Service was prompt, attentive, and courteous. Food came out very quickly. The steak was pretty good, but not something to proverbially write home about. Brussels sprouts side was fine, but not that great.

Service was a bit slow - but it turned out to be one of those times when all the orders hit the kitchen at once, I think. I've been there before....and I'll happily go back.

My recent experience left a bit to be desired when it came to the food. My siblings introduced me to this place several years ago since they are vegan and it was a place we could all find something to meet our dietary needs. However, based on recent experience the food was good but not like it use to be, mind blowing good. Not sure what has changed in the last years but the food creativity level definitely has.

We used to go to Hugo’s 1X a week & often suggested it as an option to meet friends for lunch/dinners. The prices have gone up again. Two people for lunch with coffee or tea is around $50 or more.
The last time we went, our food was not as good as it usually is. We decided to take a break and had not dined there in about a month. We went this weekend and the food was very good. Which was quite pleasant. Service was excellent, as usual.

Hugo's has become our favourite restaurant and we weren't disappointed on our last visit. Service was prompt, professional and friendly... as ever. Food came without a long wait and was delicious. Restaurant is devoid of loud music and annoying tv screens so we weren't distracted and able to be present in our conversations with our friends. We can't wait to go again!

Healthy choice for lunch or dinner. I like their entrees especially the turkey meatloaf and chicken dishes. This place can get crowded at peak hours so make a reservation to get seated faster. Usually efficient service, too.

Food was not as great as I remembered, but two members of our party had food allergies and they were very accommodating. Great place to go when you need to accommodate food allergies or varying preferences in your party.

We have been going to this Hugo’s for over 20 years and stayed loyal customers; often dining thwre at least once a month.
We’ve watched the restaurant go through many changes. We like thwir mission statement of local, organic, & sustainable ingredients & food sources. We like their staff- usually have great service.
The last two meals have been off, but we still came back. Everyone has bad days, yes?
This past viait we had great service, an okay meal, and were ahocked that the prices have gone up, again.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are going to cost your about $25 a person with a tea, tax, & a tip. More so for some of the biggwr dinner entrees.
To spend $45-$50 for two pwople for breakfast at local, comfortable restaurant seems like a lot.
We will be going less frequently now and look for other restaurants in the area.

Hugo's is one of the few restaurants in the area that caters to omnivores, vegetarians and vegans at the same time. As a vegetarian/vegan couple, we are regulars at the restaurant. It is reliably good and the service is very accommodating and friendly. The ambience is fairly nondescript but not unpleasant. There are many healthy options on menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cuisine borrows from Mexican, Indian and Italian cuisine primarily. They make their own pasta which is delicious and you can choose the sauce of your liking. They were formerly an Italian restaurant but have ramped down on the Italian specialties. They could expand their salads -- they haven't made a change in a while. Desserts are good too,
and not quite as decadent!

Consistently very good food, with the noise level OK if not full to capacity which it can be at dinner time. The service is usually very good and efficient, but can be slow at peak hours. I liked the chicken masala on our last visit.

We were happy to get a reservation on Sat evening & even better, we were seated with the wonderful Dania (hope I am spelling her name correctly). She is always attentive, pleasant, professional, and even though we have not sat with her for months, she remembered what our favorite sides were. That is exceptional.
We go to Hugo’s 1-2 times a month. It’s comfortable, usually with consistent food, and sometimes are fortunate enough to get exceptional service with Dania.

The menu had great choices and reasonable prices. There were countless people walking in which told me this was a very popular place with all ages. Also it has it’s own parking lot - a real plus!

We would definitely return.
