Iguana Ratings and Reviews
We went here for a quick lunch. The restaurant is clean and decorated beautifully. The service was friendly and quick. The menu had lots of options in all price ranges. Our food came out hot and delicious! We highly recommend this place. We'd like to return for dinner sometime and see what the nightlife is like. They have a downstairs bar and dance floor.
My mom and I stayed at the Courtyard across the street and wanted a close place for our last dinner. Mexican is comfort food for us and after a LONG day of walking - this place hit the spot. Alejandro took great care of us - eager to answer questions and give suggestions! We loved it!
Well my Experience was great !! I went here for my Anniversary Recently and I loved it 👌🏼👌🏼😜 great for dancing and having a good time !! My favorite part was The guy makes fresh guacamole in front of you .. How aswome is that !! I love it I recommend this place totally !!!
Six of us had a pre-theatre dinner here
On Friday eve and were pleasantly
Surprised by the good food and service.
We started with the made-at-your-table
Guacamole and we all loved it. We then had
Various appetizers and most opted for the steak
fajitas for the entree; all very good. The
place was packed with people and it
was very noisy with people having a
good time. Our waiter was very good &
helped us get out on time for our show.
The tab including food , drinks, tax &
tip was $400.
We ordered drinks and food including an appetizer. Everything arrived at once within minutes. It is clear that nothing was prepared to order. The food was soggy and not fresh. When we complained to the manager he said that the restaurant was quiet and the kitchen staff had nothing to do so everything came out fast. We will not return.
The food was not as good as I would imagine from a Mexican restaurant, they serve little portions which again is not expected from a Mexican restaurant what saves my rating of this place is the clubs it has. One upstairs for Latin music and one downstairs for English hip hop type of music, if you a guy you can enter either club for $10 or $15 to enter both ladies free.
We went in and placed our order - we actually had already decided what we were having. After placing our order WE NEVER SAW OUR SERVER AGAIN until she brought over the check - and that was strange. She never came to ask if the food was OK or to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. I had to asked another employee to get our server and when she came to the table she just dropped the check and walked away - never asked if we wanted coffee or desert. the other employee took our check and credit card to the hostess to process. Needles to say her tip was commensurate with her service.
Also it was VERY loud. We had a table of cackling women next to us - I don't understand the need for anyone to be that loud in a public place.
Wouldnt recrecommend this place to my worst enemy. The food was bland and the sauce tasted like it was from a can of Chef Boyardee. There was also a hair in my dessert. The manager acted like it was totally normal for it to be there. Absolutely disgusting.
Been coming here for years. It's a great place to have dinner before partying in one of,the clubs. Service is always excellent and friendly. Drinks like margaritas and mojito are also excellent. My favorite dishes are crab cakes, guacamole, goat cheese quesadilla, corn chowder, salmon. At this point this place needs a face lift and better ventilation in the area close to the kitchen where it gets really hot. Other than that, it a great, fun place and a must try.
