After having a wonderful brunch here several weeks ago, we decided to return for dinner. It was another wonderful meal, with attentive and friendly service. Dishes not to be missed - beer hummus, labne with harissa, skewers of chicken, and the cauliflower. And really great (and unusual flavors of) gelati. We can't wait to go back.

The food was amazing, we got a ton of great vegetarian options like the beet hummus and market vegetables. Only is complaint: our server was a little over eager, he would try to take away dishes without asking while we were still working. The food was so good we wanted to finish all of it!

Shuka offers an inventive Mediterranean menu with great food and good service. There were a number of vegetarian options and the portions were generous. I would highly recommend the restaurant to both business and social gatherings. The Happy hour had good drink options at the bar.

Love the new concept. Shakshuka was a bit disappointing—bland and eggs were totally overlooked.
Other visits have been better food wise.

The chicken and lamb skewers were undercooked and we ordered a dip that came in a ketchup tin. Horrible value.

I ordered coffee and was served cream that had gone bad/had chunks in it 2x, finally I asked for almond milk instead. Server said it hadn't expired but it was coming out in clumps and smelled bad both times so just not ideal situation

This is an example of an amazing service with great food. When we arrived there was a large group of people standing at the area of our table. The hostess offered to sit us at the table and sent some dishes on the house for the inconvenience. Apart from that, the food was super tasty and I can recommend the sword fish kebab! Was super tasty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really good food. Some portions smaller than expected (carrots, chicken kebab) but delicious. Good menu for sharing. Service was excellent, including the hosts and our waitress. Definitely recommend, and would like to go back soon.

Went to Shuka for brunch. The Shakshuka was very delicious and recommend the dish. My brother did not like his BLT sandwich as much. The restaurant is beautiful and love the large windows to let in light on a sunny day. Also the style of decoration is nice. Had good service.

I will start by saying the service was amazing - from the host to the server to the bus guy, all were fantastic. The food was just a little lackluster - we went for brunch and I had the BLT and my friend had the brunch salad. Both were in desperate need of seasoning and the BLT was not really a sandwich - it's 2 giant grilled pieces of bread with bacon, lettuce and tomato on top - nothing had any flavor to it though. Maybe they're just working out the kinks or maybe we ordered wrong but neither of us left there thinking we had to race back.

This place has found its mojo! Changing its name and focusing on what they were always good at (small dishes) has re-energised the restaurant. We really enjoyed the experience although the service was at times a little pushy.

I must admit, Hudred Acres was a better name. When asked what the name represents, it was met with confusion in trying to explain. I booked as if going to Hundred Acres as the website doesn't clearly note a chance (statement that same owner, new chef was the reason). Have to admit, it was good, just preferred Hundred Acres as a place to go. Let's go to Shuka sounds like a Japanese restaurant or something of similar origins. Just doesn't have the same appeal when making plans for a cozy meal.

I came here with my friend back when it was called Hundred Acres.. and had to bring my mom back for the fantastic food! The decor and meal was still awesome, but the noise level was just too loud. 4 ladies sitting at the table next to us.. they raised their voices to the point of yelling unmecessarily for an hour. Our ears were buzzing and numb after the meal. It wasn't the restaurant's fault, but it ruined the good food and vibe for us. Definitely going to ask for a different table with more space next time.

Now under the name Shuka.. you must get the "Feast", essentially a gigantic tasting menu, but with sizeae portions, almost everything on the menu, and for only $50. I will return for this!

I wish my group could have had a better experience here. Overall everything felt very unprofessional. It took a ridiculous amount of time for everything. They asked if we wanted appetizers to start, and then proceeded to bring them out with the main course. We asked if there was some sort of birthday dessert for someone in our group, they put a candle in one of the appetizers and brought it out. Truly just a bizarre experience.
