    Service was consistently terrible. Getting silverware, water and a beer was almost impossible. And it happened again when desert was served with no utensils

    I had the salmon with Brussel sprouts! Excellent. Our server was Gary and he was nice also. This was our second time there, he also served us the first time and remembered us! There was live music and that was also excellent! 10 out 10 for sure!

    As usual, we had a wonderful experience! This visit I brought someone that hasn’t been to your restaurant before, and she loved it! I knew she would like the eclectic style design, as well as the menu pairings and variety. It goes along with the atmosphere and your branding. Everything was fresh, delicious, Service was outstanding. She was wonderful and a pleasure. Not too intentive, but attentive enough that it was a perfect service experience. She had great suggestions, her personality attitude were off the chart, even after working a double that day, will be back soon!

    The food and drinks were really good! Service was less than expected. Our server was polite and welcoming but was not very attentive. He also forgot dipping sauces that were requested when the food was ordered. My date also requested no cheese on her burger due to an allergy when it was ordered. The burger came out with cheese anyway and had to be sent back. The resteraunt was very busy. Also quite loud. The food was really good though!

    Celebrated a birthday. No one wished happy birthday. Apparently, note was not read. Chips were stale. Coffee was cold. The service was not the greatest. Our waitress was very slow/confused. This was by far the most disappointing experience at Ida Claire. Don’t think I will celebrate special occasions there anymore.

    All day brunch was very crowded and noisy. Gumbo was horrible!!!
