Owner and chef Angelo Schifilliti opened Hunter's for guests to enjoy dishes created with locally sourced fresh ingredients. An appetizer of mussels with mustard greens, wild rice risotto or chicken liver and bacon mousse will delight the palate. Guests can dine on a main course of lamb ragu, stuffed pork chops and hanger steak. It also has a raw bar with fresh oysters and other fare.
Hunter's offers catering for receptions, business meetings and other private events. It provides brunch and has a happy hour.
