   We dined outside, and the weather was amazing — only matched by how fantastic the food was. Our service was absolutely flawless. Our waitress was incredibly delightful, checking on us countless times in such a helpful and thoughtful way, and offering fantastic recommendations throughout the night. The champagne was perfectly sweet — probably the best I’ve had in a long time. The grilled oysters with crab meat were a true delight, and the raw oysters were fresh and delicious. Do not miss the garlic Parmesan beignets — they were outstanding! The crab claws were also awesome. I had a salad with the Thai dressing, which was absolutely amazing — another fantastic recommendation from our waitress. One person in our party ordered the steak and said it was great. Another had the redfish with mac & cheese and couldn’t stop raving about how amazing it was. Even on a busy Saturday night, the service remained attentive, friendly, and smooth. We honestly wish we could give this place even more stars. Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish!

   Great service, food is well prepared and delicious. Portions were a bit small however. Oysters and seafood gumbo were OUTSTANDING!

   Great afternoon at their Crawfish Boil on the patio. Our server Tony was kind and on top of everything yet not intrusive. It’s a nice atmosphere and consistently has great food and drinks.

   The perfect order is trout dip Charlie grilled oysters Red fish entrée Sauteed Spinach Famous Grouse on the sphere. The servers here are always so attentive. They go beyond by asking if you have any allergies, special request, etc. just lovely. Someday they’re going make crawfish étouffée vegetarian style without the chicken broth and meats. I will be a super happy camper then as I am a pescatarian.

   Delicious food. Helpful staff. Wonderful valet guys. And they had a bunny walking through having pictures made for Easter. It was great!

   Not our first time at Hugo's - the beautiful thing is to be able to have breakfast ...or lunch on Sunday at 11:30. I enjoyed the French Toast and grits as others enjoyed the redfish that was "worthy".
