Service excellent, friendly.
Plenty of space between tables.
I Trulli is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. The octopus appetizer is excellent. Very tender and flavorful. I always get the rabbit rage which never disappoints.
My friend and I both liked I Trulli a lot. It's a well-designed space with plenty of room for each table, an acoustic that allows for conversation, a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and a great location. Our dishes were both simple and satisfying. Recommended.
Small and nice looking restaurant with a fireplace for ambience. Delicious food. No matter what you get for dinner, save room for dessert! You’re welcome.
great location! amazing food. will repeat and recommend
I have been going to I Trulli since it opened....it is our family restaurant and I am impressed by the owners, how they continue to innovate and change and the incredible food and wine list.
Food and service were very good. It is somewhat noisy, making conversation difficult.
Nice, but overpriced. That's it to get to 50 characters
Wonderful Christmas lunch. Pasta was outstanding, wine delicious, sitting by fire ...just perfect afternoon.
One of New York's best Italian restaurants. Homemade pasta and delicious dishes of every kind. Owner/host Nicola is a treasure. Service is superb. You will go again and again.
On Friday, December 21, 2018, my wife, her brother and I had dinner there. It was excellent. We had the Feast of The Seven Fishes. We do this every year. The service was excellent. It was quiet.
Omg the food was delicious.
disappointed - i had been going there from time to time the last time maybe 6 months ago - it has fallen from grace!
kudos to nick and the crew, doras home pasta is too the moon and back
Pasta was great and so was the sauce. Our waiter was very informative with the different pasta dishes.
Not authentic at all (I’m native italian and live in New York), and that’s not food from the Apulka region. My friend ordered a mozzarella with prosciutto appetizer, but she doesn’t eat prosciutto, so the waiter suggested to replace prosciutto with truffle, without specifying that would cost 30$ extra! Moreover, the waiter was very pushy on wine or cocktails, although we didn’t want any.
My first time back in over 10 years, met up with 6 friends for a Christmas get together. Bar is lovely warm & welcoming, great cocktails and great wine selection. We found the appetizers and pastas to be great, unfortunately all of us were underwhelmed by our main courses... but desserts & coffees were outstanding.
Service was great and noise level was good so that we could carry on a conversation.
I checked "Kid-friendly" because I took my seven-year-old grandson, and he enjoyed it and was very well-treated by our waiter . However, I meant friendly to kids who know how to behave in an adult atmosphere. This is NOT "a pizza joint"!
I Trulli is consistently excellent. The ambience is wonderful in any season (fireplace in winter and garden in summer and the Pugliese cooking is authentic and delicious. We have been many times and are never disappointed.
The food was absolutely fantastic. Pasta with rabbit out of this world. But the service was subpar. I still highly recommend
The food is truly extraordinary because the preparations are unique and creative. I’ve never been to Puglia, but if this is typical of that cuisine it is the best Italian food!
Delicious as always, but a little slow
Enjoyed everything about it!
Wonderful from top to bottom. Authentic Italian meal with house made pasta. One my all time favorite restaurants for the last 20 yrs.
Great atmosphere, good food a little pricy though.
We always enjoy our dinner at I Trulli with our friends. A great place to catch up and enjoy a delicious meal together ;)
Even only with a few people in the restaurant, service was slow and in attentive. Food was just ok.
Service was slow and unattentive. We waited too long to order and had toask for plates to be removed
Daddy and daughters night out for excellent Italian food.
Great spot for a Post theatre (matinee) dinner.
Great wine, food, service and atmosphere.
Excellent food and service. Ambiance is very close to restaurants in Italy. Best Italian wine list in the City.
This was a birthday celebration
This is one of the best if not the best Italian restaurant in NYC
I had dinner at the bar and the service was amazing
They gave me a glass of port on the house as a gift
The food. It was an amazing experience
Food was excellent. Service was friendly but too sporadic. Needed more staff!
Enjoyed the ambiance and the menu was perfect. I would recommend it and will go again.
Really enjoyed drinks, appetizers & main meal. SERVICE WASfantastic!!
A great restaurant. Food is excellent. Pasta’s are fresh, unique, seasonal and very good. The main courses are always excellent. The staff is very good , personable and welcoming. The wine list is very extensive in terms of Italian wines.
Eat here every time in NYC. Great food great service and great wines. Ask for il Tasso merlot. Been here for over 20 years. What does that say?
Excellent Italian cuisine, especially the pasta. The service was outstanding. The restaurant could use some updating with respect to the ambience but we will go back for their pasta dishes .
The food here is always top notch. Homemade pastas are the real deal, each one unique and different.
Puglian style rabbit was also a stand out. Excellent wine list, all Italian, many top level wines but a few bargains to be found. This restaurant is a bit pricey but the quality is wonderful.
