We were looking for a "historic" Vegas steakhouse experience and was very happy with Hugo's Cellar. The ambience was "classic" and the food was delicious. Even our son had to admit he liked the table service salad. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, very positive experience and a highlight of our trip. There is an option to split the meal (meat portion) and for each person have their own accompanients which we took advantage of. Glad we did, as we were full. Would definitely go again.

I made our reservation a month later than we actually wanted to dine. I think seeing that I did do an Open Table reservation, the host was able to squeeze us in, and we had a great dining experience. The food and service were relaxed, well-paced, and impressive. The entire two hour experience was really great. We will come again in the future.

Having lived here before, we’ve been to this restaurant a handful of times. We were getting married this weekend and had friends with us who had never been, so what better time to introduce them to a wonderful restaurant? There were seven of us, and not only was the service beyond impeccable, but the food was out of this world! It was done and served perfectly. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more than I already do, but it is absolutely fabulous.

We had an excellent time at Hugo's. The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. We've already booked another reservation for the next time we're in town.

Been going here for over 40 years as it’s always been one of the best places in town. Sad to see how people dress these days at a top notch restaurant. My rack of lamb came out rare when I ordered it medium. First time that’s ever happened there. And while it’s a small thing we were celebrating my brother’s birthday which they knew and at the end just brought the check instead of acknowledging his birthday like the 2 tables next to us did. Oh well. Nice to see though that John, the sommelier is still there, he’s amazing.

Steak was not cooked how we asked, lobster bisque was not hot, just room temp. Have been here a handful of times and each time has gone more and more downhill.

TOP NOTCH! First Class all the way, yet down-to-earth folks that make it classy AND comfy. Great Value for the price (all inclusive: appetizer, main course + two sides and dessert) , with great service and FAB ambiance! Love you, HUGO Cellar!
