   Ida Claire is a fun dining experience! If the weather is nice, definitely sit on their adorable "backyard patio." If your group is larger than 6 people, reserve the darling Airstream trailer, which is also in the patio area. The menu is full of elevated Southern delights like fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, a large crab cake, and much more. Highly recommend!

   My guest and I went for brunch but learned after arriving they only serve it on the weekend so we ordered from a limited breakfast menu. The highlight for us was the biscuits! They were fresh and warm and came with butter, jam, and gravy on the side. I would like to return sometime and give lunch a try.

   Lively scene, very busy bar. Shrimp and grits were delicious and shrimp were properly cooked! Nice selection of draft beers. My server Stephen was the best, personable, knowledgeable and quick! A high top seat was all that was available but you could see all the action from the bar, the open kitchen and all the packed tables and booths,

   Very Loud difficult to chat with those at the same table. Duck Nachos were very good however the rest of the food was average. Very cluttered and odd decor. Service was good. Not our kind of place but seems very popular.

   The food is just ok. The drinks, ambiance, and service was good to great. Used to be better. I would go for happy hour.

   Overall not bad but not great. Service was good and fairly quick. Ordered one appetizer, biscuits, and they were cold. The entree was good. Wife commented that the women’s restroom was deplorable which was a turnoff.

   We made a reservation for 5 @ 6. We had a change of plans and needed to move it to 6:30 for 7 people. It’s so nice when a restaurant answers the phone and can change the reservation and accommodate a large party! Thank you for a great experience. We will be back💕

    If you arrive early enough, you may be lucky enough to snag a home made chicken pot pie and possibly to choose Akara as your server. These two things could make your visit to Ida Clare exceptional. On the other hand, I am a frequent diner there and the meals are all inspired and the wait staff is always happy and efficient. Highly recommended. Treat yourself.
