Hugo's Cellar - Four Queens
Poached Lobster Medallions on Baked Crostini Finished with Lobster Stock and Brandied Cream; Presented Table-Side
Our waiter mark and our wine helper frederick were incredible. Thansk for an amazing meal
Great restaurant. Romantic atmosphere. Excellent service. This is our favorite "fine dining" restaurant in Las Vegas.
Eric was a fabulous server!
This was a truly wonderful experience. Exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere. They made us feel very special!
Everything was great except…the other time we have gone our salads were tossed with all of our salad “options”.
I asked for my salad to be tossed and it wasn’t…and dressing just poured on top. Unfortunately, I ate a leaf of lettuce with too much dressing…causing me to have a coughing fit.
I love your salads and this is the first time in the last 3 times where the salad was not tossed.
The experience was great. The staff is very attentive. I thought the table side salad creation was something different and enjoyable to watch be made.
The lobster bisque was very good & the lobster chunks were delicious.
The prime rib was delicious. I would eat there again.
El lugar muy agradable. El personal muy atento. La comida en su punto. El sommelier muy ateneo. Grata experiencia
Loved the playful waiter. Drinks are stiff, always good!
Had a great time.
This is our fave Vegas dinner stop! Can’t come to Vegas and not visit. Everything about this place is AMAZING! No detail is missed from the long stem rose upon arrival to the complimentary dessert to the melt in your mouth steaks.
We were on vacation and we were looking for someplace to go to have a special dinner date and it was recommended that we try Hugo’s somewhere from a friend of ours back in Connecticut and the recommendation was six*not just five star as well as our service Richard as it makes your day was awesome we had a little travel delay they were able to rearrange our schedule dinner time to accommodate our delay everything was just top shelf can’t say enough
You can never go wrong with Hugo's Cellar. It is the quintessential old school Vegas experience. I've been coming here for 40 years and it never disappoints. Even with all the great options and celebrity chefs in the area, this is and always will be my favorite place for a special night out. Can't wait for next time.
Always delicious, service excellent-a great experience!
Everything from the moment you walked in was perfect. Greeted kindly, my girl was presented with a rose & we were promptly escourted to our table & greeted by our servers & "the wine dude" (his words not mine lol). They all were very cheerful, kind & professional. The meal was awesome and the presentation throughout the various courses (Hot Rocks app & tableside salad, etc) made the enrire night very special. Def one of the best dining experiences we've ever enjoyed. I would highly recommend Hugo's for dineer to anyone' whi visits the old strip / Freemont Street!
Love this place! They take good care of you, food is exceptional, and price is fair!
Wonderful ambiance and food and not rushed. Finally a restaurant that has a well trained staff. Little pricy but with it especially in this day and age.
Outstanding. I make sure we have dinner there every visit to vegas
I was disappointed by my meal. I felt service and food was poor. I would rather go elsewhere in Vegas. Will not return or recommend to anyone.
The food was very good, just not very pleased with the service.
I'm not sure if the staff is merely fatigued with covid, but their attitude towards us was palpable. We were all wearing masks as defined however anytime you stood up the immediate requests to wear a mask started, even when you were putting one on.
The service was slow and pacing was poor.
And any request, however mild, was just a quick "no"
Honestly nothing was terrible, just off putting when you're expecting an exceptional experience.
Service is exceptional, personalized and extremely friendly. All drinks and wine selection are very high quality. Food can be a little better for the price. Personalized signed card and long stem rose is a very nice touch. Overall great place to celebrate special occasion.
I can't say enough good things. We waited for nothing food was hot 🔥 plan in going back. My complements to the bartender.
Service was over the top. Food tasted great. Best value for the money!
My favorite place to dine in Vegas. Best service and food. The scallops are to die for. You have to try.
Amazing service. Food was exquisite.
Absolutely one of the best experiences when you come to Las Vegas. Everything was perfect as always.
Everything was perfect as usual. I don’t know of a better restaurant in Las Vegas
Classic, old world style ambiance with the best service ever. From the moment you enter, you are treated with care. If you can, ask for Roxanne! I can’t speak highly enough of her knowledge and recommendations.
The menu is fun, varied and will satisfy any palette. The table side salad service was delicious. The escargot was on the money. Veal Oscar did not disappoint. The Chilean sea bass was so, so, so amazingly prepared. We tried really hard to leave room for dessert, we failed. Hugo’s shared chocolate covered strawberries for our after dinner treat.
Great meal as usual!
Outstanding as usual. John, the wine sommelier was terrific!
Eating in Hugo's Cellar is a real dining experience. If you want to see what service was like in Vegas in the 60"s you need to eat at Hugo's
Our #1 spot for dinner for our Anniversary every year. Food is amazing, service top notch!
Service was excellent, but prices were too high for the quality of the steaks. I ordered medium rare steak au poivre, but got medium well with a sub par sauce. Table side salad was excellent. Desert was presented on delapidated desert stands. Lastly, lighting was too dark.
Outstanding as always, had not been here for 18 month and it was like we never left.
Favorite part of the evening was the salad service. Stuff mushrooms were a soupy mess. Our steaks and entrees were served warm, as if precooked and placed in a warming tray. I was so disappointed in the food after waiting for a long time to visit the restaurant. After friends said it was really good. I heard a new owner took over, if so you need to reevaluate.
Our steak was cool to the touch, lacking flavor, and overcooked
