bar waiting for our table and she wouldn’t sit us until we all left the bar and stood at hostess desk. Bad system with mediocre food.

Amazing ambience, great service, excellent food! Would definitely recommend and would go again. I highly recommend the banana bread pudding. One of the best desserts I've ever had! The spaghetti bolognese was delicious too!

Food & service are always great!.. I think they should update the patio lighting (very dark) & add some heaters to accommodate those who feel more comfortable dining alfresco during the pandemic & to simply make the dining area look more inviting

Out of 4 of us 3 of us got the wrong entree and the 4th was ordered angolotti but it was ravioli. I’m a chef angolotti is about the size of a tortollini it’s not the size of a ravioli so the menu is totally misleading. The other 3 people literally all ordered the same exact dish rigatoni with marinara sauce - all three got mini penne. I doubt I’d go back. I don’t know if the server wrote it wrong or the kitchen staff can’t read but they need to get there act together.

Wow! The food was fabulous! We had the salmon with shrimp and lemon sauce and the Steak with mushrooms. Both were amazing. Also, the ricotta cheese cake was authentic and delicious. We started with a grilled eel appetizer that was perfectly prepared and presented on a bed of arugula salad. The wine list is very nice, and reasonable. The service was perfect,polite and professional. There was live music in the very pretty courtyard. We will return soon and I highly recommend.

Probably my favorite Italian restaurant in West Palm Beach.

Our first time to this restaurant. We sat inside. The food was very good. I had the lobster ravioli- yum. I ate the whole thing. Piglet!
My dinner mates had the chicken and veal parmigiana- they both thought they were good. For dessert we had the three layer cake and pistachio ice cream dipped in chocolate- both SO GOOD, and very good coffee.
Our drinks were good too but for some reason the Mojito gave me a headache.
Our waiter while friendly and nice was super busy and I had to wait for water and containers. They need more waiters. The place was packed. We will return.

Food was great, but a little overpriced. I’m sure it was aligned with PB prices. Service was sketchy. Nice evening.

Celebrating the holiday

Alex,Gustavo and Derrick were wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious!

This restaurant is popular in West Palm Beach and the food is good. However, we had dinner there this evening and they have NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING. According to their manager, they are "legally permitted" to operate at 100% capacity but "since they lost money during the COVID shut down and outdoor seating is now very popular", it is fine with them to place tables -- and therefore customers 2 feet apart. Their outdoor table arrangements are closer now than they ever were before COVID. The manager is concerned with making money and has no concern for their customers potential health exposure to COVID-19 -- even given the recent surge in cases across the USA. We will not eat there again until COVID passes and if you are concerned at all about COVID exposure, you should also think again before dining there at this time.

Always excellent

I was seated outside. It had a Beautiful ambience. However there’s a fountain nearby and a lot of kids were playing in it screeching and very loud. Not the restaurants fault but definitely took away from the relaxation of my dinner.

We had a great time and the food was delicioso ! Thank you for the special birthday dessert for our mom, she loved it! Will definitely recommend Il Bellagio.

My husband and I make it a point to visit this restaurant every time we’re in town and it’s usually wonderful. Not this time! Our waitress rushed us through the entire evening. We wanted to wait to -it in our main course order but she kept pressuring us to put it in so we did. We weren’t even half way through our appetizers when the food came out....literally five minutes after putting it in. The quality of the food was just sub-par this time. We weren’t offered coffee or dessert. We felt very rushed and it ruined the entire dinner. Very disappointed.

Bellagio is our favorite place!!! Always a great time with excellent service and incredible dishes! Thank you!

Greeted by an exceptionally pleasant staff. Every effort was made to ensure our comfort. Provided a picturesque and romantic location, al fresco dining over-looking a gorgeous outdoor space (Incredible Fountain, Breath-Taking Lighted Tree). PERFECT DATE NIGHT! Ordered several items...All So Delicious! Attention to detail and pride in everything they do is quite apparent.

GREAT Italian in West Palm Beach, with acceptable prices. Wine was prices nicely as well and good was awesome. Started with fried calamari and zucchini and went to Linguine Vongole. This came with the most clams I've ever seen in a white clam dish! I was so happy.
