Joe, service was fab. Food was fresh and hot. Nearly more than I could eat and the Lemoncello cake is to perfect!
Another great night out!
Awesome food and helpful staff. Ordered that Drogatta and thoroughly enjoyed it...portions are huge.
Simply the best margarita pizza I’ve ever had. My wife and I shared and she agreed with this assessment. I ordered the veal parmigiana and it was excellent. I opted for a side of angel hair with red sauce which was also great. The pasta has a fresh taste you don’t get at many Italian restaurants. My wife got the grouper piccata. She loves anything piccata and said the fish was cooked perfectly. Service was ok outstanding even though it was a crowded prom night.
I’ve been looking for an authentic no frills place that just focuses on the food and this is it!
Made reservations due to reviews on internet. Got seated on arrival and service began. Food was good and service was also. Will return when in Indy.
Delicious classic Italian dishes, tasty drinks, great service even when busy. Recommend reservations on weekends.
Our waitress was excellent! Its a neat vintage place. Average prices.
Very authentic Italian restaurant. The servers are friendly and great. And the food is absolute perfection!
Very large portions
We had a reservation and got seated immediately. The waiter had several tables but he never seemed rushed when he came to ours. The lasagne was ‘ok’. We’ve had much better. The meatballs were nothing to write home about. The cheese tortellini was good and filling. The fried mozzarella appetizer was very tasty ! We are not itching to return but all in all, pretty good.
We went for a family birthday party, made reservations and everything was ready and waiting when we arrived. Food, drink, service was all fabulous! Very attentive staff, and of course the red sauce is to die for.
We always enjoy the bar area and are never disappointed in the quality and taste of the food!
The food and service were excellent.
This is our favorite restaurant while visiting, best meal in Indy!!
First time diner. We loved the food. Booth seating a little uncomfortable but food and service were great.
Iaria's is a great restaurant for Italian food. Five friends got together for dinner. I had eggplant parmesan with a side of spaghetti and the other four had spaghetti and meatballs. We all enjoyed our dinner. Three had cannoli's for dessert. It was a fun evening get together and great food. Can't wait to do it again.
Never eat here. Food cold and service rushed us out.
we had 10 inches of snow and we were 40 minutes late but still made our meal.....had reservations.....gave us our bread on the house and told us to slow down and enjoy.....outstanding
Simplicity, Sincerity, Service, Satisfaction, Smiles
Iaria's Italian Restaurant delivers all those things by sticking to what has kept this family business viable for over 100 years. This is not a hip, trendy or contemporary place, but one which does a great job taking care of guests and providing them with really tasty food. Part of the beauty is that the cuisine is like what you might make for yourself, IF you had an Italian grandmother who taught you all her secrets... but you don't, so you go to Iaria's. You can read and understand the menu, and the prices are reasonable. Casual, not fancy, but the kind of unique family restaurant which is disappearing all over the country. Who needs or wants another franchise chain meal? Get real food from a real restaurant. Go to Iaria's!
Love it!! Have been going for years. One of our favorite restaurants.
Food outstanding as usual. We just like the spot.
Always a pleasant experience, looking forward to returning soon!
Great service and great food. A family restaurant that was accessible for our father in a wheelchair. Would highly recommend!
Everything was perfect. We had two dishes and an appetizer and they all came with different sauces—which were all amazing. We both agreed that the cheese tortellini was the best. Would definitely go back there! Oh, and do yourself a favor and get the limoncello cake. You’re welcome.
Excellent food! Excellent service!
Love family owned and run businesses! This is a great one! Enjoy!
Great service. Our table for 8 was waiting for us. Attentive service. Our group enjoyed every bite!
My reservation was for 4:45pm We arrived at 4:45 and was told that the restaurant doesn’t open till 5 pm. Staff was a little rude. It was very cold outside. Why was a 4:45 reservation available if they don’t open till 5 pm. On the other hand The food was fabulous. The dressing is to die for. The waitress was great and attentive. We were in Indy from Orlando and couldn’t wait to eat at one our favorite restaurants!!
We celebrated Valentines Day and another occasion then decided to hold an employee lunch meeting, food was fantastic again, built great respect and relationships with our employees. Everyone felt special after a great meal, we celebrated a drink at the bar and felt we built bridges for a bright future.
We went for my wife's birthday. The food was great as was the service, We enjoyed ourselves and will certainly go back another time.
Never disappointed in the food and overall experience! A great place to eat and always enjoy the atmosphere!
Just love the place. Atmosphere is fun. Service is great. Even the young adults working have a smile on their face and appear to enjoy working there. Food is always fab.
Great lunch menu, looking forward to doing it again
Fantastic time and time again.
Chicken piccata was great!
My go to for authentic rustic Italian! Cozy charm, amazing servers, great wine list and food! Definitely a neighborhood favorite!
service good as always, food good as was the value
The Fettuccini Alfredo was excellent. Obviously made with the right amount of cream and butter. We should have ordered another serving of Tiramisu -it was so good.
The BEST Italian I've ever had. Iaria's red sauce is so so so good. I could drink it.
The antipasti salad is a delicious app and big enough to share. I've had the chicken parm, chicken marsala and spaghetti for my entree and never been disappointed.
If you live in Indy and haven't been to Iaria's - do yourself a favor and go.
