   Overall great food, ambience, and decent service. We had a bizarre incident when it came time to pay the check, though, when our server mixed up our bill. The couple next to us were given our bill and paid, and we were given their bill, which was more expensive than what we had ordered. Rather than void the bills, our server suggested we simply pay the more expensive bill to avoid having to void the transactions. The bill we should’ve paid was around $50, but our neighbor’s bill was $62. I guess not a huge difference, but we were still asked to pay more for a meal than it cost. I’d recommend Ida Claire have a refresher course in customer service for its wait staff, and communicate that asking customers to pay extra for the servers mistake is no bueno.

   We had an amazing time! From the moment we sat down, Ashley took great care of us with friendly, attentive service. Jasmine behind the bar made some of the best drinks we’ve had. The food was incredible — the fried green tomatoes were crispy and fresh, the crawfish corn fritters were so good we couldn’t stop eating them. The crab cake was packed with real crab meat, and the red fish dish was cooked perfectly. Great food, great vibes, and even better service — we can’t wait to come back!

   Very loud but you can still have meaningful conversations. Food was great! French toast is amazing and service was very accommodating.

   Simplemente delicioso! El personal muy amable, sentí que me cocinaron especialmente a mi. En verdad un lugar que si o si tienes que ir al brunch. Precios buenos, comida abundante, el café en prensa francesa único y el mejor chicken and waffle. Viaje de mexico solo por sus buisquet y chiken and waffle.

   Great experience. The food was amazing. So full of southern flavor! Service was great, thanks to our server Addison. Highly recommend it.

   it was breakfast and I tried the pouched eggs with Louisiana hollandaise sauce. Very nice.

   Our server was great and engaging, but the person who brought the appetizers spilled liquid off the board all over one of us and then didn't bring any napkins to wipe it up. Noise level was very high.

    I made a quick reservation for my mother in law’s birthday lunch, and even though it was last minute, Troy and his staff made it an incredibly special experience. They went above and beyond to make her feel celebrated on her special day. We really appreciated it and will be back!
