   Excellent place to take business partners from out of town for a very nice meal without the pressure of moving too quickly through the meal to make room for the next seating. The pace allowed for a good, long visit. Great food, exceptional service, and a very good ambiance for all types of discussion.

   Tableside Caesar Salad The real deal, all the classic ingredients.. Especially the anchovies! Tableside Steak Dianne! Oh, the sauce, and prepared as I asked rare-Medium rare! My Wife loved her French Onion Soup & Prawns & scallops... And Flambed Bananas Foster With happy anniversary & oh so tasty, especially with ice cream.... Our Server who's name starts with A was excellent. He was an performance artist making everything table-side... And the White Bordeaux made the meal perfect.

   It was our 40th anniversary and having celebrated previous anniversaries at Hy’s, we wanted to celebrate our anniversary again with our family. It was a great night; everyone who’s employed at Hy’s are so friendly, accommodating, and make you feel so special. Thank you, again for a wonderful evening.

    We had a group of 4 and I would say that we had a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. The appetizers were excellent. We shared cheese toast, crab cake, scallops and ahi tuna. The Caesar salad was good and was just the right amount for 3 people to share. Everyone seemed to enjoy their main course. I had the steak Diane which is prepared tableside. It was done to perfection. My husband had the Neptune steak but he felt the portion of actual steak was small. The crème brûlée was lovely. Service was exceptional. Price is high but it’s a great place for very special occasions.
