I've been to this restaurant several times and we went there for Superbowl Sunday. The specials were great, staff is always , courteous, friendly and prompt, and the manager was generous with offering a raffle for quarterly prizes of $51 off your bill.. we didn't win but it was still wa fun, winning afternoon out !
We were there on a Saturday night. Our request for a booth was honored.
Our server was excellent. California Steak Tacos with a side of cole slaw were good; Braised Short Rib sandwich with sweet potato fries ($2 extra)were also good. Each entree could have used more protein, but were nicely prepared.
The wine list is not pretentious, and is extensive by the glass and by the bottle.
Kids eat free on Saturday nights, so late reservations if quieter dining is preferred make sense. By 9:30 it was reasonably quiet, and food service continues until 10pm with an 11 pm closure. There is a busy, popular, bar that can be noisy.
We would return, would dine late given our preference for a quiet atmosphere.
I was very disappointed in my chicken sandwich. The chicken was very rubbery. Everyone else enjoyed their meal.
I had not been there since it was Crazy Burro and I was so happy to go. The food and service were great.
Extremely loud, not for an intimate evening. Family restaurant with many children. Food was good.
Great overall place. We've been there maybe 50 times and have never been disappointed with the food. Casual, nice outdoor seating and bar, friendly staff, not pretentious. Sometimes a bit loud in the dining room, we've actually found the bar to often be quieter.
We went to Ignite for Christmas Eve dinner. The food and service were great. No one rushed us out even though it was Christmas Eve. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very accommodating. We will go back for sure!
Had a reservation for 7:15pm. Arrived at 7pm and was told they had a big party coming in and were unsure when they could seat us. Tried back at 7:15pm and they shrugged their shoulders on timing to seat us. They seems frazzled and unorganized so we left and went to the Park Hyatt hotel for a better environment and better food anyway. Will not return to Ignite. They need better organization around their operations.
We go here a lot for menu variety and good value. Excellent service on a crowded day ..thank you!
First time there and it was a great experience! The food - lobster quinoa and drinks - spa day were both amazing! Will definitely be back!
The food is average and the ambiance is terrible inside. If you go, sit on the patio.
It was a busy night and our server had a big party and we were at a corner table. That is the only reason for a 3 in service. Great food.
Very overpriced turkey dinner for the quality and portions! Our dinner was cold and service was slow and they weren't even that busy! I am sure this place is a good drink place however not for a holiday dinner!!
Thanksgiving dinner. Small portions. Turkey served cold. Salmon over cooked. Sodas had minimal carbonation even when replaced. Slow service. All this even though they weren't very busy. Ruined our Thanksgiving. Will never go out for Thanksgiving again.
The whole family went for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. We all have the 3 course turkey dinner which was absolutely fantastic. Home cooked turkey was delicious; frankly better than we cook at home. Service was cheerful and energetic. The place had a festive (not drunk, I mean energetic) vibe. So reasonably priced would definitely come back. Not only was it a great choice for the holiday but as a first timer and local, I am definitely going back for weekend brunches and dinners.
