III Forks delivers an outstanding fine dining experience. The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, the service is top-tier, and the food is flawless. The steak was perfectly cooked, the salads are bountiful, and the sides and desserts were equally impressive. The wine list and cocktails are well-curated. Whether it's a special occasion or a night out, III Forks is a must-visit in Jacksonville.

Unfortunately, our experience was poor. Our waiter was very kind and the service was excellent; our food however, fell short. My husband and I got the lobster bisque, and it only had one small piece of lobster in it and the texture was a bit gritty. To us, in comparison to other fine dining we’ve experienced that carry lobster bisque - it wasn’t the best. For our entrees we both had steaks which were cooked perfectly to our preferred temperature, but the seasoning lacked. The mashed potatoes had a bitter aftertaste and the lobster Mac and Cheese had no lobster in it and we’d eaten over half of it. We brought it to the attention of our waiter and he said they make it in batches everyday; so you may receive a good amount of meat, very little, or sometimes none at all. It was also very heavy on the breadcrumbs. Nevertheless, they removed it off of our bill because lobster Mac and cheese without lobster is simply insane. Overall, our waiter and the service staff was wonderful, ambience the same; but the food was not what we expected. I’m sad to say we wouldn’t return.

Excellent on all dimensions (taste of food, friendly and prompt service, noise level low permitting conversations). Prices are definitely high end, both during happy hour and after. We'll be back on special occasions.

Our experience at III Forks in Jacksonville was the best we’ve ever had at a steakhouse. We had Cooper as a waiter who was very enthusiastic about his job, and was extremely helpful in providing recommendations and friendly conversation. All other staff was very friendly as well, and we were even provided a follow up call to thank us for dining with them. The environment was incredible and, needless to say, so was the food. Very highly recommend.

Hadn’t been in quite awhile. Server was wonderful. Too dark inside. Had to use our phone flashlight to read the menu. Wine & bread were excellent. My husband loved his fish of the day entree. I ordered the filet & it was salty on the first bite, which is unusual for it. I enjoyed the cheesy potatoes. Very good. While trying to finish the filet, not only was it salty it, seemed more spicy. Disappointed to say the least. My husband finished the last few pieces & confirmed, it wasn’t salted but spicy. I cannot handle spicy food. Nothing was noted on the menu regarding seasoning on the filet, so I am assuming the meat was cooked after something spicy was cooked previously. Don’t think I would be back for awhile. We did get dessert. The crème brûlée was excellent though!

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! From start to finish, everything was five stars. Our server, Randy, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening feel special. We indulged in the Wagyu, Chilean sea bass, lobster mac and cheese, sautéed spinach, and mashed potatoes—each dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The wine selection was top-tier, perfectly complementing our meal. We finished with a dessert wine that was the perfect sweet ending. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance to the cuisine, was flawless. Can’t wait to return!
